538000 A7 B7 五、發明説明(1 ) 發明之領域 本發明係關於一種用以偵測在運行中紗線或纖維束上之 紗結之裝置,包括一單向扣定且呈叉狀之導引元件 (unilaterally fastened,forked guide element),其能 移動偏離紗線或纖維束運行之方向,且能受一彈簧施力而 回復至其起始位置。該導引元件呈一間隙狀,可經由搭配 一運動偵測裝置以因應紗線或纖維束穿過該間隙,而調整 該間隙之寬度。 發明之背景 應用在紗線或纖維束通過二片板之間隙(而其中一片板被 樞轉安裝),以便偵測在紗線或纖維束上之紗結之裝置已為 習用,其中該間隙係由二片板之平行邊緣所界定;當紗線 或纖維束上有紗結時,將促使板朝下轉動,而此一轉動之 動作即可被偵測裝置所測得。然而此一習知系統甚不靈 敏,且更導致紗結被卡在板邊緣上,經常使得紗線斷掉。 潤滑油之沈積亦導致習知系統在操作上更不靈敏,是故清 洗工作必須經常實施。很遺憾地,纺紗作業即必須因此被 中斷。加拿大專利第C A 9 1 1 7 1 7 A號即揭示一類似之設 施’其中紗線或纖維束運行穿過由一單向夾定葉片彈菁 (leaf spring)所形成之叉狀導引元件之間隙,當通過間隙 之紗線或纖維束上有一紗結時,導引元件即稍微移動偏離 紗線或纖維束方向。可在葉片彈簧上加裝一應變計(shah gauge),其能藉由例如一頻率偵測裝置 detector)而估算測定偏移度(degree 〇f defiecti〇n)。 本紙張尺度適用117國國★標準(CNS) /\4規丨&(21() x ) '------- 裝 町 f 538000 A 7 發明説明(2 摘述 μ本發明之目的在於彌補上述f用裝置之缺失,俾以較為 严1便而可罪《万式偵測在運行中紗線或纖維束上之紗結, 使仔帶有紗結之紗線或纖維束可毫無問題地繼績運行,此 尤其對紡紗廠特別有利。 、根據本發明,上述之發明目的可藉由將該導引元件扣定 於旋轉軸上,並對該間隙加以設計而達成,該導引元件 入面對著旋轉軸之區段平行地運行,而偏離與旋轉軸面對 遠離之區段。紗線及纖維束運行穿過導引元件之間隙,而 當運行通過的紗線或纖維束上有紗結時,導引元件即被移 動偏離其在紗線或纖維束運行方向上之起始位置,此一動 作即可觸發-訊號,而由該訊號所產生的動作可包括機械 式光學式、聲學式(acoustic)、電氣式或電磁式 (electromagnetic)等之性質。 根據申叫專利範圍第1項所述實施例之進一步有利實施態 樣係敘述於申請專利範圍第2項至第ό項中。 、=引裝置係與一螺旋彈簧互動,因此被紗線或纖維束上 又紗結所移動而離開其起始位置之導引裝置可被回復至其 起始位置上。 圖式之簡單說明 、經由圖式範例所示之本發明裝置可藉下列圖式予以解 說’圖式中: 圖1係一概略示意表達,顯示本案發明沿著圖2線之 水平剖视圖,以及 、成、度適用中國國家標準KNS)八4规格(21〇κ297公釐)
