Abstract

本发明提供一种与移动电话的电池相连接的电池连接端子。本发明为了简化结构,提高装配性能,增强耐外性,在由塑料成形的基体31上形成多个柱塞套32,把用于和电池端子相接触的柱塞34插入到各柱塞套32的内部并使其能滑动自如,该柱塞34依靠由导电体制成的基罩构件35来对柱塞套32的下端部进行封闭,这样,上述柱塞34能以弹性状态接触到与移动电话主体10相结合的电池20的端子21上,与柱塞套32的底面相结合的基罩构件35通过钎焊而与移动电话的PCB11相接合,电池的电源依次通过柱塞34、弹簧37、和基罩构件35而供给到PCB11的电子元件上。

Description

移动电话的电池连接端子
技术领域
本发明涉及移动电话的电池连接端子,尤其涉及设置在移动电话主体的电池安装部上与电池端子相接触的连接端子。
背景技术
过去的移动电话的电池连接端子40如图4所示,其装配方法是:使固定片42和弹性接触片43通过接口连接器基体41向移动电话主体的外侧突出,该固定片42被插装在移动电话主体内部的接口连接器基体41上;该弹性接触片43与固定片42的延伸,二者形成一个整体,一边从固定片42的一端开始被弯曲成锐角,一边被弯曲成中间部分向上侧膨起的状态。
上述过去的电池连接端子是对薄片带材进行弯曲成形加工而制成的,所以,存在的问题是:电池连接端子如果反复承受荷重,则上述弹性接触片43产生变形,相对于固定片42会失去复位能力,造成与电池端子接触不良。
存在的另一个问题是:上述过去的电池连接端子,被成形的薄片带材加工成为复杂的形状,很难装配到接口连接器基体上,造成装配工艺性降低。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述过去的电池连接端子所存在的问题而制定的,其目的在于提供这样一种电池连接端子;它由简单的结构而组成,不仅容易装配,提高了工艺性,而且增强了耐久性,提高了寿命。
为了达到上述目的,本发明在构成上具有:
基体,它具有多个柱塞套,该套能使柱塞在其内部滑动自如;
柱塞,它能插入到该基体的各柱塞套内并且滑动自如;
基罩构件,它具有用于和上述各柱塞套相嵌合的环状嵌合部,在上述柱塞套的底面上对上述各柱塞套进行密封,底面通过钎焊与移动电话的PCB(印制电路板)相接合;以及
弹簧,在上述柱塞套的孔内,使上述柱塞被基罩构件的底面弹力支撑。
因此,本发明的优点是:因具有柱塞结构,所以,即使长时间使用后仍能保持弹力,延长寿命,由于结构简单,所以装配工艺性良好。

图1是一种斜视图,它为了表示本发明的电池连接端子而把电池从移动电话主体上拆卸下来。
图2是本发明的电池连接端子的分离斜视图。

图4是过去的电池连接端子的斜视图。
具体实施方式
以下根据附图,详细说明本发明的实施例。
如图1所示,图中符号10表示移动电话主体,20是指在移动电话主体上装卸自如的电池。移动电话主体的电池安装部13的下端所设置的本发明的电池连接端子30与电池20的端子21相接触,把电源供给到移动电话主体10的内部的电子元件(无图示)上。
如图2所示,涉及上述发明的电池连接端子30具有包括多个柱塞套32在内的基体31。柱塞套32和基体31采用塑料制成为一个整体并使上述柱塞套32的上部从主体31的上面向上侧突出。
上述各柱塞套32如图3所示,具有用于以滑动自如状态装入柱塞34的轴向洞32a、以及用直径小于该洞32a并与上述洞32a同轴连通的上端的孔32b。所以,在上述洞32a和孔32b的边界线上形成肩部32d。
上述柱塞34具有:
导向部34a,它能滑动如地接触上述柱塞套32的洞32a的内侧壁;接触部34b,它从该导向部34a向上侧同轴地延伸,穿通柱塞套32的洞32a,伸出到柱塞套32内;以及弹簧固定部34d,其直径小于上述导向部34a的外径,从上述导向部34a的下端向下侧同轴地延伸,在其外园面上嵌装弹簧37。上述接触部34b为防止与电池端子接触不良,其上端部具有半园球形状。在上述导向部34a和弹簧固定部34d的边界上与弹簧37的端头相接触的弹簧座面34c呈倾斜状,其作用是让上述弹簧37的力向上述柱塞34偏转。
基罩构件35与上述各柱塞套32的洞(ボァ)32a的下端相嵌合,利用弹簧37来对柱塞34进行支承。上述基罩构件35,与上述洞32a的下端相嵌合的环状嵌合部35b突出到基板35a的上面;在上述环状嵌合部35b的外周面上形成一种嵌合突起35c,该嵌合突起35c与上述柱塞套32侧壁上的结合沟槽32c相嵌合。上述基罩构件35和弹簧37应当用像铜合金那样的导电性材料制成。
涉及本发明的电池连接端子30的装配方法是:上述柱塞34在把弹簧37的一端夹持到下端弹簧固定部34d上的状态下被插入到上述柱塞套32的洞32a内,利用基罩构件35来覆盖上述洞32a的下端。上述柱塞34被弹簧37压住,保持在导向部34a的上端面与柱塞套32的肩部32d相搭接的状态下,也就是说,柱塞34的接触部34b保持在向柱塞套32的外侧突出的状态下。
如图3所示,本发明的电池连接端子30,被安装在移动电话主体10内,其基罩构件35的底面通过钎焊(solder)与移动电话主体内部安装的PCB11的表面相接合,向柱塞套32的外侧突出的柱塞34的接触部34b穿过移动电话主体10上所形成的孔32b向外部突出。
如果使电池20与移动电话主体10的电池安装部13相结合,那么,电池20的端子21在与突出到移动电话主体10外侧的柱塞34的接触部34b相搭接的状态下把柱塞34压下去。支承柱塞34的弹簧37被压缩,允许上述柱塞34在与电池20的端子相接触的状态下往下降。这时,电池20通过柱塞34、弹簧37和基罩构件35把电源供给到PCB11上。
把电池20从移动电话主体10上拆下来使柱塞34受弹簧37的压力而复位时,上述柱塞34的弹簧座面34c呈倾斜状,上述弹簧37的作用力向上述柱塞34偏转,所以,柱塞34在柱塞套32的洞32a中顺利地上升。
效果
本发明的电池连接端子采用弹簧柱塞(plunger)方式进行构成,所以能提高耐久性。尤其因采用嵌合方式来装配零件,所以结构简单,装配性能提高,从而提高了工艺性。

Claims (1)

1.一种移动电话电池连接端子,为了向移动电话的PCB上供给电池的电源而设置在移动电话主体上并与电池端子相接触,其特征在于具有:
基体(31),它具有多个柱塞套(32),
柱塞(34),它能插入到该基体(31)的各柱塞套内并且滑动自如;
基罩构件(35),它具有用于和上述各柱塞套(32)相嵌合的环状嵌合部(35b),以对上述各柱塞套(32)进行密封的方式与上述基体(31)的底面结合,底面通过钎焊与移动电话的PCB11相接合,是用导电性材料制成的;以及
弹簧(37),在上述柱塞套(32)内,使上述柱塞(34)被基罩构件(35)的底面弹力支撑。它由导电性材料制成。
