Abstract
本发明提供一种不会损害薄片的手感,用比上述现有技术少的工序就能制出弹性复合薄片的弹性复合薄片制造装置。该装置1包括相互对峙设置的一对辊1a,1b,将非伸缩性薄片2与伸缩性薄片3供给辊1a,1b的接合部,这些薄片表面2,3相互接合在一起,一个辊1a在辊1a的周面具有多个凸条7,这些凸条朝所述辊1a的径向向外方向延伸,另一个辊1b在辊1b的周面具有多个沟槽8,这些沟槽8与凸条7接合,朝辊1b的径向向里方向延伸,当凸条7与沟槽8相互接合时,在凸条7与沟槽8之间形成间隙,在非伸缩性薄片2上形成朝一个方向呈脉状延伸的多个凸部,和在凸部之间平滑地延伸的多个凹部,非伸缩性薄片2的凹部接合到伸缩性薄片3上。还提供一种弹性复合薄片制造方法。
Description
本发明涉及一种弹性复合薄片制造装置以及弹性复合薄片制造方法。
日本特开平10-245757号公报揭示了一种薄片状弹性复合体的制造方法,该方法包括:具有热轧花辊,凹凸辊,以及平辊,其中,热轧花辊具有条纹状凹凸沟槽,凹凸辊具有与热轧辊的凹凸沟槽接合的凹凸,平辊与热轧花辊接合,将热可塑性的非伸缩性薄片供给热轧花辊与凹凸辊的接合部,在非伸缩性薄片上形成凹凸部,之后,将伸缩性薄片与形成有凹凸部的非伸缩性薄片供给热轧花辊与平辊的接合部,只将非伸缩性薄片的凸部热接合到伸缩性薄片上。
日本特开平10-245757号公报所揭示的方法需要有在非伸缩性薄片上形成凹凸部的工序,以及将非伸缩性薄片与伸缩性薄片相互热接合的工序。在非伸缩性薄片上形成凹凸部的工序中,由于轧花辊和凹凸辊对非伸缩性薄片的大致前面施热,因而,非伸缩性薄片会硬化,从而有损于薄片的手感。
本发明的目的是提供一种不会有损于薄片的手感,用比上述现有技术少的工序就能制出弹性复合薄片的弹性复合薄片制造装置以及弹性复合薄片制造方法。
本发明就是为了解决前述的问题提出了一种弹性复合薄片制造装置,包括相互对峙设置的一对辊,将非伸缩性薄片与伸缩性薄片供给所述辊之间的接合部,将所述非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面与所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面相互接合在一起
在上述前提下,本发明的特征是:所述辊的任一个具有多个凸条,这些凸条在所述辊的周面以所需间隔朝所述辊的径向向外方向延伸,所述另一个辊具有多个沟槽,在所述辊的周面这些沟槽与所述凸条接合并朝所述辊的径向向里方向延伸,当所述凸条与所述沟槽相互接合时,在所述凸条的表面与所述沟槽的表面之间形成间隙,在非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面上形成朝一个方向呈脉状延伸的多个凸部,和在所述凸部之间平滑地延伸的多个凹部,所述非伸缩性薄片的所述凹部接合到所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面上。
作为本发明的一个实施例,在所述辊的断面中所述凸条的弧的尺寸除以连接所述弧两端的所述凸条的弦的尺寸后所得的值在1.5~4.5的范围内。
作为本发明的另一个实施例,在所述辊的断面中所述凸条的弦的尺寸除以相邻接合的所述凸条的两端间的尺寸后所得的值在0.1~0.5的范围内。
作为本发明的又一个实施例,所述复合薄片沿与所述凸部延伸的方向相交的方向的伸长率可按下式计算出:
伸长率={(凸条的弧的尺寸+相邻接合的所述凸条的两端间的尺寸/凸条的弦的尺寸+相邻接合的所述凸条的两端间的尺寸)-1}×100
该伸长率在33~318%的范围内。
作为本发明的再一个实施例,所述非伸缩性薄片为由热塑性合成树脂纤维形成的无纺织物,所述伸缩性薄片为由热塑性合成纤维形成的弹性体,通过所述辊将非伸缩性薄片与所述伸缩性薄片熔合在一起。
一种弹性复合薄片制造方法,其前提是:包括非伸缩性薄片,伸缩性薄片,以及相互对峙设置的一对辊,将所述非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面与所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面相互接合在一起。
在上述前提下,其特征是:所述辊的任一个具有多个凸条,这些凸条在所述辊的周面以所需间隔朝所述辊的径向向外方向延伸,所述另一个辊具有多个沟槽,在所述辊的周面这些沟槽与所述凸条接合并朝所述辊的径向向里方向延伸,当所述凸条与所述沟槽相互接合时,将所述非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面与所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面相互叠合,连续供给在所述凸条的表面与所述沟槽的表面之间具有间隙的所述辊相互间的接合部,在所述非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面上形成朝一个方向呈脉状延伸的多个凸部,和在所述凸部之间平滑地延伸的多个凹部,所述非伸缩性薄片的所述凹部与所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面相接合。

以下参见附图对本发明的弹性复合薄片制造装置进行详细说明。
图1是弹性复合薄片制造装置1的透视图,图2是局部地表示装置1的沿图1的A-A线剖开的断面图。图1中,在制造装置1的上游侧设置有供给非伸缩性薄片2和伸缩性薄片3的供给装置4,5,在制造装置1的下游侧设置有已制出的复合薄片12的卷取装置6。制造装置1由相互对峙设置的一对辊1a,1b构成。
位于下方位置处的辊1a上形成有多个凸条7,这些凸条7在辊的周面以所需间隔朝辊1a的径向向外方向延伸。在位于上方位置处的辊1b上形成有多个沟槽8,这些沟槽8与辊1a的凸条7接合,朝辊1b径向向里方向延伸。凸条7和沟槽8与辊1a,1b的轴向相交的辊1a,1b的周向延伸。如图2所示,制造装置1当辊1a的凸条7与辊1b的沟槽8相互接合时,在凸条7的表面与沟槽8的表面之间具有间隙。对辊1a,1b的至少一个进行加热以使薄片2,3相互熔合。凸条7和沟槽8可以与辊1a,1b的轴向相并行地延伸。
非伸缩性薄片2和伸缩性薄片3分别由供给装置4,5供给,非伸缩性薄片2位于上方,而伸缩性薄片3位于非伸缩性薄片2的下方。将这些薄片2,3在供给装置4,5与制造装置1之间相互叠合在—起,并进入辊1a,1b的接合部。在辊1a,1b的凸条7与沟槽8之间,非伸缩性薄片2位于沟槽8的—侧,而伸缩性薄片3位于凸条7的—侧。凸条7使这些薄片2,3伸长。在凸条7与沟槽8之间由于凸条7的表面与沟槽8的表面处于非接触状态,因而非伸缩性薄片2与伸缩性薄片3不会熔合在—起。在凸条7与沟槽8之间延伸的辊1a,1b各自的平面9,10处,非伸缩性薄片2与伸缩性薄片3相互熔合在—起
这些薄片2,3从制造装置1一出来,位于凸条7与沟槽8之间的伸缩性薄片3就会收缩,返回到大致平滑的状态,在非伸缩性薄片2的薄片表面上就会形成朝一个方向呈脉状延伸的多个凸部2a。在位于辊1a,1b的平面9,10处的非伸缩性薄片3上形成在凸部2a之间大致平滑地延伸的凹部2b,非伸缩性薄片2的凹部2b与伸缩性薄片3相互熔合在一起。
在制造装置1中,凸条7的弧的尺寸L2除以连接弧两端的凸条的弦的尺寸L1后所得的值在1.5~4.5的范围内。若小于1.5,在非伸缩性薄片2的薄片表面所形成的凸部2a的弧的尺寸就变小,复合薄片12就不会得到所希望的伸长率。若大于4.5,伸缩性薄片3达到最大伸长率,但是,超过伸缩性薄片3的最大伸长率,在此以上不能伸长的状态下,非伸缩性薄片2的凸部2a就会发生松弛,从而有损于非伸缩性薄片2的侧面的外观。
制造装置1为,凸条7的弦的尺寸L1除以相邻接合的凸条7的两端间的尺寸L3后所得的值在0.1~0.5的范围内。若小于0.1,辊1a,1b的平面9,10的尺寸就变小,非伸缩性薄片2与伸缩性薄片3之间的熔合就不充分。若大于0.5,在非伸缩性薄片2与伸缩性薄片3上就会增加刚性高的熔合部位,从而就会有损于复合薄片2的手感。
由制造装置1制出的复合薄片12的伸长率可按以下式计算出:
伸长率={(凸条的弧的尺寸L2+相邻接合的前述凸条的两端间的尺寸L3/凸条的弦的尺寸L1+相邻接合的前述凸条的两端间的尺寸L3)-1}×100
该伸长率在33~318%的范围内。
图3是由制造装置1制出的弹性复合薄片12的透视图。复合薄片12是通过将非伸缩性薄片2与伸缩性薄片3层压在—起而制成的物品,因此,在非伸缩性薄片2的表面上形成有朝一个方向延伸同时朝薄片表面的上方隆起的凸部2a和在凸部2a之间大致平滑地延伸的凹部2b。非伸缩性薄片2的凹部2b接合到伸缩性薄片2的薄片表面上,非伸缩性薄片2的凸部2a与伸缩性薄片3的薄片表面处于非接合状态。如果复合薄片12朝与在非伸缩性薄片2上形成的凸部2a延伸的方向相交的方向伸长,非伸缩性薄片2仅凸部2a的弧的尺寸伸长,同时,伸缩性薄片3也仅在凸部2a的弧的尺寸伸长时伸长。
由热塑性合成树脂纤维形成的无纺织物用于非伸缩性薄片2。作为无纺织物,可以使用射流喷网法(スパンレ-ス),针刺法,熔喷法(メルトブロ-ン),热粘合(サ-マルボンド),纺粘型,化学粘合法等形成的无纺织物。目付为15~80g/m2,最好为20~60g/m2。作为构成无纺织物的纤维可以使用聚烯烃类,聚酯类,聚酰胺类等各种热塑性纤维,聚乙烯/聚丙烯或者聚酯复合纤维等。
由热塑性合成纤维形成的弹性体用于伸缩性薄片3。作为弹性体可以使用聚烯烃类,聚酯类,聚酰胺类,聚氨基甲酸酯等。
非伸缩性薄片2与伸缩性薄片3的接合,除了熔合以外还可以采用热熔性粘合剂等粘合剂。在采用粘合剂时,非伸缩性薄片2的薄片表面与伸缩性薄片3的薄片表面相互接合之后,供给制造装置1。非伸缩性薄片2进入制造装置1的凸条7与沟槽8,并由凸条7使粘合剂伸长并断裂。伸缩性薄片3一收缩,非伸缩性薄片2也收缩,于是在复合薄片12上就会形成褶裥。
根据本发明的弹性复合薄片制造装置,通过仅将非伸缩性薄片和伸缩性薄片供入一对辊之间,可在非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面上形成呈脉状延伸的凸部和在凸部之间延伸的凹部,并且非伸缩性薄片的凹部接合到伸缩性薄片的薄片表面上,因此,用最少的工序就能制出弹性复合薄片。在非伸缩性薄片与伸缩性薄片相互熔合在一起时,当分别在辊上所形成的凸条与沟槽相互接合时,由于它们的表面处于非接触状态,因此,不对非伸缩性薄片的凸部进行加热,从而不会有损于非伸缩性薄片的凸部的外观。
Claims (6)
1.一种弹性复合薄片制造装置,包括相互对峙设置的一对辊,将非伸缩性薄片与伸缩性薄片相互叠合,供给所述辊之间的接合部,使所述非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面与所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面相互接合在—起,其特征是:所述辊的任一个具有多个凸条,这些凸条在所述辊的周面以所需间隔朝所述辊的径向向外方向延伸,所述另一个辊具有多个沟槽,在所述辊的周面这些沟槽与所述凸条接合并朝所述辊的径向向里方向延伸,当所述凸条与所述沟槽相互接合时,在所述凸条的表面与所述沟槽的表面之间形成间隙,在非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面上形成朝一个方向呈脉状延伸的多个凸部,和在所述凸部之间平滑地延伸的多个凹部,所述非伸缩性薄片的所述凹部接合到所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,在所述辊的断面中所述凸条的弧的尺寸除以连接所述弧两端的所述凸条的弦的尺寸后所得的值在1.5~4.5的范围内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征是,在所述辊的断面中所述凸条的弦的尺寸除以相邻接合的所述凸条的两端间的尺寸后所得的值在0.1~0.5的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1~3的任一个所述的装置,其特征是,所述复合薄片沿与所述凸部延伸的方向相交的方向的伸长率可按下式计算出:
伸长率={(凸条的弧的尺寸+相邻接合的所述凸条的两端间的尺寸/凸条的弦的尺寸+相邻接合的所述凸条的两端间的尺寸)-1}×100
该伸长率在33~318%的范围内。
5.根据权利要求1~4的任一个所述的装置,其特征是,所述非伸缩性薄片为由热塑性合成树脂纤维形成的无纺织物,所述伸缩性薄片为由热塑性合成纤维形成的弹性体,通过所述辊将非伸缩性薄片与所述伸缩性薄片熔合在一起。
6.一种弹性复合薄片制造方法,包括非伸缩性薄片、伸缩性薄片、以及相互对峙设置的一对辊,将所述非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面与所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面相互接合在—起,其特征是;所述辊的任一个具有多个凸条,这些凸条在所述辊的周面以所需间隔朝所述辊的径向向外方向延伸,而所述另一个辊具有多个沟槽,在所述辊的周面这些沟槽与所述凸条接合并朝所述辊的径向向里方向延伸,当所述凸条与所述沟槽相互接合时,将所述非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面与所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面相互叠合,连续供给在所述凸条的表面与所述沟槽的表面之间具有间隙的所述辊相互间的接合部,在所述非伸缩性薄片的薄片表面上形成朝一个方向呈脉状延伸的多个凸部,和在所述凸部之间平滑地延伸的多个凹部,所述非伸缩性薄片的所述凹部与所述伸缩性薄片的薄片表面相接合。
