Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种飞剪,至少包括一个装有切刀的滚筒,该滚筒的圆周速度与轧制带材的推进速度同步,还包括一个位于所述滚筒对面的砧。
背景技术
这种同步飞剪例如作为高速飞剪用于对轧制带材进行横切,它已公开在德国专利文献DE 19637862 A1中。其中或者使用两个相对设置并可相对调整的、两者装有切刀的滚筒,或者可以采用具有一个砧的滚筒,或者作为砧而使用。
调整路径的尺寸选择方式是,两个刀刃对置设置的滚筒以极小的距离相互重叠,或者一个切刀的剪切边位于对面滚筒的砧上,但是其圆周处在压力作用下。然而人们发现,这种剪切过程中的刀刃磨损以及和使用的砧的表面磨损极高,造成制造成本升高,而且切刀要能精确地靠在砧上,或者两个切刀要有确定的截面,所以飞剪必须在极窄的公差范围内制造,以保证良好的剪切效果。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,提供一种以上所述类型的剪切装置,其磨损量小,并且制造公差较大时不会影响剪切效果。
以上任务的解决方案体现在权利要求1的特征中。该方案可允许切刀仅部分地切入或楔入的轧制带材,大大限制切割部位的横截面,并且通过作用在轧制带材上的拉力实现分离。本发明的优点和其他有利的改进特征见从属权利要求。

优选实施例描述
在图1中表示出一个装有切刀1的切刀滚筒2,它的对面是一个光滑的作为砧使用的砧辊3。在朝箭头方向5转动的切刀滚筒和朝反方向6转动的砧辊之间运行着轧制带材4,其方向是箭头7。
在高速剪切装置中,切刀滚筒2通常位于轧制带材4的上方,其切刀并不接触轧制带材4。为进行切割要用图中未画出的调节装置使切刀滚筒2以相当于带材速度的圆周速度运转若干圈,并短促地朝砧辊3的方向进给,使切刀12切入轧制带材4,直到将带材分离到双箭头8所示的剩余厚度。
当带材低速运转时,可放弃采用调节装置,切刀滚筒2只需要在每个工作位置上进入相对砧辊3的固定间隔,并且在切刀滚筒2的近似一周旋转中,使圆周速度加速到带材线速度。
朝箭头7方向运行的轧制带材4此时将受到一个拉力的作用,其方式是,轧制带材在分离位置上,即被切刀1大大削弱的位置上断开。
该方案可使分离不采用纯粹的切割,而是仅通过切刀1切入或楔入轧制带材4的材料中,达到一定尺寸,使分离位置的强度被大大削弱。最终的分离所需的拉力可采用不同的方式施加。一种方案是该拉力由轧制带材4本身施加,但另一种可能是使切刀滚筒2的圆周速度稍小于或稍大于轧制带材4的进给速度7,使得轧制带材4被断开所需的拉力作用在切刀1和轧制带材4的始端或终端之间。还有一种可能性是,适当设计速度差和张力差,从而实现分离。
图2表示的是另一个实施例。其中的轧制带材4被一个卷曲机9所牵引。具有楔形10的刀辊11在杠杆臂12的端部转动,后者作为调整装置经一个连杆13与驱动偏心盘14相连。
进行切割时,偏心盘动作,经连杆13使杠杆臂12和刀辊11摆动到工作位置15上。
在该实施例中,放弃了专门的砧:在其工作位置15上,刀辊11使轧制带材向下弯曲,达到直线16以下,并且楔形10切入,通过刀辊接触轧制带材4的材料以及轧制带材受到偏转产生的力的作用使轧制带材4受到作用。通过轧制带材4的拉伸和/或刀辊的旋转,使楔形10部分切入轧制带材4后,在纵向力作用下产生分离。
本发明可作出一系列变化。例如调节装置可采用液压活塞驱动的杠杆,例如做直线运动的液压活塞。也可采用偏心装置,通过一个鱼尾板确定杠杆臂的摆角,或使其偏心盘直接引导杠杆臂。在任何情况下,不仅可以实现减小磨损的目的,而且剪切部件的加工也不需要很小的公差,所以简化了结构,提供了一种低磨损的剪切装置。
Claims (5)
1.飞剪,至少包括一个装有切刀的滚筒,该滚筒的圆周速度与轧制带材的推进速度同步,还包括一个位于所述滚筒对面的砧,其特征是,在所述砧(砧辊3)和切刀滚筒(2)之间的切刀滚筒(2)的工作位置上保留一个间隔(双箭头8),该间隔可保证由于轧制带材(4)上作用的纵向力使轧制带材(4)在薄弱位置处被断开。
2.如权利要求1所述的飞剪,其特征是,所述切刀滚筒(2)通过一个调整装置进入工作位置,而所述旋转的砧则不进行调整运动。
3.如权利要求1所述的飞剪,其特征是,采用一个与轧制带材(4)的推进速度同步的旋转砧辊(3)作为砧。
4.如权利要求1所述的飞剪,其特征是,作为砧还利用轧制带材(4)被切刀滚筒(11)回甩的质量以及轧制带材(4)偏转的张力。
5.如权利要求1至4所述的飞剪,其特征是,所述砧辊(3)上也设置一个切刀(1),并且两个切刀在工作位置上并不相遇,而是相互保持一个径向间隔,以保证轧制带材(4)受拉力作用被断开。
