Abstract

含有除臭剂的纸巾分配器
                          发明领域
本发明涉及一种纸巾分配器，该分配器包括可同时操纵的盥洗室除臭剂。目前在公共盥洗室内安装除臭器是很常见的，除臭器一般是一个单独设备，其与盥洗室内的其它固定设备之间相互独立。安装在公共盥洗室中的每个固定设备都需要维护，如果这种固定设备的数量过多，那么盥洗室就会显得有些杂乱。本发明将除臭器与纸巾分配器相结合，一旦盥洗室中的用户使用纸巾分配器，就可同时地启动除臭器。
更具体的，该纸巾分配器包括传统的半穿孔纸巾或一连续纸卷，同时还需要一装置来将卷绕在一卷芯上的纸巾分配给用户，其中，该卷芯通常由纸板制成。卷芯内可注入有除臭剂，或者将除臭剂作为一层涂层涂覆在卷芯的内侧，或者卷芯内设置有呈独立颗粒状或块状的除臭剂。在任何一种情况下，都可利用风扇将除臭剂分散到毗邻区域中，该风扇用于将空气吹送过卷芯，利用一驱动马达或者一手动驱动机构来操纵该风扇，其中，该驱动马达还具有分配纸巾的功能，该手动驱动机构通过用户的手来进行驱动。
                            背景技术
已知，纸巾分配器中可包括除臭剂。例如，美国专利3192008公开了这样一种纸巾分配器，一风扇将空气吹送过块状的除臭剂，从而将该除臭剂分散到分配器的周围区域中，但该块状除臭剂与纸巾卷是分离的。
美国专利2746798说明了一种具有液体除臭剂的卫生纸卷，当转动该卫生纸卷时，就喷射液体除臭剂。
美国专利2539059说明了另一种形式的纸巾分配器，其中，一独立于纸巾卷的风扇将空气吹送过独立于该纸巾卷的除臭剂。
美国专利2347591说明了一种蒸气扩散装置，其中，一风扇将空气吹送过块状的除臭剂。
美国专利4436224说明了一种纸巾卷，除臭剂设置在该纸卷的垂直取向卷芯的中央内部，且通过操纵位于该卷芯内的一手动操纵泵来分散该除臭剂。
公共盥洗室中通常具有洗手设备例如水龙头以及干手设备，该干手设备可能包括空气干燥器、堆垛着的纸巾、通过用力拉该布的一部分而得以分配的擦手布、以及呈连续卷状的卷纸。另外，目前在公共盥洗室中通常还具有除臭器，该除臭器通常为一个独立于任何干手设备的单元。公共盥洗室中的每个固定设备都需要维护和安装。本发明将干手设备与除臭剂分散装置相结合，以降低公共盥洗室内的维护成本，同时降低固定设备的最初安装成本。呈连续卷状的一纸巾分配器包括一卷芯，该卷芯内含有除臭剂。通常，该空心卷芯与一风扇对齐，一旦转动该纸巾分配器的纸卷，就操纵该风扇，这样在用户拿取纸的同时，含有除臭剂的空气就自纸巾卷的卷芯中逸出。
本申请的申请人Sloan Valve Company of Franklin Park，Illinois在制造并销售利用红外线操纵的卫生管道设备例如盥洗室冲洗阀、水龙头等方面是一位先驱者。美国专利5548119说明了一种用于此产品的盥洗室传感器装置。在此整体引入‘119专利的公开内容以供参考。
                             发明概述
本发明涉及一种具有除臭功能的纸巾分配器，以及一种卷芯内具有一体式除臭剂的纸巾卷。
本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种纸巾分配器，其中，在分配纸巾的同时，可将除臭剂分散到毗邻区域中。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种如上所述的纸巾分配器，其中，除臭剂与纸巾的卷芯结合成一体。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种内含有除臭剂的纸巾分配器，当通过操纵纸巾驱动马达或者通过手动地拉出纸巾操作的手动驱动装置来分配该纸巾时，风扇就同时地将空气吹送过位于纸巾卷内的除臭剂，其中，可利用手动开关或红外线传感器来操纵该纸巾驱动马达。
本发明的其它目的将在随后的说明书、附图以及权利要求书中变得明显。

                      优选实施例的说明
在图1中，标识为10的外壳可具有一隔间12，该隔间12内设置有一纸巾卷14。纸巾可穿过外壳上的一槽或孔而输送给用户。外壳10内具有一孔16，该孔16与纸巾卷14的卷芯18对齐。可利用一惰轮20来转动该纸巾卷14，利用设置在外壳10的隔间24内的一驱动马达22来驱动该惰轮20。该驱动马达22还经由一机械传动连接件28来转动一风扇26。该风扇与卷芯18及孔16对齐，这样当马达22驱动该轮20以转动纸巾卷14时，就将空气吹送过卷芯18，并将该空气吹出孔16。
图1表示了一种可供选择的驱动马达22的启动方式。一种‘119专利所示类型或类似类型的红外线传感器可经由导线与驱动马达22连接，该传感器标识为32。可利用传统电源或电池向该装置供应能量。也可具有一手动开关34，在红外线传感器不起作用的情况下，该开关34可作为一人控部件，该开关34也可用作操纵纸巾分配器的一个单独部件。
卷芯18可如传统那样由纸板制成，该卷芯内可注入有适当的除臭剂。在本发明一种可供选择的形式中，空心卷芯18内可具有除臭剂颗粒36，这样当将空气吹送过该颗粒时，空气中将含有除臭剂，然后再将含有除臭剂的空气吹送过孔16。类似的，如果卷芯18内浸渍有适当的除臭剂，当通过马达22驱动风扇时，含有除臭剂的空气也将穿过卷芯18并被吹出孔16。在本发明的其它实施例中，该卷芯18的壁上可具有一层除臭剂膜，或者卷芯内设置有块状除臭剂。
图2表示了含有除臭剂的本发明纸巾分配器的第二实施例。此实施例包括一外壳10，该外壳10可具有一个隔间12，一纸巾卷14设置在该隔间12内。外壳上形成有一槽或孔，穿过该槽或孔将纸巾输送给用户。一孔16形成在外壳10内，该孔16与纸巾卷14的卷芯18对齐。
在本发明的第二实施例中，当用户经由形成在外壳中的槽或孔拉动纸巾时，纸巾卷14就转动。施加在纸巾上的拉力驱动该卷14，同时该卷14经由一轴杆42与一大直径滑轮44连接。一皮带46连接该滑轮44与一小直径滑轮48，该小直径滑轮48转动一风扇50。风扇的转动就将空气吹送过纸巾卷的卷芯18，并将含有除臭剂的空气分散到周围区域中。
可采用本领域技术人员公知的其它机械传动机构来代替上述风扇所用的皮带传动机构。
本发明最重要的一个特征是将纸巾卷与联结在纸巾卷芯中的适当除臭剂相结合。用户需要做得仅是通过操纵红外线传感器或者通过操纵手动开关34来自纸巾卷中取出纸巾，或者用手自纸巾卷中拉出纸巾，就可自动地将含有除臭剂的空气分散到周围区域中。一旦纸巾卷使用完后、更换该纸巾卷时，由于新纸巾卷内包含除臭剂，该除臭剂可浸渍在卷芯中、或者作为单个颗粒位于卷芯中、或者呈块状位于卷芯中，因而也同时地补充了除臭剂。
尽管这里已表示并描述了本发明的优选形式，但应认识到的是，可对本发明做出许多变更、替换以及改造。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有除臭功能的纸巾分配器，包括一外壳、一可转动地安装在所述外壳内的纸巾卷、位于所述外壳内用于同时地转动所述纸巾卷和一风扇的驱动装置、以及用于启动所述驱动装置的装置，
所述纸巾卷包括一通常为空心的卷芯和与所述卷芯相结合的除臭剂，风扇设置用于将空气吹送过所述纸巾卷的卷芯，一孔位于所述外壳内，用于使空气通过所述卷芯，所述风扇被所述驱动装置与所述纸巾卷的转动同时地操纵。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有除臭功能的纸巾分配器，其特征在于，所述除臭剂注入在所述纸巾卷的卷芯内。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有除臭功能的纸巾分配器，其特征在于，所述除臭剂实际上设置在所述纸巾卷的卷芯内。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有除臭功能的纸巾分配器，其特征在于，所述驱动装置为一电动马达，用于启动所述电动马达的装置包括与所述电动马达连接的红外线传感器。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有除臭功能的纸巾分配器，其特征在于，所述驱动装置为一电动马达和一开关，所述开关设置在所述外壳上用于手动地启动所述驱动马达的操作。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有除臭功能的纸巾分配器，包括一机械连接件，所述机械连接件位于所述风扇与一部件之间，其中，在分配纸巾时，所述部件转动。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有除臭功能的纸巾分配器，还包括一位于所述驱动装置与所述风扇之间的机械连接件。
8.一种用于分配器的纸巾卷，该分配器具有一风扇，所述风扇用于将空气吹送过所述纸巾卷，
所述纸巾卷包括一通常为空心的卷芯，纸巾卷绕在所述卷芯上，除臭剂与所述卷芯相结合。
9.如权利要求7所述的纸巾卷，其特征在于，所述除臭剂注入在所述纸巾卷的卷芯内。
10.如权利要求7所述的纸巾卷，其特征在于，所述除臭剂设置在所述纸巾卷的卷芯内部。
