Abstract

在车辆中,使用最少接线和外部连接件将移动电话固定到车辆仪表盘上的固定装置,采用仪表盘上可用的生产厂电源连接件。固定装置可以是车辆的售后附加件,也可以是购车时的选项,用于简单方便地固定移动电话同时又不带来松散接线,还保证装于移动电话内的摄像机的适当放置。移动电话的位置用于通过风挡或者向后观察乘坐者,以监视车辆之间的意外事故、车内乘坐者的意外事故,或对车内的扰乱者进行安全监视。这通过将摄像机固定在仪表盘上来实现。另一个优点是通过靠近风挡布置天线(部分手持移动电话装置)提高移动电话的功率输出。

发明背景
1.发明领域
本发明提供了一种车辆用固定装置，其具体讲是提供一种装于车辆仪表盘的表面或内部，用于固定移动电话并向其供电的固定装置。
2.背景技术
随着技术革新的增多，越来越多的专门供车辆使用或足够小巧能供车辆使用的装置被开发出来。这些装置能装在车辆仪表盘上，并且直接或者间接地通过车辆点烟器供电。车辆的生产厂可能在仪表盘上面加装第二点烟器，以容纳这些装置，而不丧失点烟器的功能。另外，移动电话正发展成带内置摄像机，以通过移动电话声频通道传送图象信息。虽然从概念上说需要内置附件或用螺栓固定在仪表盘上的外接辅助平台以支持这些装置并且向它们供电，然而电源连接件仍然是需要的。直接向点烟器连线会留下吊摆的线，有碍车内观瞻。Chang的美国专利No.5687234公开了一种车用电话充电器，在一个实施例中，充电器盒将电话连接到点烟器上。充电器是独立单元，不与车本身连接。
因此希望是提供一种固定装置，与车辆仪表盘一起固定可在车辆内使用的电子装置并向它们供电，特别是固定移动电话并向其供电。
发明内容
本发明提供一种辅助平台，或固定器，固定移动电话并向其供电，所述固定器可螺栓连接于车辆仪表盘外部也可以作为售后选件或购车时的选项装在仪表盘内部。
具有这种特征的移动电话的摄像机部分定位于通过风挡可观察、浏览车的后面和内部。

实施例说明
现在参见图1、2A和2B，其中示出的是本发明的优选实施例。如图所示，带有充电器11的固定器10布置在车辆仪表盘12上面。具有摄像机16的移动电话14位于固定器10中(本发明的固定器可以和传统的不带摄像机的移动电站一起使用)。如图所示，仪表盘12内布置有点烟器插座18，固定器10布置成与固定器10一起的电源单元可插入点烟器插座18。须知，移动电话14既可充电，也可有自己的电源，从而不用固定器电源单元。插座18的球形接头22使得固定器10，及从而摄像机16可以被调整，以提供不同的视角(另外有技术可提供二维旋转)。球形接头22包括具有球形元件25的凸球形保持件和凹形保持件27。仪表盘12内装有插座(未示出)。固定器10通过球形接头22与点烟器插座18连接，而电源通过作为普通点烟器插座的部件的阳极和阴极触点接通。
图3示出了本发明的第二实施例，其中固定器10通过球形旋转装置34被安装在仪表盘12上形成的格间或室32的内盖30上，图中显示的是打开位置。门把手36用来打开或关闭门30；合页38把盖30连接在格间32上；并且调角器40可使盖固定在关闭和全开(如图所示)位置。
图4与图3相似，显示格间32内的固定器10处在关闭或收藏位置。
图5示出了本发明的第三实施例，其中固定器10安装在形成于仪表盘12内的格间或室42中。人可从仪表盘12前面探到室42。
图6示出了本发明的第四实施例，其中移动电话14安装在形成于仪表盘12中的格间或室44内的固定器10上。移动电话14不用时，带把手48的滑动门46关闭格间44，以提供令人愉悦的外观。注意在这种形式下，摄像机16只能观察车辆内部。
图7是图1所示的、布置在仪表盘12上面的固定器/充电器10的立体图。
图8表示本发明的第四实施例。具体而言，固定器/充电器10通过球型调角器62安装到凸出的仪表盘部件64上，朝向仪表盘12的前面。虚线表示优选的仪表盘的凸出部，该凸出部提升了仪表盘12的高度，使得摄像机16更好地放置在观察车辆内部情况的位置处。
移动电话也可挂在车辆后视镜或风挡上；可设稳定和防可能发生的摆动的装置。电源接头可设在后视镜、遮阳板或风挡处。
虽然参照其优选实施例对本发明进行了说明，但本领域的技术人员应该清楚，在不脱离本发明的实质精神和范围的情况下，可以对本发明作出多种变化并且其元件可等同替换。同时，在不背离其基本理论的情况下可对本发明做出多种改动以适合特殊的情况或材料。

Claims (14)

1.一种车辆，该车辆有仪表盘和用于在所述车辆仪表盘上面固定移动电话的装置。
2.权利要求1所述的车辆，其中所述固定装置的位置可调。
3.权利要求2所述的车辆，其中所述固定装置包含用于把电源连接到所述移动电话上的装置。
4.权利要求3所述的车辆，其中所述电源包括点烟器引出端。
5.权利要求4所述的车辆，还包括用于把点烟器引出端连接到所述移动电话上的装置。
6.权利要求5所述的车辆，其中所述固定装置包括移动电话充电装置。
7.权利要求6所述的车辆，其中所述连接装置连接在所述充电装置上。
8.权利要求1所述的固定装置，其中所述点烟器引出端安装在车辆仪表盘顶面上。
9.一种带有仪表盘和在上述仪表盘上形成的用于固定移动电话的格间的车辆。
10.权利要求9所述的车辆，其中所述固定装置的位置可调。
11.权利要求10所述的车辆，其中所述固定装置包括用于把电源连接到所述移动电话上的装置。
12.权利要求11所述的车辆，其中所述车辆设有可移动门，用于把所述移动电话封闭在所述的格间中。
13.权利要求1所述的车辆，其中所述移动电话包括观察所述车辆的外部或内部景象的摄像机。
14.权利要求9所述的车辆，其中所述移动电话包括观察所述车辆的外部或内部景象的摄像机。
