Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适于擦除地板和墙壁表面灰尘和/或污垢的一次性擦拭片。
现有技术
日本第1997-135798号专利申请公报描述了一种一次性擦拭片,其包括一热熔性合成树脂基片和许多结合在该基片上并沿一个方向延伸的热熔性纤维。通过将连续的纤维束平铺、并由许多沿相对所述纤维方向横向延伸且在一个方向上间断设置的封合线而结合到该基片上,即得到上述热熔性纤维。这样得到的纤维组件体积很庞大,并且沿着由局部受热挤压形成的封合线,许多纤维熔化并且变硬,而形成一种结合在基片上的高密度膜。在每一对相邻的封合线之间,所述纤维会形成凸出的桥状部,其确定了一从基片向上凸出的圆弧。
一种可以提高在单位时间内该现有技术擦拭片的生产效率的方法是,以高速向生产线上供给热熔性聚乙烯树脂基片和纤维,以使得该基片和纤维在对应于所述高供给速度的高速下热封合在一起。为了提高热封合速度,最好是该基片和纤维两者都使用具有相对较低熔点的聚乙烯树脂材料并且使用具有较高温度和压力的挤压成型机。然而,如果挤压成型机的温度调整至一个实质高于该聚乙烯树脂熔点的温度上,该基片和纤维两者在其某些区域上会由于受到由挤压成型机所传来的热量的影响而发生变形。其结果是该擦拭片难于保持其最初的形状。因此为适应这种高的挤压温度生产效率的提高必然会受到限制。
本发明的目的是改进该常规的一次性擦拭片,以使得在制造该擦拭片的过程中能够使用相对较高的挤压温度。
发明概述
本发明提供了一种一次性的擦拭片,它包括一热熔性合成树脂基片和许多与该底衬热封合在一起且沿一个方向延伸的热熔性合成树脂长纤维,其中该长纤维是通过许多在所述一个方向上间断设置的封合线而与该基片热封合在一起的,其特征是:该长纤维包括芯鞘型复合纤维,其外鞘的熔点要低于其芯部的熔点,并且其熔点差至少为30℃。
本发明也提供了一种制造一次性擦拭片的方法,该擦拭片包括一热熔性合成树脂基片和许多与该底衬热封合在一起且沿一个方向延伸的热熔性合成树脂长纤维,其中该长纤维是通过许多在所述一个方向上间断设置的封合线而与该基片热封合在一起的,其特征是:
该长纤维包括芯鞘型复合纤维,其外鞘的熔点要低于其芯部的熔点,并且其熔点差至少为30℃;沿封合线测量的基片的熔点和复合纤维中外鞘的熔点之间的差距小于20℃;并且在比复合纤维外鞘的熔点高20℃或更多但比复合纤维芯部的熔点要低的温度下,该基片和长纤维结合在一起。

优选实施例的描述
通过下面所给出的参照附图的描述,可以更充分地理解本发明的一次性擦拭片。
图1是支架2的透视图,其上附着有一次性擦拭片1。该支架2包括一底板3和一手柄4。相对底板3的下表面放置的一次性擦拭片1具有两相对的长侧边缘区域7,该边缘区域向上折回至底板3的上表面,并通过安装在底板3上的夹持机构8紧固其上。地板或墙壁表面上的灰尘和/或污垢可被该一次性擦拭片擦除,该擦拭片是附着在支架2上的,该支架带有一由使用者抓在手中的手柄4。
图2是图1中所示的一次性擦拭片1部分剖开后的透视图。这里所图示的一次性擦拭片1已经从底板3上分离下来并且显露出了其朝上的擦拭表面。该一次性擦拭片1包括一由热熔性合成树脂膜或无纺布制成的基片层10和一由许多结合在基片层10上表面的热熔性长纤维或单纤维25形成的擦拭层20。
该基片层10的形状是由一对相对的彼此平行延伸的长侧边缘11和一对相对的彼此平行延伸的短侧边缘12所确定的长方形。由合成树脂膜制成的带状加固层13在许多点状位置15上与相对侧边缘11热封合在一起以提高这些侧边缘11的抗拉应力。参看图2,擦拭层20的一对相对的侧边缘分别由加固层13的内边缘14所覆盖。该基片层10的侧边缘11上形成有许多如加固层13一样沿侧边缘11延伸的狭长切口16。这些狭长切口16方便了由夹持机构8将一次性擦拭片1附着在手柄2上的操作。
该擦拭层20包括许多长纤维25,也就是平行于基片层10的侧边缘11延伸的连续单纤维。这些长纤维25沿一些间断设置的封合线9与基片层10热封合在一起,并朝向该基片层10中相对的短侧边缘12在一对彼此平行的相对的侧边缘11之间延伸。各长纤维25上都局部地确定有相对较长的桥状部26A和相对较短的蓬松部26B,桥状部将每对相邻的封合线9连接起来,蓬松部是通过将每对相邻的封合线9之间所保持的长纤维25隔断开而形成的。隔断开的部分所确定的缝隙29是沿着与长纤维25的延伸方向横向交叉的方向而延伸的。这种擦拭层20的加工方法包括以下步骤。第一,一束长纤维束25铺开成预定的宽度,这些长纤维25供给至连续进给的热熔性基片织物层上,而穿过该热熔性基片织物层延伸的封合线9相对于热熔性基片织物层的进给方向间断地成形于其上。在每一对相邻的封合线9之间,横向于长纤维25的进给方向,长纤维25被间歇地隔断。
图3是图2中的一个重要部分的局部放大透视图。通过将基片层10和长纤维组件25在所施加的压力下加热从而在厚度方向上将它们彼此压合在一起,这样也就形成了封合线9。该长纤维组件25体积庞大,并且成品的擦拭片1上在封合线9的附近形成有许多压制而成的沟槽26C,由于热压作用的结果,该部分的密度较高。该长纤维25的长度在每一对相邻的封合线9之间都是连续地延伸,以至形成了凸出的桥状部26A,也可形容为从基片层10向上凸出的圆弧。在每一对邻近的封合线9之间延伸的长纤维25的长度也会分别局部地隔断,以形成蓬松部26B。
用上述方法与擦拭层20组合在一起的热熔性基片沿其两相对的长侧边缘可设置有结合其上的加固层13,并且按预定的长度切割成单独的擦拭片1。该擦拭层20在基片层10的长侧边缘11的最外边缘内侧最好确定为10-100mm,更好的是20-60mm。由这样的布置方式,该擦拭片1就能够轻易地夹持于底板3上(参看图1),并且该长纤维25能够较经济的使用,因为该长纤维25聚合至擦拭片1的横向中心部位了。该擦拭层20中两相对的短侧边实质上与基片层10中两相对的短侧边缘分别相对齐并且分别封装在一起,以便沿其相对的短侧边缘12加强基片层10的抗拉强度。
图4通过(A)-(C)三幅局部剖面图示出了实现基片层10的各不同方式。图4(A)示出了一种由两种不同类型的合成树脂组成的两层叠片状的基片层10,也就是说,一热熔性片层31会与长纤维25热封合在一起,同时一非热熔性片层32则不会参与和长纤维发生热封合。该热熔性片层31具有比非热熔性片层32低的熔点并且更容易与长纤维25热封合在一起。两片层31、32之间的熔点差最好为70℃或更高,以使得即使在该热熔性片层31在高于其自身熔点的温度下加热时,该非热熔性片层32也能免于受到损坏变形。这种构型的基片层10可使用聚乙烯树脂作热熔性片层31而使用聚酯树脂作非热熔性片层32。
图4(B)示出了一种由两种不同类型的合成树脂组成的三层叠片状的基片层10。上层和下层是由热熔性片层31所确定,非热熔性片层32设置在热熔性片层31的中间。这种构型的基片层10使得长纤维25能够与该基片层10的两侧面都发生热封合。
图4(C)示出了一种由包括芯鞘型复合纤维33的无纺布制成的基片层10。组成该复合纤维33中的纤维是机械地缠卷在一起和/或热封合在一起,以形成无纺布。在该复合纤维33中,该外鞘36的熔点比芯部37的熔点至少要低30℃,最好是低70℃。使用这种构型的基片层10,即使是当外鞘36熔化以便和长纤维25发生热封合时,该芯部37也可保持其最初的形态。因此,该基片层10本身也能够如同保持它的外形一样保持其基本功能。该基片层10使长纤维25能够与该基片层10的两侧面都发生热封合。外鞘36可使用聚乙烯树脂,同时芯部37可使用聚酯树脂。
图5示出构成桥状部26A的长纤维25的局部剖面图。虽然有时该长纤维25包括芯鞘型复合纤维,最好是包括机械卷曲或热卷曲的复合纤维,而图5表示的是没有卷曲的长纤维25。该外鞘46的熔点最好比芯部的熔点低至少30℃,最好是低70℃。当为了将长纤维25热封合在基片层10上而将其热压在基片层10上时,该挤压温度最好调整至比外鞘46的熔点高20℃或更多的一温度上,最好是高60℃,但是应比芯部47的熔点要低。在这样的挤压温度下,芯部47将每条长纤维25保持在其最初的形态上,例如,能够使得每条长纤维25可靠地确定其圆弧形状。外鞘46可使用聚乙烯树脂,同时芯部47可使用聚酯树脂。
所希望的是,该基片层10和该长纤维25能够可靠地热封合在一起,同时又能够快速地熔接在一起。为此目的,基片层10和长纤维25的材料最好使得二者热封合在一起时的熔点差可以被限制在一个小于20℃的水平内。例如,图4所表示的基片层10的热熔性片层31和图5所表示的构成长纤维25的复合纤维的外鞘46最好是由具有实质上相同的熔点的聚乙烯树脂材料制成。
根据本发明,芯鞘型复合纤维作为构成擦拭片擦拭层的长纤维的材料使用,以使得其外鞘比芯部的熔点至少低30℃,最好是低70℃。该复合纤维中芯部和外鞘的这种关系使得擦拭片能够高效率地大批量生产,并且即使当用于将长纤维热封合在基片层上的温度相对较高时也不会使长纤维发生变形。
根据本发明,形成擦拭片的聚乙烯树脂基片层包括熔点相对较高的片层和熔点相对较低的片层,以使得具有相对较低熔点的片层可以热封合在长纤维上。通过这种方式,擦拭片的生产效率能够进一步地提高。
Claims (16)
1.一种一次性的擦拭片,它包括一热熔性合成树脂基片和许多与所述基片热封合在一起且沿一个方向延伸的热熔性合成树脂长纤维,所述长纤维是通过许多在所述一个方向上间断设置的封合线与所述基片层热封合在一起的,其特征是:
所述长纤维包括芯鞘型复合纤维,其外鞘的熔点要低于其芯部的熔点,并且其熔点差至少为30℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的一次性擦拭片,其特征是:所述的熔点差至少为70℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的一次性擦拭片,其特征是:所述复合纤维包括所述由聚酯树脂制成的芯部和由聚乙烯树脂制成的外鞘。
4.如权利要求1所述的一次性擦拭片,其特征是:所述的复合纤维是卷曲的。
5.如权利要求1所述的一次性擦拭片,其特征是:当沿封合线测量的所述基片的熔点和所述复合纤维中外鞘的熔点之差小于20℃。
6.如权利要求1所述的一次性擦拭片,其特征是:所述基片由芯鞘型复合纤维的无纺布组成,其中所述无纺布中外鞘的熔点和构成所述长纤维的复合纤维中的外鞘的熔点之间的差值应小于20℃,并且所述这些外鞘是彼此相结合的。
7.如权利要求1所述的一次性擦拭片,其特征是:所述基片包括一至少由两种具有不同熔点的合成树脂层组成的叠片层,并且具有相对较低熔点的片层和构成所述长纤维的的复合纤维的外鞘结合在一起。

12.一种用于制造一次性擦拭片的方法,所述擦拭片包括一热熔性合成树脂基片和许多与所述基片热封合在一起并且沿一个方向延伸的热熔性合成树脂长纤维,其中该长纤维是通过许多在所述一个方向上间断设置的封合线而与该基片层热封合在一起的,其特征是:
