Abstract
在填充密封剂的轮胎中,轮胎踏面的内侧面上粘接外侧衬片,所述外侧衬片和内侧衬片之间划分出填充了密封剂的密封剂腔,同时内侧衬片的内部划分出填充了空气的空气腔。内侧衬片由300%模数且60kfg/cm2以下的柔软橡胶构成,所以不仅使钉子造成的内侧衬片的剌伤变小,而且可以在钉子拔除后使刺伤迅速收缩,从而延迟空气从空气腔流出。再则,由于柔软的内侧衬片在空气腔内的空气压力作用下易于变形,所以密封剂腔内的密封剂在空气压力的作用下可以迅速挤到轮胎踏面的刺伤内,从而有效地修补该刺伤。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种填充密封剂的轮胎,在轮胎主体的轮胎踏面内侧面,形成填充密封剂的轮状的密封剂腔,用隔层将所述密封剂腔与空气腔间隔开。
背景技术
日本特开平8-323875号公报中,公开了一种填充密封剂的轮胎,该轮胎主体的轮胎踏面内侧面的至少一部分,形成由衬片划分的密封剂腔,封入上述密封剂腔的密封剂将钉子等造成的轮胎踏面的刺伤自行封住,从而延迟刺伤引起的空气泄漏。
图3表示钉子等物贯穿轮胎踏面4、密封剂腔7及衬片3抵达空气腔8,使现有的填充密封剂的轮胎受到刺伤的状态。由于轮胎踏面4的橡胶是硬质的,所以即使将钉子等物拔除,基本上也不能期待橡胶的弹性作用使刺伤41收缩(参照箭头所示)。而且,现有的填充密封剂的轮胎,衬片3的橡胶也比较硬,拔除钉子等物之后,刺伤31也只是略微收缩(参照箭头所示)。因而,空气腔8中的空气,通过衬片3的刺伤31及轮胎踏面4的刺伤41急剧地向外流出,有时,密封剂腔7中充填的密封剂6对轮胎踏面4的刺伤41的修补不能奏效。
发明内容
本发明鉴于前述问题提出,其目的是,提高填充密封剂的轮胎中的密封剂修补刺伤的效果,从而延迟空气腔中空气的流出。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出一种填充密封剂的轮胎,在轮胎主体的轮胎踏面的内侧面,形成填充密封剂的轮状密封剂腔,用隔层将所述密封剂腔与空气腔间隔开,其特征在于,上述隔层由300%模数且60kgf/cm2以下的材料形成。
按照上述结构,划分空气腔和密封剂腔的隔层由300%模数且60kgf/cm2以下的柔软材料形成,所以不仅使钉子等物造成的刺伤变小,而且,将钉子等物拔除后刺伤迅速收缩,从而能够延迟空气从空气腔流出。再则,因为柔软的隔层在空气腔中的空气压力的作用下容易变形,所以密封剂腔中的密封剂在空气压力作用下,迅速向轮胎踏面的刺伤内挤出,从而可以有效地修补该刺伤。

具体实施方式
以下根据附图示意的本发明的实施例说明本发明的实施方式。
图1、图2A、图2B是本发明的一个实施例的示意图。
如图1所示,由轮胎主体1、其内部加硫粘接的外侧衬片2及内侧衬片3构成的无内胎轮胎T,安装在自动二轮车用车轮的轮圈R上。外侧衬片2加硫粘接在轮胎主体1的轮胎踏面4的内侧面上,同时,内侧衬片3除去中央部的左右两侧部加硫粘接在轮胎主体1的左右侧壁5、5的内侧面上。内侧衬片3的中央部和外侧衬片2之间,划分出填充密封剂6的断面略呈弧状的密封剂腔7,内侧衬片3的内部划分出断面略呈圆形的空气腔8。
将密封剂腔7及空气腔8间隔开,构成本发明的隔层的内侧衬片3,由300%模数且60kgf/cm2以下的丁基橡胶(IIR)构成。300%模数表示伸长300%时的拉伸应力的大小,其值越小材料的柔软性越高。
轮圈R设置有,沿轮胎T的圆周方向延伸的环状的轮圈主体部9,和从轮圈主体部9的宽度方向两端向半径方向外侧延伸的,保持轮胎主体1的内周的一对凸缘10、10。向空气腔8中充填空气的空气阀11,贯穿并支撑于空气阀安装部12,所述空气阀安装部12形成于轮圈主体部9的圆周方向上的一个部位。
而且,如图2A所示,将贯穿轮胎主体1的轮胎踏面4、外侧衬片2及内侧衬片3的钉子N拔除后,如图2B所示,在轮胎踏面4、外侧衬片2及内侧衬片3上分别形成刺伤41、21、31。
轮胎主体的轮胎踏面4由硬质橡胶形成,因而只能部分收缩拔除钉子N之后的刺伤41,而且,虽然外侧衬片2的橡胶与轮胎踏面4的橡胶相比质地柔软,但是外侧衬片2的厚度小,并一体地粘接在轮胎踏面4的内侧面,所以钉子拔除之后外侧衬片2的刺伤21也只能部分收缩。另一方面,内侧衬片3由300%模数且60kgf/cm2以下的柔软橡胶构成,所以钉子N拔除之后刺伤31迅速收缩,其直径也比钉子N的直径大幅度减小。
这样,内侧衬片3的刺伤31收缩,使空气腔8中的空气难以通过刺伤31,因而可以减少通过外侧衬片2及轮胎踏面4的刺伤21、41流向轮胎主体1外部的空气。再则,由于内侧衬片3是柔软的,所以空气腔8中的空气压力使内侧衬片3易于变形,从而使密封剂腔7的容积减少,由密封剂腔7挤出的密封剂6可以充填到外侧衬片2及轮胎踏面4的刺伤21、41中,有效地修补刺伤21、41。

表1是,安装了300%模数且超过60kgf/cm2的内侧衬片3的轮胎(比较例),和安装了300%模数且60kgf/cm2以下的内侧衬片3的轮胎(实施例),用模仿钉子的直径3mm及5mm的2种针戳刺时,测定的内侧衬片3上形成的刺伤的直径。表明安装了300%模数且60kgf/cm2以下的柔软橡胶构成的内侧衬片3的实施例,与比较例相比较刺伤直径减少了。

表2分析了用模仿钉子的各种针戳刺轮胎产生刺伤时,所述刺伤造成的空气从空气腔8泄漏的程度。这里的比较例1,是不具有密封剂的通常的无内胎轮胎,在轮胎主体的内侧面粘接了防止空气透过的衬片(300%模数且100kgf/cm2)。而且比较例1,是图1所示结构的轮胎中,安装了300%模数且80kgf/cm2的内侧衬片3的轮胎,实施例1及实施例2,是图1所示结构的轮胎中安装了300%模数且分别为60kgf/cm2、40kgf/cm2的内侧衬片3的轮胎。
表2清楚地表明,300%模数越是减少既内侧衬片3的橡胶越柔软,则防止空气泄漏的效果越高,即使增大造成刺伤的针的直径也可以有效地防止空气泄漏。特别是,上述效果在300%模数且60kgf/cm2以下的实施例1及实施例2中特别显著。
以上祥述了本发明的实施例,本发明在不脱离其要旨的范围,可以进行种种设计变更。
例如,实施例的轮胎T,是将外侧衬片2粘接在轮胎主体1的轮胎踏面4的内侧面,但本发明对于不具有外侧衬片2的轮胎T也适用。而且,内侧衬片3的材质也不限于丁基橡胶(IIR)。
上述表明,本发明的填充密封剂的轮胎适用于自动二轮车,也可以实施于其它车辆,例如客车、货车或轿车。
Claims (1)
1.一种填充密封剂的轮胎,所述轮胎在轮胎主体(1)的轮胎踏面(4)的内侧面形成充填密封剂(6)的轮状的密封剂腔(7),隔层(3)将所述密封剂腔(7)和空气腔(8)间隔开,其特征在于,
上述隔层(3)由300%模数且60kgf/cm2以下的材料形成。
