Abstract

本发明涉及一种由陶瓷、木材、塑料、天然或人造石料组成的、带有可通过导光件照亮的镶嵌物的地板或墙面覆盖层,和用于此的瓷砖及嵌板。本发明的目的是提供一种可提供导光件照亮的地板或墙面覆盖层,以及用于此的瓷砖和嵌板,它可以成本低廉地制造和安装-即使有大量的镶嵌物。为此设置至少一个缺口(12),它里面镶嵌一可被照亮和由透明材料或由漫反射的导光件组成的镶嵌物。所述镶嵌物(14)通过一导光件(30)与一在远处的光源(60)连接,该导光件(30)安装在镶嵌物(14)的外表面上。

本发明涉及一种由陶瓷、木材、塑料、天然或人造石料组成的、带有可通过导光件照亮的镶嵌物的地板或墙面覆盖层,以及用于此的瓷砖和嵌板。
这种类型的地板或墙面覆盖层除了特殊的审美效果外还至少在室内造成一定的背景照明,因此可以无故障地用作公共建筑物内的紧急照明和/或紧急通道的照明。由于不直接用电流达到照亮的事实,这种覆盖层用在潮湿的小房间内是十分理想的。
例如由DE 3730893 A1已知一种带有埋在里面的镶嵌物的地板覆盖层,其中浇注在镶嵌物内的导光件(Lichtwellenleiter)将它与一远距离的光源连接并被它照亮。然而这种覆盖层的制造成本很高,因此为此或者必须要知道所采用的导光件的长度和布局,这增加了设计和生产的难度,或者必须在镶嵌物内埋入尽可能长的导光件,接着在现场切断到所希望的尺寸。这两种方法都很复杂和昂贵。另一种方法是在现场制作镶嵌物,这更复杂,也更不经济。
从上述方案出发本发明的目的是,提供一种通过导光件照亮的地板或墙面覆盖层,以及用于此的瓷砖和嵌板,尽管有大量镶嵌物,它仍然可以费用低廉地制造和安装。
作为这个目的的技术解决方案按本发明建议,开头所述的地板或墙面覆盖层通过一瓷砖或嵌板得以改进,它包含至少一个缺口,在它里面可以放入一可被照亮的、由透明材料或漫射的光导体组成的镶嵌物,其中镶嵌物可通过一导光件与一设置在远处的光源连接,这里导光件从外面接合在镶嵌物上。
按这种技术原理制成的瓷砖或嵌板有这样的优点,即镶嵌物和导光件可相互独立地制造,它们只是在建立整个覆盖层时才在现场装在一起。这样镶嵌物和/或瓷砖或嵌板可以按照用户的要求在工厂内便预制好,而导光件在形成覆盖层时现场切断到准确的尺寸后镶入,这使得节省材料,并使施工更方便,从而降低建造覆盖层的费用。
在一个优选的实施例中,在瓷砖或嵌板的底面上设置一用来安装导光件自由端的安装孔,其中安装孔的一侧通入缺口内。其优点是,导光件的自由端受保护地安装在安装孔内,尤其是,导光件的自由端按目的地贴合在镶嵌物的窄侧上,以使光线尽可能好地进入镶嵌物。
使光线更好地进入镶嵌物内通过这样的方法达到,使安装孔朝向镶嵌物的部分平行于底面布置,而在其它部分安装孔倾斜设置,使得安装孔的另一侧通入瓷砖或嵌板的底面。
在另一种优选的实施形式中导光件安装在镶嵌物的角上。这有这样的优点,即由此使传入镶嵌物内的光线均匀地分布在镶嵌物内,并促使它很好地发光。
在又一种优选的实施形式中镶嵌物和/或导光件在其接触区内抛光。由此达到光线从导光件到镶嵌物内的良好传递。
在再一种优选的实施形式中许多导光件合并成一束。该导光件束可有利地引入加工在地板或墙面覆盖层背面上的槽内。这有这样的优点,即导光件束安装在覆盖层内,而不突露在外面。这样保证了覆盖层和导光件束有条理地铺放。
在另一种优选的实施形式中镶嵌物由玻璃、丙烯酸类、聚氯乙烯(PVC)或其它塑料制造,其中背面最好做成粗糙或未处理的,而正面最好是光滑或抛光过的。由于正面光滑或抛光的结构输入的光线可以很好地看到,并且没有损耗地从镶嵌物中发射出来,而投射在镶嵌物背面上的光线侧向正面反射,因此给观察者产生深度很大的印象。
在一种优选的改进结构中镶嵌物背面设有一着色层,尤其是喷镀的金层或油漆或者粘接上去的颜色层。由此投射在背面上的光线以各自的颜色反射出来,使观察者看到相应颜色的镶嵌物。由此提供一种有色的镶嵌物。
在另一种优选的改进结构中这种图案做成紧急情况照明,例如画成箭头等等,以便引导在建筑物内的人们走向紧急出口。这种紧急情况照明可经济地制造,方便地维护(因为可集中处理),并且只消耗很少的电流,因为整个紧急情况照明可以只用唯一的光源照明。
按本发明的瓷砖或嵌板和按本发明的覆盖层的其它优点从附图和下面叙述的实施形式中得到。同样按照本发明上面提到的和还要进一步说明的特征可以分别单独地或者相互任意组合使用。所述实施形式不应理解为排他性的列举,而更多地是具有举例性的特征。附图表示:

图1和2表示一由陶瓷、塑料、天然或人造石料组成的瓷砖10,它具有一用来安装一正方形玻璃镶嵌物14的正方形缺口12。其中镶嵌物14最好用环氧树脂粘接在瓷砖10内。该镶嵌物14在其正面16上经过抛光,在其背侧18未经过处理。此外在其背侧18上喷镀一金层20,以便给光线赋予浅金色的色彩。
瓷砖10底面上缺口12的边缘处在拐角22内沿对角线方向通入一安装孔24,其一个端侧通向缺口12,而另一个端侧通入瓷砖10的底面。在该安装孔24内可装入一相应地成形的套管28,该套管固定导光件30的自由端并保持在合理的位置上。其中安装孔24和套管28做得同样地折弯,这可由图3a和3b具体表示,使得一第一段25平行于瓷砖10的底面布置,而一第二段26则倾斜布置。因此该第一段25朝镶嵌物14通入缺口12,第二段26通入瓷砖10的底面。
在套管28上装入端设有一导引元件29,它在横截面内做成V字形。套管28可用该导引元件29配合准确地贴合在镶嵌物14的拐角上,使得保持在套管28内的导光件30可以尽可能近地接近镶嵌物14,并可靠地固定在这个位置上。
在镶嵌物14窄侧的导光件30与之相贴合的区域的表面经过抛光,以保证光线良好的传递。
导光件30的自由端设有一套管32,以作为其防护,它可配合精确地插入套管28,并夹紧地保持在它里面。为了更好地传递光线导光件30的自由端经过抛光。
在装配状态下一这里未画出的光源的光线通过导光件30传入镶嵌物14并在镶嵌物内分布。这时投射到镶嵌物14背面18上的光线被镀金层20反射出金色,并和其它光线一起通过正面16抛光的表面向外射出。由此在观察者眼中呈现出不是冷白色,而是浅金色色彩的发光镶嵌物14。
在图4至6中表示一用于地板或墙面的覆盖层40,它由许多瓷砖42、44、46组成。当然这些瓷砖42、44、46在技术方面做得类似于按图1和2的瓷砖10。自然所采用的镶嵌物的外形、数量和布局可以按照所要求而变化。
在覆盖层40内这样地装入分别带有不同地设置的镶嵌物48的不同瓷砖42、44、46,使得镶嵌物48在总体上呈现出一个箭头。如特别由图6可见,在每个镶嵌物48上连接两条导光件50、52,以达到非常良好的发光。然后所有导光件50、52引到一集中的、加工在瓷砖46背面上的槽54内,并在那里合并成一束56。为了保护导光件50、52导光件束56配备一这里未画出的螺旋金属外壳保护套。
在图5中出于制图技术方面的原因,特别是为了看得更清楚起见,只画出少数几条导光件通向镶嵌物。自然所有镶嵌物与两条导光件连接,尽管这没有明白地画出来。
然后导光件束56经过一几乎任意长的距离引到一光源箱58,该箱内有一光源60,尤其是一低压卤化灯。导光件束56的末端62切平并抛光,以便能良好地接收希望的光线。光源60这样地设置在距导光件束56末端62的一定距离处,使光线尽可能垂直地射入端部62,从而使光线尽可能没有损耗地传入镶嵌物48。
当然在其它实施形式中既可以使镶嵌物为任何其它的形状,也可以是许多镶嵌物一起形成其它的图案。这里设计师的艺术自由度是没有限制的。
当然这种类型的覆盖层同样也可以加工在木制护壁镶板、地毯、镶木地板或其它木地板中。
在图7a和7b中表示按图3a和3b的套管28的另一种可供选择的实施例,它和套管28不同,没有转弯,而是做成直线形。套管728包含一直线形空心圆柱形段726,在它上面安装一导引元件729。这里导引元件729略微倾斜地安装在段726上,使导引元件729形状齐平地贴合在镶嵌物上,并且从而段726可相应倾斜地装入瓷砖底面上的安装孔内。自然安装孔也可选择地-如图2中所示-可做成转弯的,但也可以相应于套管728做成直线形的。

Claims (13)

1.由陶瓷、天然或人造石料组成的地板砖或墙砖,或由木材或塑料组成的嵌板,其特征在于,具有至少一个缺口(12),它里面镶入一可照亮的、由透明材料或由漫射导光体构成的镶嵌物(14、48),其中镶嵌物(14、48)通过一个导光件(30、50、52)与一设置在远处的光源(60)连接,并且其中导光件(30、50、52)在外面接合在镶嵌物(14、48)上。
2.按权利要求1所述的瓷砖或嵌板,其特征为:在瓷砖(10)或嵌板底面上设有一用来安装导光件(30)自由端的安装孔(24),其中该安装孔(24)的一侧通入缺口(12)内
3.按权利要求2所述的瓷砖或嵌板,其特征为:安装孔(24)朝向镶嵌物的一段(25)平行于底面布置,而安装孔(24)的第二段(26)倾斜设置,使得安装孔(24)的另一端通入瓷砖(10)或嵌板的底面内。
4.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的瓷砖或嵌板,其特征为:
导光件(30)接合在镶嵌物(14)的拐角(22)上。
5.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的瓷砖或嵌板,其特征为:
镶嵌物(14)和/或导光件(30)在其接触区内经过抛光。
6.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的瓷砖或嵌板,其特征为:
在瓷砖或嵌板背面上形成一用来安装导光件(30、50、52)束(56)的槽(54)。
7.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的瓷砖或嵌板,其特征为:
镶嵌物(14、48)背面是粗糙的或未处理的。
8.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的瓷砖或嵌板,其特征为:
镶嵌物(14、48)正面是光滑或经过抛光的。
9.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的瓷砖或嵌板,其特征为:
镶嵌物(14)背面设有一着色层(20)。
