Abstract

本发明公开了一种外侧挡风雨条。其可以沿挡风雨条的长度方向通过操纵导向螺栓,相对于挡风雨条端部来调节可移动端件。因此,可以完全消除在可移动部件和外门板之间所形成的间隙,防止噪声产生,保持其美观。

机动车的外侧挡风雨条
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车的外侧挡风雨条,本发明特别涉及一种能够防止车门外板与外侧挡风雨条端部的移动端件之间形成间隙的外侧挡风雨条。
背景技术
如图2所示,前门11和后门12均带有移动玻璃14,该玻璃随着人的操纵沿着外门板13上下移动。安装在外门板13上的外侧挡风雨条形成密封。
如图3所示,外侧挡风雨条15的端部装有一个端件16,该端件16与外门板13的弯折部分面接触从而形成密封。
然而,现有的端件是通过注模的方式与外侧挡风雨条一体形成的,因此安装精度不高,会在端件和外门板之间形成间隙,并由风的吹动而产生噪音。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够外侧挡风雨条,该外侧挡风雨条能够防止外门板与外侧挡风雨条的端件之间形成间隙。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,该机动车的外侧挡风雨条包括:一个可移动端件,该端件沿长度方向可滑动地装在外侧挡风雨条的端部;以及一个滑动装置,该装置将可移动端件与外侧挡风雨条相连,并用来相对于外侧挡风雨条而调节或固定可移动端件。

具体实施方式
如图4-7所示,本发明机动车的外侧挡风雨条包括:一个可移动端件53,该端件沿长度方向可滑动地装在外侧挡风雨条51的端部;以及一个滑动装置,该装置将可移动端件53与外侧挡风雨条51相连,并能相对于外侧挡风雨条51调节或固定可移动端件53,这样就能完全消除现有技术中外门板55和可移动端件53之间形成的间隙G。
用来使可移动端件53相对于外侧挡风雨条51进行滑动并以恒定形式保持移动状态的滑动装置包括:一个位于挡风雨条端部的固定块57;一个布置在可移动端件53上的移动块59;一个导向螺栓61,其沿外侧挡风雨条51的长度方向穿过移动块59并与固定块57螺纹连接;以及限定装置,其用来限制导向螺栓61和移动块59沿外侧挡风雨条51长度方向的运动。
当导向螺栓61旋转并沿外侧挡风雨条51的长度方向移动时,移动块59和导向螺栓61一起移动,这样可移动端件53即沿外侧挡风雨条51的长度方向移动。
限定装置包括:一个无螺纹部分63,其靠近导向螺栓61的头部65的部分没有螺纹以便相对于移动块59进行旋转;以及一个止动环67,其紧固在导向螺栓61的头部65的另一侧以便限制无螺纹部分63上移动块59的相对线性运动。
移动块59上带有一个通孔69,其在大小上应足以使导向螺栓61的螺纹从中通过。导向螺栓61的无螺纹部分63插入移动块59中,且其在厚度上应正好能支撑住可移动端件53。
可移动端件53中带有一个导向板71,该导向板71引导可移动端件53相对于外侧挡风雨条51的移动,并且围绕着外侧挡风雨条51的内端。如图6和7所示,在本发明的优选实施方案中有两个导向板71。
可移动端件53的侧边有一个指示凸起73,其可以使外侧挡风雨条51的装配更加容易。
如图7所示,在装配外侧挡风雨条51的起始阶段,可移动端件53可滑动地装在外侧挡风雨条51的端部。然后使导向螺栓61穿过移动块59并拧入固定块57中,此时导向螺栓61的螺纹部分就进到固定块57的螺孔75中。
当导向螺栓61完全插入到移动块59中时,移动块59就装到无螺纹部分63上,此时将止动环67紧固到导向螺栓61上。由此,导向螺栓61相对于外侧挡风雨条51的线性运动就会传递到可移动端件53,但导向螺栓61的旋转运动则不会传递到可移动端件53。
如上装配所获得的外侧挡风雨条51会像现有的挡风雨条一样在外门板55和移动玻璃77之间形成密封。
安装在外侧挡风雨条51端部的可移动端件53可通过导向螺栓61的旋转进行调节。
因此,适当地调整旋转导向螺栓就能防止外门板55和可移动端件53之间形成间隙G,并且可移动端件53与外门板55的弯折部分形成紧密接触。
只要导向螺栓61不再随着外力旋转,可移动端件53的位置就固定好了。此时,外侧挡风雨条51与外门板55保持紧密接触。此外,可以防止外侧挡风雨条内间隙中由风的吹动所形成的噪音,同时保持外侧挡风雨条的美观。
从本发明上述内容可以看出,可以沿挡风雨条的长度方向通过导向螺栓操纵可移动端件相对于挡风雨条的端部进行移动。因此,在可移动部件和外门板之间会形成一个紧密封,从而消除间隙的形成,防止风声的产生,保持外侧挡风雨条的美观。
本发明前述特定实施方案仅出于展示和说明目的,其并非要将本发明限定于这些形式。显然,在上述教示的基础上可以进行各种变更或修改。这里所选择并描述的实施方案仅是为了更好地解释本发明的原理和实用情况,以便本领域的普通技术人员能够更好地利用本发明。特定的应用场合可使用不同的实施方案。本发明的保护范围由所附的权利要求所划定。

Claims (5)

1.一种机动车的外侧挡风雨条,其特征在于包括:
一个可移动端件,该端件沿长度方向可滑动地装在所述外侧挡风雨条的端部;以及
滑动装置,该装置将可移动端件与所述外侧挡风雨条相连,并用来相对于所述外侧挡风雨条调节或固定所述可移动端件。
2.如权利要求1所述的外侧挡风雨条,其特征在于,其进一步包括:一个导向板,该导向板布置在所述可移动部件上,用来引导所述可移动端件相对于所述外侧挡风雨条进行滑动,并围绕所述外侧挡风雨条的内端。
3.如权利要求1所述的外侧挡风雨条,其特征在于,其中所述的滑动装置包括:
一个位于所述挡风雨条端部的固定块;
一个布置在所述可移动端件上的移动块;
一个导向螺栓,其沿所述外侧挡风雨条的长度方向穿过所述移动块并与所述固定块螺纹连接;以及
限定装置,其用来沿所述外侧挡风雨条长度方向限制所述导向螺栓和所述移动块。
4.如权利要求1所述的外侧挡风雨条,其特征在于,其中所述的限定装置包括:
一个无螺纹部分,其靠近所述导向螺栓的头部的部分没有螺纹,可相对于所述移动块进行旋转;以及
一个止动环,其紧固在所述导向螺栓上从而限制所述移动块的相对线性运动。
5.如权利要求1所述的外侧挡风雨条,其中在所述可移动端件的侧边有一个指示凸起,其能使装配更加容易。
