Abstract

天然硒泉水保质浓缩液加工工艺,涉及将天然硒矿泉水浓缩的技术。加工工艺为将天然硒矿泉水经陶瓷净化器粗过滤,滤去水中≥0.1微米的微粒,活性炭滤槽吸附渗滤,滤去水中的氯离子及铅、镉等重金属微粒,再经超过滤,滤去水中的微生物后,置于敞开反应釜中,控温加热并用风扇扩散蒸发的水蒸汽,再静置沉淀、真空抽滤、滤去水合微粒,超过滤后得硒含量为8000-8500μg/kg的浓缩液。本浓缩液稀释后可作各种富硒饮料,或作植物叶面的微量硒喷施肥料。

Description

天然硒泉水保质浓缩液加工工艺
                                  技术领域
本发明涉及一种将天然硒泉水浓缩为硒含量高的天然硒泉水保质浓缩液加工工艺。
                                  背景技术
硒是人体必需的重要微量元素,它可以保护心脏、预防克山病、大骨节病、肝病及癌症等疾病,对人体有明显的免疫激活作用和抗衰老作用。目前,我国乃至全世界的许多地区的人们硒摄入量不足,人体硒缺乏带有普遍性。
湖北省恩施自治州是世界上罕见的高硒区,天然硒水中硒的含量有20μg/公斤。因恩施州的交通不方便,如要将含硒量仅为20μg/公斤的硒泉水运出,必然要花费大量的交通费。因此将硒泉水能加工成保质浓缩液尤为必要。
本申请人在加工浓缩液方面曾作了大量工作,并申请了专利,如《天然硒矿泉水浓缩液》(专利申请号9310414.及98113593.5),其具体加工步骤是,将天然硒矿泉水经净化吸附、浓缩分离、静置沉淀、煮沸、定容、分装灭菌得浓缩液。净化吸附是选择天然矿物经粉碎、浸解、清洗和氧化,分别制成弱酸(RS)型和弱碱(RJ)型吸附剂,在反应釜中对原料进行阴极和阳极离子吸附反渗析连续净化,以减少原料中有害元素的含量及微生物和杂质。浓缩分离系将经净化吸附处理后的原料置反应釜中,经加热使大量水份挥发得到浓缩液,浓缩液趁热滤去聚沉杂质。静置沉淀系将经浓缩分离得到的浓缩液搅拌静置后过滤,以除去一部分被热水溶解的离子在冷却后形成的水合晶体沉淀。煮沸系将经静置沉淀后得到的浓缩液进行煮沸、静置冷却、过滤以分离结晶物。定容系将煮沸得到的浓缩液测定并调整硒含量达到设计规定标准。
                                发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种能使硒含量达800-8500μg/公斤天然硒泉水保质浓缩液加工工艺。
本发明目的的实现方式为,天然硒泉水保质浓缩注入加工工艺,具体工艺过程为;
1)天然硒泉水经瓷净化器粗过滤,滤去水中≥0.1um的微粒,
2)过滤水用活性碳滤槽吸附渗滤,滤去水中的氯离子及铅、镉等重金属微粒,
3)过滤水用超过滤器过滤,滤去水中的微生物,
4)将过滤水置于敞口不锈钢反应釜中,敞口处装轴流式电风扇,用蒸汽夹套方式加热,蒸汽压力0.3MPa,温度60-80C,扩散从敞口逸出的水蒸汽,
5)浓缩水静止沉淀24小时,
6)用真空抽滤机抽滤,滤去水中的水合微粒,
7)过滤水经超过滤器再过滤,
8)超滤水罐装,同时充臭氧灭菌,得含硒量达8000-8500μg/kg的浓缩液。
本发明是天然硒泉水经粗过滤、活性碳吸附、渗滤、过滤水再用超过滤器过滤。超过滤器采用由0.003微米、分子量为5000-8000的聚砜塑料制成的中空纤维超过滤器。超过滤水再置于敞口反应釜中,用蒸汽夹套方式加热,用风扇扩散水蒸汽,进行相对于煮沸为低温的风扩散浓缩。浓缩水再静置沉淀24小时左右,再真空抽滤,滤去水中的钙、铅、砷、汞等重金属水合微粒,再超过滤。超过滤水罐装,同时充臭氧消毒灭菌后得硒含量达8000-8500μg/kg的浓缩液成品。超过滤的尾水再返至静置沉淀器静置沉淀。
用本发明加工的浓缩液,硒含量高,能方便运输,浓缩液的品质好,稀释后能作各种富硒饮料或作植物叶面的微量硒喷施原料。

Claims (3)

1、天然硒泉水保质浓缩液加工工艺,其特征在于具体工艺过程为:
1)天然硒泉水经瓷净化器粗过滤,滤去水中≥0.1um的微粒,
2)过滤水用活性碳滤槽吸附渗滤,滤去水中的氯离子及铅、镉等重金属微粒,
3)过滤水用超过滤器过滤,滤去水中的微生物,
4)将过滤水置于敞口不锈钢反应釜中,敞口处装轴流式电风扇,用蒸汽夹套方式加热,蒸汽压力0.3MPa,温度60-80C,扩散从敞口逸出的水蒸汽,
5)浓缩水静止沉淀24小时,
6)用真空抽滤机抽滤,滤去水中的水合微粒,
7)过滤水经超过滤器再过滤,
8)超滤水罐装,同时充臭氧灭菌,得含硒量达8000-8500μg/kg的浓缩液。
2、根据权利要求1所述的浓缩液加工工艺,其特征在于超过滤器采用由0.003微米,分子量为5000-8000的聚砜塑料制成的中空纤维超过滤器。
3、根据权利要求1所述的浓缩液加工工艺,其特征在于经过滤器的尾水再返至静止沉淀器静止沉淀。
