Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于滚动轴承的环形元件,该类型的滚动轴承包括一圆柱体表面,其中形成一具有围绕圆柱体表面的圆周的可变径向深度的凹槽,该表面适合用于与模制其上的塑料材料形成一主体,该主体固定用来与该环形件一起旋转并具有一与该凹槽互补的并适合与该凹槽协作以便防止该环形元件和该塑料主体之间的相对旋转的塑料突出部。
背景技术
上述类型的环形元件例如已知于EP-A-0972958,US-A-3832024,和US-A-4925322。这些出版物描述了具有环件的轴承,该环件具有矩形轴向截面的偏心凹槽。
当塑料体模制在一滚动轴承的环形元件上时出现一个缺点是由于钢和塑料的热膨胀系数不同,该塑料体趋于相对于该轴承的环件缓慢旋转;这种现象已知为术语“蠕动”。由于摩擦该轴承的塑料和钢之间的相对旋转造成该塑料的快速磨损,使得该组件变得噪音大,并且不可避免地遭受过大的振动和破裂。
发明内容
本发明的总的目的在于提供一上述类型的环形元件,该环形元件更有效地防止该环形件和模制其上的塑料体之间的相对旋转。
本发明的特别的目的在于提供一用于滚动轴承的环形元件,该滚动轴承适于支承洗衣机滚筒的旋转轴而不产生上述的问题,并特别适于防止该滚筒的旋转达到不可接受的值所产生的振动。
按照本发明通过具有权利要求1所述特征的环形元件可实现此目的。本发明优选实施例限定在从属权利要求中。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1,构成一滚动轴承径向外环件的环形元件标示为10。该环形元件10具有一外圆柱体表面11和一在其内表面上的滚道12。
在此说明书和权利要求中,表明位置和定向(例如“径向”,“轴向”,“内部”,“外部”)术语和表示意欲与环形元件10的中心轴线x相关的。
如图2和6所示,塑料材料主体P模制在外圆柱体表面11上,并构成支承该支承的固定壳体。塑料材料主体P可以是一安装在洗衣机内的支承元件,以便通过该轴承可旋转地支承一旋转轴,该洗衣机的滚筒固定在该轴上。通常,参考这一可能的应用领域不应理解成在任何方面限制本发明的范围。例如,该环形元件10可使用于其上模制有一塑料材料套筒的轴承上,特别是可用作机动车辆发动机内的皮带张紧器。
相对于元件10(其偏心量“e”表示在图1中)的中心轴线偏心的径向凹槽13通过一简单车削操作形成在环形元件10的外表面11上。
构成外部主体P的模制塑料材料产生一塑料材料圆周突出部F,该突出部径向向内延伸并与该凹槽13互补。因此产生一牢固配合,该配合将外部主体P和该轴承的环形元件10牢固地锁定在一起,并防止它们在圆周方向上的相对旋转。实际上,经过一段时间,如果模制在该轴承上的塑料材料不再粘接在该轴承的外环件10的钢上,该偏心突出部F将切向压靠该凹槽13,将防止该轴承的外部环形元件10和外部主体P之间的相对旋转。
本发明的重要特征在于该凹槽13的轴向宽度围绕其圆周变化,如图1所示。
参考图3,凹槽13具有大致V形截面,其两个相对的横向壁或表面13a,13b从该凹槽的底部13c朝向圆柱体表面11岔开。如果该环形元件趋于相对容纳它的主体P旋转,突出部F将楔入表面13a和13b之间,该表面将与该突出部F协作以便防止该主体P和环形元件10之间的相对旋转。
这一作用有助于由该凹槽的偏心实现的锁紧作用,与本说明书前言部分描述的传统的解决方法相比显著地改进了有效性,该传统方法只具有一矩形截面的偏心凹槽,其横向表面不能有助于锁定。
图4和5纯粹通过示例示意地表示本发明的另一可选择实施例。图4中,凹槽13具有大致等边梯形的截面,并在图5中它具有直角梯形的截面。
实际上,本领域技术人员还能明白其他形状(例如,圆形)作为凹槽13的截面,这些形状与这里描述的等同并且其特征在于围绕其圆周的凹槽的轴向宽度和径向深度都变化。
现参考图1和2,为了不削弱环件10,凹槽13最好形成在一该环件很厚的横向区域中,并且不在滚道12的最大直径的区域中,相反在该区域中该径向厚度最小。
如图1和2的实施例所示,凹槽13具有显著小于圆柱体表面11的直径的直径,以便连续围绕该环件的圆周延伸。
在图7所示的变型中,凹槽13只沿着圆周弧线或沿外部表面11的一部分延伸以便切向到达该平面的一点处,在任何情况下实现一牢固的配合,其结果等同于这里描述的其他实施例所提供的结果。
在图8的实施例中,设置两个凹槽13,该凹槽轴向间隔开并最好相对角度偏移,以便进一步改善环形元件10相对于该主体P在两个方向上旋转的旋转锁定作用。
最后,图9表示本发明另一不同的实施例,其中环形元件10是轴承的径向内环件,该轴承具有内部圆柱体表面11,该表面具有一偏心凹槽13,该凹槽具有参考图1~8其中任一图描述的特征。在图9中,塑料主体P模制在表面11的内侧,产生一径向向外延伸的突出部F。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于滚动轴承的环形元件(10),包括:一圆柱体表面(11),其中形成一具有围绕圆柱体表面的圆周可变的径向深度的至少一凹槽(13),该表面适合用于与模制其上的塑料材料形成一主体(P),该主体牢固地固定用来与该环形件(10)一起旋转并具有一与该凹槽(13)互补的并适合与该凹槽协作以便防止该环形件(10)和该塑料主体(P)之间的相对旋转的塑料突出部(F),
其特征在于,凹槽(13)的轴向宽度围绕该圆周变化。
2.如权利要求1所述的环形元件,其特征在于,凹槽(13)具有两个相对的横向表面(13a,13b),该表面从凹槽(13)的底部(13c)朝向圆柱体表面(11)岔开。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的环形元件,其特征在于,凹槽(13)相对于圆柱体表面(11)的轴线(x)偏心。
4.如权利要求1,2和3任一项所述的环形元件,其特征在于,凹槽(13)具有大致V形截面。
5.如权利要求1,2和3任一项所述的环形元件,其特征在于,凹槽(13)具有大致等边梯形的截面。
6.如权利要求1,2和3任一项所述的环形元件,其特征在于,凹槽(13)具有大致直角梯形的截面。
7.如上述权利要求任一项所述的环形元件,其特征在于,凹槽(13)相对于最小径向厚度区域轴向偏移,在该区域中环形元件(10)具有滚道(12)。
8.如上述权利要求任一项所述的环形元件,其特征在于,其包括两个轴向间隔开的凹槽(13),该凹槽的轴向宽度围绕该圆周变化。
9.如权利要求8所述的环形元件,其特征在于,该两个凹槽(13)相互呈角度偏移。
10.如权利要求1所述的环形元件,其特征在于,环形元件(10)是一轴承的径向外部环件,并且其中至少一凹槽(13)形成在环形元件(10)的外部圆柱体表面(11)上。
11.如权利要求1所述的环形元件,其特征在于,环形元件(10)是一轴承的径向内部环件,并且其中至少一凹槽(13)形成在环形元件(10)的内部圆柱体表面(11)上。
12.如权利要求1所述的环形元件,其特征在于,凹槽(13)围绕圆柱体表面(11)连续延伸。
13.如权利要求1所述的环形元件,其特征在于,该偏心凹槽(13)围绕圆柱体表面(11)的圆周弧线延伸。
