用来监测特别是固定路面表层结构状况的装置
技术背景
由于材料疲劳、材料破坏或其它老化过程在固定路面中可能形成支承的许多变化,对它们必须尽可能经常地监测,在必要时必须修复。
发明内容
为了能够尽可能简单和以有规律的间隔进行这种监测,按照本发明设置一种装置,其特征为一安装在一测量车上的,最好做成激光探测系统的、用来确定夹紧端子(弹性扣铁)和/或轨底和/或轨枕的高度位置的高度传感系统。
用来探测松开的夹紧端子的这种类型的传感器监测系统的构成是最简单的。为此在本发明的另一种方案中设想,设置在夹紧端子中间回环上方的高度探测系统测量中间回环相对于角形导向板表面的高度差,这在最简单的情况下可以用同一个高度探测传感器实现。在夹紧螺钉松开时夹紧端子的中间回环向上弹,因此在探测这个中间回环时得到相对于理论值可观的高度偏差,它使得可以迅速和可靠地探测到这种松开的夹紧端子。
为了监测钢轨支座中间衬垫的弹簧刚性,或者为了探测松开的轨枕,按本发明设想了一种装置,其中高度探测系统在测量车的一承载和一不承载的轴的区域内分别具有两个相互并排设置的探测传感器。为了监测钢轨支座弹性衬垫的弹簧刚性,这些属于分别设置在分开的轴上的每个探测传感器对的探测传感器中的一个测量轨底,另一个测量轨枕表面。每次求出每个传感器对的高度测量值之差,其中对于承载的轴差值当然大于非承载的轴。这个偏差的大小反映弹性衬垫还存在的弹簧刚性的大小。
为了探测松开的轨枕一轴上的每个传感器对的传感器一方面测量轨枕表面,另一方面测量混凝土支承板的表面。与固定轨枕不同,松开的(从而是运动的)轨枕表面相对于混凝土支承板的高度超出量是变化的,因此这里同样可以利用一测量车通过仅仅驶过一段路程方便地探测到这种松开的轨枕。

具体的实施方式
轨枕用混凝土浇注在固定路面基板1内,在所示情况下画出了带有突出的加强桁架支座3(Gittertraegerarmierung)的两块式轨枕的一半2,其中钢轨4通过衬垫5支承在钢轨支座6上,并借助于夹紧端子7和穿过它的夹紧螺钉8固定。夹紧端子7一侧支承在轨底9上,另一侧支承在角形导向板10上。为了监测弹性衬垫5的弹簧刚性,高度探测传感器,最好是一个激光探测系统的高度探测传感器,既沿A-A线又沿B-B线运动。在一个测量车的一承载轴和一未承载轴上分别设置两个相互并排布置的高度探测传感器,使得一个沿A线,另一个沿B线运动。在承载轴上的传感器提供的数值可以用来求出的轨底7在载荷作用下相对于沿B-B线的受载时仍保持不变的轨枕表面高度位置的表面高度。
不承载的轴上的第二个传感器对同样得出到轨底7或轨枕表面的距离,并由此专门求出这些高度值的差,在不承载的轴处衬垫5不是如此强烈地压合,此处的高度差不同于在承载轴处的高度差。由差值得到衬垫压合的程度,并由此可确定和监测弹簧刚性。
为了探测松开的夹紧端子,一高度探测传感器沿探测线C-C运动,在这里它确定夹紧端子,特别是夹紧端子的中间回环相对于角形导向板10的表面的高度的表面高度。在夹紧螺钉8松开时中间回环向上回弹,此回弹使到角形导向板的距离变大很多,这也通过探测的夹紧端子和角形导向板的高度值之差的相应变化可以看出。在这种情况下测量范围应该约为30mm,分辨率尽可能为0.2mm或更好。在这样探测松开的夹紧端子时一般不必区分承载和不承载的轴。
为了确定松开的轨枕采用一种同时也已经用于监测弹性衬垫的弹簧刚性的探测装置。不过在这种情况下探测传感器一方面沿B线,另一方面沿D线运动。由于松开的轨枕压向路基板1内在承载轴上的传感器得出的轨枕表面和路基板表面之间的高度差比在不承载的轨枕上的传感器小。在不承载的轨枕处松开的轨枕从路基板1上较强烈地突起,因此相应的高度差比较大,在这种情况下测量范围应该为100mm,分辨率同样约为0.2mm。

Claims (4)

1.用来测量特别是固定路面表层结构的装置,其特征为:具有一装在测量车上的尤其是做成激光探测系统的用来确定夹紧端子和/或轨底和/或轨枕高度位置的高度传感器系统。
2.按权利要求1所述的用来探测松开的夹紧螺钉的装置,其特征为:设置在夹紧端子中间回环上方的高度探测系统测量中间回环相对于角形导向板表面的高度差。
3.按权利要求1所述的用来监测钢轨支座的弹性衬垫的弹簧刚性装置,其特征为:高度探测系统在测量车的承载轴和非承载轴区域内分别具有两个相互并排设置的探测传感器,其中一个探测轨底,另一个探测轨枕表面。
4.按权利要求1所述的用来探测松开的轨枕的装置,其特征为:在测量车的承载和非承载轴区域内的高度探测系统分别具有两个相互并排设置的探测传感器,其中一个探测轨枕表面,另一个探测混凝土支承板的表面。
