Abstract

本发明提供一种能够赋予纤维制品以抗菌性、电磁波遮断性、金属色的审美性、防止带电性和隔热性等的闪光体以及具备这些特性的布料。在第一合成树脂薄膜上蒸镀抗菌性金属形成蒸镀膜,在该蒸镀膜的抗菌性金属面涂布合成树脂、或者在上述蒸镀膜的抗菌性金属面上粘结第二合成树脂薄膜,由此形成层压体,将该层压体裁断为小块就成为闪光体(4),用粘结剂(3)将其粘结到构成基布的原丝(2a)上。

Description

闪光体和布料
技术领域
本发明涉及兼有抗菌性和审美性的闪光体以及由该闪光体织成的布料。
背景技术
近年来,随着消费者的清洁要求的提高,在肉食、农业和海产品、花卉等的制造过程中和新鲜度管理的必要性上需要的包装材料中,使用了具有抗菌性的无纺布。因此,作为这样的抗菌性无纺布,目前一直是浸渍或附着有机类、壳聚糖等动物蛋白质类、桧醇等植物性抗菌剂、银沸石等矿物类抗菌剂的制品。
并且,根据消费者的嗜好,使用了已施加金属色装饰的无纺布包装材料。而且,作为在这样的用途中使用的已施加装饰的无纺布,目前就有在合成树脂薄膜上蒸镀铝等金属形成层压体、然后附着已裁细该层压体形成的闪光体、在层压体上设置了保护上述金属蒸镀面的保护层的闪光体、或者将层压体的金属蒸镀面或合成树脂薄膜染色形成的闪光体等具有金属光泽审美性的闪光体的无纺布。
而且,为了提高制冷制热的效率,汽车的前玻璃和大厦的窗玻璃要贴上隔热膜,大多数这样的隔热膜是由在合成树脂的一面蒸镀上金属、然后在蒸镀的金属层上涂上粘结层的层压体构成的。
可是,目前的抗菌性无纺布,虽然具有抗菌性,但除了存在抗菌剂容易因洗涤而剥落的问题以外,还存在审美性的问题。并且,这样的抗菌性无纺布不能够遮断或散射有害的电波或电磁波也是问题。
另外,目前的已施加了装饰的无纺布,虽然赋予金属色的审美性,但抗菌性差,并且由于使用了铝等,所以存在不希望由静电带电而附着时也容易附着等难以使用的问题。
而且,目前的隔热膜,虽然具有优异的隔热性,但由于其形状、硬度和重量等原因,不能使用在纤维制品上也是一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过用于纤维制品中、可对该纤维制品赋予抗菌性、电磁波遮断性、金属的审美性、防止带电性、隔热性的闪光体以及附着该闪光体的布料。
即,本发明的闪光体的特征在于,在第一合成树脂薄膜上蒸镀抗菌性金属而形成蒸镀膜,在该蒸镀膜的抗菌性金属面涂布合成树脂、或者在上述蒸镀膜的抗菌性金属面粘结第二合成树脂薄膜,由此形成层压体,再将该层压体裁成小块。而作为抗菌性金属来说,是银、铜、锌等可以进行离子交换的具有抗菌性的金属。
并且,本发明的布料的特征在于,将上述闪光体附着在原丝上。
这样,本发明的闪光体具备抗菌性金属的抗菌性、电磁波遮断性、防止带电性和由抗菌性金属的金属光泽带来的审美性。与此同时,由于本发明的闪光体是将含有由抗菌性金属制造的蒸镀膜的层压体裁成小块而制造的,所以可容易地附着在衣料等纤维制品中,可以很容易赋予纤维制品隔热性。

具体实施方式
下面基于附图来说明本发明的闪光体和布料(无纺布)的实施方式。
图1是表示本发明的布料(无纺布)外观的外观图,如该图所示,无纺布1由组成无纺布的基布2等构成,并设置有后述的闪光体4附着的附着部1a。
图2是此无纺布的部分放大图,如该图所示,在构成基布2的原丝2a上,通过粘结剂3粘结着闪光体4。
作为原丝2a,可使用丙烯基纤维、尼龙纤维、丙纶纤维、人造丝、醋酸纤维、铜铵纤维、纤维素纤维(指定以外的)等化学纤维·合成纤维,或者棉、麻、丝、羊毛等天然纤维中任何一种,也可以使用它们中的多种的组合。
另外,粘结剂以淀粉、聚乙烯醇或者透明的热塑性树脂为主要成分,而作为这样的热塑性树脂来说,一般可以使用聚酯、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂等。
而且,闪光体4如在图3所示,由第一合成树脂薄膜41、蒸镀膜42和第二合成树脂薄膜43组成,是一边的长度约0.1~3mm左右的大致呈四角状的层压体。如该图所示,蒸镀膜42的4个端面露在外部,其厚度为25~300nm左右,从保证功能和成本的角度考虑,优选为50nm左右。在此,抗菌性金属是银、铜、锌等可离子交换的具有抗菌性的金属,而从抗菌性和审美性平衡的角度考虑,使用银是最适合的。另外,合成树脂薄膜41、42是由聚酯、尼龙等制造的厚度约为5~100微米的透明薄膜。
这样的无纺布1是通过如下的方法:(1)闪光体4的制造、(2)闪光体4的粘结来制造的。下面基于图4和图5来说明制造方法。
(1)闪光体4的制造
首先,在第一合成树脂41的一面上蒸镀抗菌性金属形成蒸镀膜42(参见图4(a)),通过在蒸镀膜42的金属面上用粘结剂等粘结第二合成树脂43(参见图4(b)),形成层压体4a。然后,将层压体4a用粉碎机等裁断成为粉状(参见图4(c)),制造出闪光体4。在裁断时,为使蒸镀膜42的露出部分增多,优选裁断为锯齿状。
(2)闪光体的粘结
首先,在基布2上以凹版印刷的方式涂布上粘结剂3,在基布2上形成粘结剂3的层(参见图5(a))。粘结剂3的厚度要不妨碍曝露出蒸镀膜42的四端面,优选比第一和第二合成树脂薄膜41、43更薄。然后,将闪光体4撒在基布2上,并覆盖住基布全面(参见图5(b)),从上边对闪光体进行加热压合。最后,吸掉没有粘上的闪光体4(参见图5(c)),就完成了无纺布1。
这样,无纺布1由于在其原丝2a上粘有闪光体4,所以具备闪光体4中所含有的蒸镀膜42带来的抗菌性、电磁波遮断性、防止带电性、隔热性的同时,还具备由抗菌性金属的金属光泽带来的审美性。
当然,本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要在权利要求所记载的技术内容之内,可以进行各式各样的变更。
比如,在上述实施例中,可以在第一合成树脂薄膜41上成膜的蒸镀膜42上由粘结剂贴合上第二合成树脂薄膜43,构成层压体4a,此外,也可以将合成树脂涂布在蒸镀膜42上而构成层压体。
另外,在上述实施例中,闪光体4粘结在基布2的表面上,而由于基布2的厚度等原因,粘结在其内侧也是可以的。
而且,在上述实施例中,使用无纺布作为基布,另外也可以使用织布或者编织布等的各种布料,这些布料可用作衣料,当然还可以用作椅子、室内日常用品、被褥·坐垫、枕头、床单、缝包、布娃娃等的面料或里料使用,粘有闪光体的布料也可以贴在混凝土墙壁、屋顶或地面上作为除去电磁波的材料使用。
此外,在上述实施例中,将层压体4a裁成小块得到的闪光体4贴合在基布2上,也可以将闪光体装入布袋中作为浴盆或花瓶等的净化材料使用,还可以直接涂布到墙壁材料上。而作为椅子、室内日常用品、被褥·坐垫、枕头、床单、缝包、布娃娃等蓬松或柔软的材料是很好的,也可以和聚酯等合成树脂为主要成分的棉等均匀混合或者粘结。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的闪光体由含有抗菌性金属的层压体构成,所以具备由抗菌性金属带来的抗菌性、电磁波遮断性、防止带电性,由抗菌性金属的金属光泽带来的审美性。另外,该闪光体能够很容易地粘结在衣料等纤维制品上,可很容易赋予纤维制品隔热性。而且,由于在原丝上粘结了这样的闪光体,本发明的布料也具备了抗菌性等特性。

Claims (2)

1.一种闪光体,其特征在于:在第一合成树脂薄膜上蒸镀抗菌性金属形成蒸镀膜,在该蒸镀膜的抗菌性金属面上涂布合成树脂、或者在所述蒸镀膜的抗菌性金属面上粘结第二合成树脂薄膜,由此形成层压体,再将该层压体裁断为小块而成。
2.一种布料,其特征在于:在原丝上粘结权利要求1所述的闪光体。
