发明技术领域
本发明涉及一种透气不透液体的复合片材,其可作为诸如一次性工作服的一次性衣服的原材料。
相关技术
透气不透液体的复合片材是公知的,该复合片材包括热塑性合成树脂的透气不透液体膜和层叠在该膜的表面上的热塑性树脂纤维的无纺织物。例如,该片材可用作一次性尿布的衬底片材(backsheet)。薄膜赋予该衬底片材透气和不透液体的性能,而无纺织物赋予了该衬底片材类似织物的柔软手感。
在现有技术的复合片材中,无纺织物包括切断纤维,每根纤维的长度为50mm,有时纤维能从复合片材中脱落出来。鉴于此,现有技术的复合片材不适合用作医疗场所或食品加工厂中使用的罩衣或工作服的原材料,在这些场所严禁产生灰尘、污物和纤维状废料。现有技术的该复合片材在以下方面也是不利的:它的一个表面由薄膜限定,该薄膜注定要直接与穿用者的皮肤接触。一些穿用者憎恶薄膜所特有的触感,同样鉴于此不可取的是利用现有技术的复合片材作罩衣等的原材料,而这些复合片材不可避免地与穿用者的皮肤直接接触。
本发明的一个主要目的是改进现有技术的复合片材,并提供一种不会产生纤维状废料且能提供舒适手感的复合片材。
发明公开的内容
依照本发明通过一种透气不透液体的复合片材来达到上面阐述的目的,所述复合片材包括由热塑性合成树脂制成且覆有热塑性合成纤维的透气不透液体的片材,透气不透液体复合片材的特征在于:合成纤维是连续纤维,由合成树脂制成的片材在其相对表面上覆有连续纤维,由合成树脂制成的片材在其相对表面上断续地粘接连续纤维。
依照本发明的一个优选实施例,由合成树脂制成的片材是从热塑性合成树脂制成的薄膜和热塑性合成纤维制成的无纺织物中选择的。根据本发明的另一优选实施例,透气不透液体复合片材的最大透气率依照JIS(日本工业标准)L1096的方法B测得为200sec/100cc,其耐水性依照JISL1092的方法A测得至少为300mm。

优选实施例描述
参照附图由下面给出的描述能更充分地理解透气不透液体复合片材的详细内容。
图1是依照本发明的复合片材的透视图,而图2是复合片材的分解透视图。复合片材1具有上层2、下层4和布置在上层2和下层4之间的中间层3。上层2和下层4的透气性等于或高于中间层3的透气性。上层2和下层4分别包括大量连续纤维6、7,这些连续纤维在中间层3的上下表面上延伸,形成无规律曲线。上层2的连续纤维6和下层4的连续纤维7的基重分别为10~100g/m2,它们分别在它们的交叉点处封接在一起。连续纤维6、7可从包括聚丙烯纤维和共轭纤维的组中选取,所述共轭纤维包括作为心线的聚丙烯或聚酯和作为外套的聚乙烯。
中间层3由热塑性合成树脂制成的透气不透液体片材构成,例如它由诸如聚乙烯的热塑性合成树脂制成的展延薄膜8构成。展延薄膜8厚度为0.01~0.1mm,其含有碳酸钙或硫酸钡的无机填充颗粒。中间层3也可由纤维状集合体构成,这些纤维状集合体例如由聚丙烯或类似物制成的熔融多孔无纺织物。中间层3的透气不透液体性质可通过透气性和耐水性定量表示。优选地,中间层3的最大透气性依照JISL1096的方法B测得为200sec/100cc,其耐水性依照JISL1092的方法A测得至少为300mm。
上层2和下层4以及中间层3在断续形成于复合片材1上的粘接区域11中(见图1)粘接在一起。应当理解的是,在粘接区域未示于通过分解透视图方式表示复合片材的图2中。虽然如何构造粘接区域11并不是关键,但每一个这样的粘接区域11的面积为0.5~10mm2,它们的总面积占复合片材表面积的1~30%。各层2-4的粘接不仅可以通过封接技术进行,也可以通过诸如热溶胶的适当粘接剂进行。
按上面描述方式形成的复合片材优点在于,当复合片材用作外科手术的工作服或罩衣的原材料时,其不会产生令人担心的纤维状废料。这就是上层和下层包含连续纤维的原因。另外,上层和下层呈现出类似织物的手感,因此即使工作服直接与穿用者的皮肤接触,穿用者也不会感受到可能由热塑性合成树脂薄膜呈现的不相容感觉。
因此,该复合片材适合作为需要透气不透液体性质的一次性衣服的表面材料,这些一次性衣服例如一次性工作服、外科手术的一次性罩衣、一次性裤子、一次性短裤或一次性尿布。

Claims (3)

1.一种透气不透液体的复合片材,其包括由热塑性合成树脂制成且覆有热塑性合成纤维的透气不透液体片材,所述透气不透液体复合片材的特征在于所述合成纤维为连续纤维,所述合成树脂制成的片材的相对表面覆有所述连续纤维,所述由合成树脂制成的片材在所述相对表面上与所述连续纤维断续地粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透气不透液体的复合片材,其中由合成树脂制成的所述片材选自由热塑性合成树脂制成的薄膜和由热塑性合成纤维制成的无纺织物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透气不透液体的复合片材,其中所述透气不透液体复合片材的最大透气率按照JISL1096B的方法B测得为200sec/100cc,其耐水性按照JISL1092的方法A测得至少为300mm。
