现在,结合通常用于氧化化合物萃取的丙二醇,和C1-C4链烷醇,我们已经能够发现柑橘洗涤油香料制备的新颖方法。此方法使得可以获得存在于柑橘油中关键香料化合物的令人惊奇选择性洗涤物,它进一步满足这样产品要求的所有品质和安全性要求。因此本发明涉及一种生产柑橘洗涤油香料的方法,该方法包括采用丙二醇和C1-C4链烷醇的混合物处理柑橘油。在优选的实施方案中,链烷醇选自乙醇和异丙醇。
本发明的方法有利地允许以获得满足在本领域中要求的透明度,闪点和使用量目的的柑橘洗涤油香料。由根据本发明方法获得的洗涤物闪点大于100°F(38℃)(即,它们属于I类液体),具有在水中的切割透明物(cut clear)和在0.05-0.2%,优选在0.1%使用量下的微量水果香料中的光亮透明轮廓。此外,分别采用和不采用C1-C4链烷醇配制的洗涤柑橘油香料的分析显示出采用一些链烷醇的洗涤产品优于采用丙二醇自身制备的那些。在乙醇的情况下,此结果会在以下对比表中展示。
预想不到的是,并且除C1-C4链烷醇具有低闪点的缺点的事实以外,我们现在能够使用合适量的链烷醇以优化柑橘洗涤油的配制来萃取氧化化合物,同时满足闪点限制。
用于萃取混合物的链烷醇与丙二醇的比例可在一定的数值范围内变化。典型地,它可占组合物总重量的3-10%和优选占5-7%,该组合物包括柑橘油,丙二醇和链烷醇。
如上所述,在C1-C4链烷醇中,优选是乙醇和异丙醇。
本发明方法的起始产品可以是任何市售柑橘油,例如,为冷榨油,或掺合油的形式。可用于本发明方法的柑橘油的非限制性例子包括柠檬、浆果、橙子、柚子、橘子、酸柠檬、金橘、柑桔、香柠檬或其它精油或其混合物。
萃取体系的选择性可以由采用一些乙醇制造的柑橘洗涤物,和采用75%丙二醇:25%香料油制备的,即无乙醇的洗涤油香料之间的比较展示。
下表比较采用与乙醇结合的丙二醇获得的洗涤物,和采用丙二醇自身获得的那些。

本发明也涉及一种用于赋予、促进、增强或改进增香组合物或增香产品增香性能的方法,该方法包括向该组合物或产品中加入由本发明方法生产的柑橘洗涤油香料。
本发明的另一个目的是增香组合物或增香产品如透明饮料,其包括柑橘洗涤油香料作为活性增香成份,后者包括的比例为组合物或产品总重量的0.05-0.2%。
在以下实施例中以更详细的方式说明本发明,其中温度指示为摄氏度和缩写具有本领域的通常意义。
发明实施方案
实施例1
生产柑橘洗涤油香料的通用加工程序
·开启冷冻到-8°
·向大约10-12°温度下的混合物罐中加入所需量的香料油
·向大约10-12°温度下的混合物罐中加入所需量的链烷醇
·剧烈搅拌混合油和链烷醇20min。(调节搅拌以避免气泡)
·切断搅拌
·向21°温度下的混合物罐中加入所需量的丙二醇
·罐的温度须在19-23°
·开启搅拌剧烈混合20min,不向溶液中加入空气
·调低搅拌到大约10-15rpm
·开启混合物罐冷却夹套
·采用低搅拌(即10-15rpm)冷却大约一小时。当温度达到0-5°时切断搅拌
·继续冷却罐内容物另外3小时到大约-2°到0°,不采用搅拌
·在聚结器产物罐夹套上开启冷却
·在大约2.6-3.0kg/min的速率下将结合罐内容物通过帕尔(Pall)五微米和一微米过滤器(可选的:可以通过威斯特法利亚(Westfalia)离心机离心产物。优选是液-液离心)。在-2°到0°下滗析聚结器产物罐中的内容物2小时
·开启冷冻剂到最终产物罐夹套
·产物在饮料应用中是透明的,在3°下使用量为0.05-0.2%
香料生产
一旦确定产物配制和加工程序,采用丙二醇和乙醇的混合物,生产如下香料:
-天然酸柠檬香料*
-天然粉红柚子香料*
-天然柚子香料*
-天然橙子香料*
-天然柠檬香料*

随后根据盲测试,由增香领域专家小组评价这样获得的洗涤油香料和与按照上述方法,但仅使用75%丙二醇和25%香料油通过萃取获得的相应洗涤物比较。小组显示出对表3中引用洗涤物的系统性的偏爱,判断它们的感官性能优于不采用乙醇获得的洗涤油香料的那些。
此结果证实了分别在表1和2中报导的柠檬和柚子洗涤物的GC/MSD分析。
Claims (11)
1.一种生产柑橘洗涤油香料的方法,该方法包括采用丙二醇和C1-C4链烷醇的混合物处理柑橘油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述链烷醇选自乙醇和异丙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述柑橘洗涤油香料具有大于100°F的闪点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述柑橘油选自柠檬、浆果、橙子、柚子、橘子、酸柠檬、金橘、柑桔、香柠檬或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中采用75-90%丙二醇和3-10%链烷醇处理5-15%柑橘油。
6.一种可根据权利要求1所述的方法获得的柑橘洗涤油香料。
7.一种用于赋予、促进、增强或改进增香组合物或增香产品增香性能的方法,该方法包括向该组合物或产品中加入权利要求6所述的柑橘洗涤油香料。
8.一种增香组合物或增香产品,包括权利要求6所述的柑橘洗涤油香料作为活性增香成份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的增香组合物或增香产品,其中所述柑橘洗涤油香料的比例为所述组合物或产品总重量的0.05-0.2%。
10.一种透明饮料,包括权利要求6所述的柑橘洗涤油香料作为增香剂。
11.根据权利要求10所述的透明饮料,该饮料被0.05-0.2%的如权利要求6所述的柑橘洗涤油香料增香。
