Abstract
本发明涉及一种用来测知行进中的长丝变粗的方法和装置,其中,长丝穿过一叉形导丝元件。它被长丝变粗部位从起始位置上推开,这时通过该运动触发一信号。在导丝元件运动期间,让带有变粗部位的长丝继续行进,然后退回到其起始位置。
Description
本发明涉及一种用来测知行进中的长丝变粗的方法,以及用于此方法的装置。
已经采用过一种用来测知变粗的检测器,在该检测器中长丝或纤维束通过一两块板之间的缝隙,其中一块板可摆动地支承。这里缝隙通过两块板平行的棱边围成;长丝的变粗使动板向下回转,这个回转运动通过一检测器测知。这种系统相当不灵敏,另外还有一个缺点,即,变粗部位卡在板的棱边上,这时经常造成长丝断裂。
由于上油剂的堆积造成的粘结使这种已知系统在运行时更不灵敏,并需要比较经常地清洗。为此必须不利地中断纺丝运行。
本发明的目的是,创造一种补救办法,方便和运行可靠地测知运行中的长丝或纤维束的变粗。这里变粗的长丝应该毫无问题地继续行进,就象特别对于纺丝设备有利的那样。按照本发明这个目的通过这样的方法来实现,即,长丝穿过一叉形导丝元件,该导丝元件被长丝变粗从一起始位置推离,这时通过此运动触发一信号,这个反映运动的信号可以是机械、光学、声学、电学或电磁性质的。
导丝元件例如和一复位弹簧共同工作,使得在它被长丝变粗带动之后,便回复到其起始位置。
借助于附图对本方法和装置可能的方案加以说明。附图表示:

用来测知长丝(2)变粗的装置安装在例如属于纺丝设备的一垂直壁(1)上。在图1和2中从这样的情况出发,即,长丝(2)从上向下沿箭头(3)方向垂直运动,例如通过一牵引装置。
长丝(2)穿过一叉形导丝元件(4),在这里是2个销子(4a)和(4b)之间。可以是陶瓷覆层的销子具有一相互平行的部分和一前端的扩张部分,参见图1销子(4a)和(4b)相互的距离可以做成可调的,但是在这图中未表示出来。
导丝元件(4)固定在一水平轴(5)上,该水平轴可回转地支承在一壳体(6)内。导丝元件(4)向外穿过壳体(6)上的开口(6a)。一信号臂与轴(5)相连,所述信号臂通过复位弹簧(8)拉向靠在一位置固定的止挡(9)上的起始位置或静止位置,参见图2。信号臂(7)穿过垂直壁(1)上的一个开口(1a)。
如果行进中的长丝(2)有一个变粗,在短时间内便通过变粗在导丝元件(4)上作用一个力,它使导丝元件向下偏转,如图2中虚线所示。由于销子(4a)和(4b)在前部的距离扩大,在较短的回转运动以后导丝元件(4)便将长丝重新释放,因此长丝可以不受干扰地继续行进。同时导丝元件,通过弹簧力牵引,重新回到起始位置。如果长丝(2)来自一纺丝设备,在它到达导丝元件(4)时便已经冷却,并不再是或几乎不再是塑性的。
结构做成这样,使得不再可能特别是由于上油剂的堆积导致粘结和运行故障。这通过用护罩罩起来的轴承和完全封闭的壳体达到。
在导丝元件(4)短时间回转时,信号臂(7)也向上回转,如图2中虚线所示。这时信号臂向背离检测器(10)作用区的方向运动,所述检测器位置固定地固定。检测器以已知的方式对信号臂(7)的这个运动发出信号,并使例如操作者注意这个操作。现在操作者需要采取必要的措施,例如对纺丝设备进行清洗工作。为了能够改变弹簧(8)的复位力,信号臂(7)具有多个孔眼(11),弹簧(8)可以可选择地挂在这些孔眼内。此外弹簧(8)可以与一长度可调的系统,例如一螺纹销(8a)连接,参见图2,以便可以无级地调整弹簧力。
Claims (8)
1.用来测知运行中的长丝变粗的方法,其特征为:长丝穿过一叉形导丝元件,该导丝元件被长丝变粗从起始位置推离,其中,通过这一运动触发一信号。
2.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:所述导丝元件在其运动期间让带有变粗的长丝继续行进,然后退回到其起始位置。
3.用来测知行进中的长丝变粗的装置,其特征为:有一叉形的、部分包围长丝的导丝元件,它可运动地设置并与运动检测器共同作用。
4.按权利要求3的装置,其特征为:所述导丝元件可回转地设置。
5.按权利要求3或4的装置,其特征为:所述导丝元件配备一复位弹簧。
6.按权利要求5的装置,其特征为:所述复位弹簧的弹簧力是可调的。
7.按权利要求1或后续权利要求之任一项的装置,其特征为:导丝元件内的缝隙宽度做成可调的。
8.按权利要求4的装置,其特征为:将可以作回转运动的零件封罩起来。
