Abstract

技术领域
本发明是关于一种在固定区域上制作标志的方法及实现这种方法的移动装置。
背景技术
制作标志的传统方法,如普通印刷方法,丝网印刷术以及其它相似的方法,都不适于在超过几个平方米大小的面积上制作标志,如在草坪、砂砾地、街道、墙、牧场、庄稼地或类似的天然区域上制作标志。
发明内容
本发明的目的是创造一种方法和一种移动装置来解决上述问题,以能印制出任意大小的标志,即使是在不平坦的地面上和同一模型的不同比例物上。
上述问题被本发明所解决。本发明包括一个具有一个或多个喷嘴的或其它设备的喷射头,它被装在一个沿着待印表面移动的移动装置上,例如汽车,本发明还包括一个电控设备,依据复制的模型,根据移动装置的实际位置同步控制喷射头上的喷嘴或其它设备动作从而完成标志的印制。
用这种方法,通过连续的喷射头位置信号几乎所有的标志都能在沙地、沥青地面、天然地面、雪地或类似地面上被印制出来。各种标志、图案、图像、文字、公司标志、装饰、方向符号等等能用几种颜色快速而便宜的印制出来。
在一个最优实施例中,移动装置的位置信号通过一个外部的和/或移动装置自身的定位系统获得,例如通过一个卫星导航系统。这使得移动装置能在任何地方被持续地监控,同时被精确地控制。

具体实施方式
图1简要地显示了一个体育竞赛的场地,例如一级方程式赛车场的布置。F1赛车场地上通常具有一个带赛道边11’的赛道11,一个图中所示的赛车12,和出于安全目的而布置的紧靠赛道11的缓冲区,现在后者通常都设计为砂砾地12和防护栏16。
这块极大的砂砾地12上没有任何物体,如广告牌,为了充分利用这块地,可以用本发明的方法印制出一个标志15,这意味着这块场地能被利用,特别是用于广告,而不会对驾驶者造成任何额外的风险。
为了印制出标志15,假如它是一个公司标志,一个装在一移动装置上的,最好是装在汽车上的具有一个或多个喷嘴的或其它设备的喷射头5沿着标记12所示的区域移动,装置1所带的电控设备,依据复制的模型,根据装置1的实际位置同步控制喷射头5上的喷嘴6。
图2展示了一个汽车驱动的移动装置,假如是一个遥控汽车1,它有车轮2以便于向前移动。喷射头便于进行高度调节,有一个或多个喷嘴排列成行,每一个都有一个染料盒供给染料。从移动装置的移动方向看去,喷嘴是横向排列的,其排数依赖于需要喷印几种颜色而定。因此如果要在移动方向上喷印两种颜色,就必须有两个拥有各自染料的喷嘴。电控设备装于一个控制盒8中,包括一个集成了控制程序的计算机,它可以转换模型输出的控制信号。
位置信号必须实时生成并要尽可能精确。如一个卫星导航系统(微分GPS)是较好的选择,或一个具有自动跟踪目标功能的机动视距仪,两者中任一个都可以满足移动装置位置信号的精度要求。为了对细小的路线偏移进行纠正,它对于最终结果来说可能是必须的,可以在移动装置上多装至少一个反馈传感器,它将已经经过的路线和/或路线上的任何偏移告知控制设备。
在喷射过程中,移动装置以平行轨迹移动以便于控制。在每一条轨迹的末端,移动装置会转变方向并,然后从一个与上一条喷射轨迹相接的位置开始,如图1所示那样。然而,移动装置也可以沿着一条曲线轨迹移动从而沿着一条曲线印制出所希望的任意宽度的条纹。
以这种方式,大尺寸的标记印制可以在任意基底上实现,即使基底上有轻微的起伏。这些标记能用来在街道或广场等地方提供信息,也能用于广告目的,如在机场的走廊上。
用本发明在沙砾地上印制一个具体的标志,如图1中所示的一个公司标志,方法如下:
首先测量待印制的沙砾地的地形,以便得到它的地形模型。然后在测量好的地理位置的基础上用集成的主控制程序将公司标志记录到主控制设备中,这包括以一一对应的方式,给待印在沙砾地上的公司标志的每一个像素指定一个具体座标。
接着移动装置1在待印制对象的上方移动。喷射头(印刷杆)的每一个单独的喷嘴的空间座标都被卫星定位系统精确地实时确定。控制程序将这些单独的空间座标与公司标志的每一个像素点的指定空间座标进行比较,当被精确地定位于所希望的地理基准像素的上方时,每一个单独的染料喷嘴都被各自打开
额外的控制设备偏离能通过反馈传感器检测出来,例如前一条印制轨迹的边界能被确定并能同样地通过控制程序进行纠正。
在喷嘴的平面内,或说除了喷嘴外,也可以使用一个割草棒以便标记能印制在草地上。喷嘴也可以喷射种子而不是染料从而能根据种子的不同形成一种对比效果。也能使用一种有色粉末,在应用本发明后将它烤硬。
本发明在上述实施例中进行了充分描述。很明显它也能以其它相似方式实施。因而喷射头能被装在其它工具上,如表面处理工具,粗加工工具,雕刻工具,切割工具,割草工具或其它类似工具。
观看者或摄像机在系统中的位置也可以被考虑到。建议对标记进行相应的处理以使它们按需要扭曲和/或喷射到地面上,从而从一个大致的指定位置就可以识别它们。因而假如一个摄像机被摇动,例如在一次赛车比赛中,景物将只在最后摄像机停止摇动的位置清晰可见,而这将使观看者格外注意。
Claims (12)
1、在固定区域上制作标记(15)的方法,其特征在于,包括一个具有一个或多个喷嘴(6)的或其它设备的喷射头(5),它被装在一个移动装置(1)上,例如汽车,从而沿着待印表面移动,还包括一个电控设备(8),依据复制的模型,根据移动装置(1)的实际位置同步控制喷射头上的喷嘴(6)或其它设备动作从而完成标志(15)的印制。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于最好装置(1)的遥控移动依靠一个外部的和/或集成在后者内部的定位系统来识别。
3、如权利要求1或2所述方法,其特征在于根据测量出的待印区域的地形,标志被用控制程序记录下来,喷射头(5)的每一个喷嘴的精确空间座标都被定位系统实时确定。于是控制程序将这些单独的空间座标与标志的每一个像素点的指定理想空间座标进行比较,当被精确地定位于所希望的地理基准像素的位置时,每一个单独的染料喷嘴都被各自打开。
4、如权利要求1至3中任一个所述的方法,其特征在于在喷射过程中,移动装置被控制以平行轨迹移动。在任一独立轨迹的末端,移动装置会转变方向,然后从一个与上一条喷射轨迹相接的位置开始。
5、如权利要求1至3中任一个所述的方法,其特征在于装置沿曲线轨迹运动,因而可以沿着曲线印制一条指定宽度的条纹。
6、如权利要求1至5中任一个所述的方法,其特征在于几个平方米大小的大面积的指定绘制单元,被方便地印制出来。
7、如权利要求1至6中任一个所述的方法,其特征在于标志(15)被制作与广场上,土地上,雪地里,海报上,纺织品上,墙壁上,房屋外墙或类似地方
8、为了实现权利要求1至7所述方法中任一个的移动装置,其特征在于有至少一个喷射头(5),喷射头带有几个喷嘴(6)或其它用于完成一个印制区域的设备,还包括一个用来确定移动装置(1)的位置的定位系统和电控设备(8),依据复制的模型,根据移动装置(1)的位置通过该电控设备来控制喷射头上的喷嘴(6)或其它设备。
9、如权利要求8所述的移动装置,其特征在于控制装置(1)移动的定位系统通过装在该装置内部的定位系统,和/或通过一个卫星定位导航系统,如GPS或Glonass,和/或一个放在待印区域外的定位系统来实现。
10、如权利要求8或9所述的移动装置,其特征在于喷射头(5)装有一个或多个喷嘴,用来喷射染料或将植物种子或相似物作局部性的播种。
11、如权利要求8至10中的任一个所述的移动装置,其特征在于喷射头(5)装有其它设备,如表面处理工具,粗加工工具,雕刻工具,切割工具,割草工具或类似工具。
12、如权利要求8至11中的任一个所述的移动装置,其特征在于电控装置(8)包括一些元件,用它们对复制模型的比例进行调节。
