—____B7 五、發明說明（1 ) 發明背景 本發明係關於一種可呼吸之不透水複合片材’包含熱 塑性合成樹脂的可呼吸之不透水膜，及疊置在此膜表面上 的熱塑性合成纖維之不織布。這樣的片材已經被使用作爲 例如可丟棄式尿布的背片。這種膜使得此背片可透氣且不 透水，而不織布提供此背片具有像衣服一樣的柔軟觸感。 在習知技術的複合片材中，不織布包含人造短纖維各 具有長度50mm ，這些纖維有時會從複合片材中掉落。有鑑 於此，習知技術的片材不適合作爲在醫療場所或食品工廠 的長袍或工作服，在這些地方中灰塵、污物及纖維廢物的 產生是被禁止的。習知技術的此種複合片材是不好，亦在 於藉由膜所界定的一表面是導向直接接觸於穿戴者的皮膚 。一些穿戴者對於此膜所特有的觸感很排斥，所以亦有鑑 於此，最好不要使用此習知技術的複合片材作爲必須直接 接觸穿戴者皮膚的長袍或類似物的原料。 發明槪述 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 本發明之一主要目的是要改進習知技術的複合片材， 且提供一種複合片材不會產生纖維廢物又能提供舒適的觸 感。 根據本發明已經完成上述目的，藉由一種由熱塑性合 成樹脂所製成且覆蓋熱塑性合成纖維的可呼吸之不透水片 材，此種可呼吸之不透水複合片材其特徵爲：合成纖維是 連續的纖維由合成樹脂所製成的片材使其正對表面覆蓋連
