Abstract
本发明涉及一种保鲜设备，尤其是利用真空来保鲜的保鲜库。具有采用工字钢、槽钢、角钢、钢板焊接成形的保鲜库，利用冷库的保温板作为真空保鲜库的隔热层，并由多种机械设备真空泵、压缩机和控制柜安装成为一体，密封的保鲜库上有密封门，密封门是用钢结构焊接成的密封门和密封门框组合而成的，采用磁性密封条对接密封，真空泵与保鲜库间设置有汽水分离器，真空库内设置有风机和臭氧发生器，风机前设置有加湿器。本发明设计新颖独特合理，结构简单，有益效果是保鲜效果明显。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保鲜设备，尤其是利用真空来保鲜的保鲜库。
背景技术
真空保鲜库是一种新型的保鲜设备，能替代国内外的冷藏库、冷冻库、冷藏车和冷藏箱，对竹笋、苹果、西瓜、毛豆、杨梅、葡萄、桃子、荔枝、茶叶和种子及各种蔬菜起到贮藏保鲜的作用，能保证原色、原汁、原味。
现有的真空保鲜柜，是采用钢结构加保温板，真空泵、冷凝压缩机组制冷，真空泵一抽，就把水果和蔬菜里面的原有水份抽掉排到柜外，致使柜内的物品干燥、老化，保鲜效果不好，水份被真空泵一抽，抽到真空泵内腔，和真空泵的润滑油混合，使之起不到润滑作用，真空泵的寿命也会缩短。
发明内容
为了克服现有冷藏设备的不足，本发明提供一种真空保鲜库，该保鲜库不仅能达到保鲜效果，而且是一种绿色无污染产品。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种真空保鲜库，具有采用工字钢、槽钢、角钢、钢板焊接成形的保鲜库，利用冷库的保温板作为真空保鲜库的隔热层，并由多种机械设备真空泵、压缩机和控制柜安装成为一体，密封的保鲜库上有密封门，真空泵与保鲜库间设置有汽水分离器，真空库内设置有风机和臭氧发生器，风机前设置有加湿器。
进一步地：所述密封门是用钢结构焊接成的密封门和密封门框组合而成的，采用磁性密封条对接密封。
本发明设计新颖独特合理，结构简单，有益效果是保鲜效果明显。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的真空保鲜库，具有保鲜库1，保鲜库1外设置真空泵2、压缩机3和控制柜4，密封的保鲜库1上有密封门，密封门是用钢结构焊接成的密封门和密封门框组合而成的，并设置磁性密封条与保鲜库1对接密封，真空泵2和压缩机3通过管道与保鲜库1连接，真空泵2与保鲜库1间设置有汽水分离器5，真空库1内设置有风机6和臭氧发生器7，风机6前设置有加湿器8。
压缩冷凝机组3是真空保鲜库的制冷系统，采用高温对库内加入一定温度，通过风机6转动在库内使空气流通，因真空泵2对库内的空气抽取，致使库内的空气稀薄，冷气在库内不能流通，通过风机6的运转，使冷气在库内均匀，所以风机6在库内起到不可缺少的作用。
加湿器8是真空保鲜库的加湿系统，因真空泵2和压缩机3对水果和蔬菜等都能起到干耗和老化的作用，把水份蒸发，因此对加湿器8来讲是很关键的设备，能把真空泵2和压缩机3的不足，由加湿器8来弥补，增加湿度，促使水果和蔬菜起到原来的形状、原色、原汁、原味不变的作用。
真空泵2与保鲜库1间设置有汽水分离器5，水份不会抽到真空泵2内腔和真空泵2的润滑油混合。
臭氧发生器7是真空保鲜库内的杀菌消毒的专用设备，因水果蔬菜采收后，有很多霉菌在上面，真空保鲜库是绿色环保设备，用化学试剂来杀菌消毒对人体有害，所以臭氧发生器7是真空保鲜库的得力助手。
真空密封门是用钢结构焊接成的密封门和密封门框组合而成的，是采用现代磁性密封条对接密封的，它的密封性能好，又可靠牢固，使用寿命长。
工作使用时，将所需保鲜物品放置在保鲜库1内，关闭密封门，接通电源，控制器4控制真空泵2对保鲜库1内进行抽真空，通过控制汽水分离器5工作，使抽出的空气能水汽分离，控制压缩机3对保鲜库1内进行制冷，控制加湿器8工作及风机6运转，对保鲜库1内冷气和湿度的均衡，控制臭氧发生器7工作，对保鲜库1内进行消毒杀菌，对所需保鲜物品进行真空保鲜。
Claims (2)
1.一种真空保鲜库，具有保鲜库(1)，保鲜库(1)外设置真空泵(2)、压缩机(3)和控制柜(4)，密封的保鲜库(1)上有密封门，真空泵(2)和压缩机(3)通过管道与保鲜库(1)连接，其特征是：真空泵(2)与保鲜库(1)间设置有汽水分离器(5)，真空库(1)内设置有风机(6)和臭氧发生器(7)，风机(6)前设置有加湿器(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空保鲜库，其特征是：所述密封门是用钢结构焊接成的密封门和密封门框组合而成的，并设置磁性密封条与保鲜库(1)对接密封。
