Abstract

Description

公路的标记元件
本发明涉及一种公路的标记元件,带有一个圆柱形壳体,该圆柱形壳体内至少设有一个光源,其光线通过一个与公路齐平的、壳体罩盖的透明部分的平坦分界面发出,其中由光源出来的光线在罩盖内的走向与分界面成一定角度,该角度接近全反射临界角。
在一种已知的这种装置(参看GB 966 357)中设有布置于一个矩形框架中的光源,其中发射方向平行于框架的两侧面。光源的支撑与壳体固定连接。从中分开的罩盖在确定的位置上通过螺钉固定到壳体预设的孔上。
这种已知结构的缺点在于,为了实现规定的发射方向,壳体必须十分精密地装配。即使是假定人们能够精确地安装作业,壳体预定的安装方位还是会常常与把来自一确定方向的供电电缆直接导入壳体的要求相矛盾。
本发明是这样克服所述缺点的:光源与罩盖机械连接,该罩盖可在不同的角度位置与壳体连接。
若设置锥形拉紧环使罩盖和壳体可拆卸地连接,就得以以特别简单的结构贯彻了这一思想,其中该锥形拉紧环通过罩盖内可旋转地设置的螺钉可对壳体的内壁拉紧。
通过按照本发明的措施能使壳体安装在任意位置,特别是在考虑到简便地导入电缆的情况下,还能实现期望的发射方向。
接下来通过附图更详细地说明本发明。
图1表示安装时的标记元件的壳体剖视图,
图2表示图1中所用的安装样板的俯视图,

图5表示发光元件的剖视图。
为安装按照本发明的标记元件,在公路垫层8内铣出孔9,垫层内敷设的电缆10的端头引入该孔内。设置一个薄板型式的安装样板11用来临时固定壳体1,该安装样板通过螺栓12与壳体1连接。在公路垫层8和壳体1之间余留的间隙灌注之后移去安装样板11。
如图3所示,一个发光元件18装入壳体内,光线13沿两个相反方向非常低平地从该发光元件发出。这样一种发光元件18的结构如图5所示:做成发光二极管的光源3支承在一个铝或塑料制的反射壳体2中。在大约25°张角下射出的光线经过玻璃或塑料制的透镜23绝大部分地变成平行光线。该光线穿过盖板2’,在发射入空气时从铅垂路径朝水平发射的方向折射。发光二极管中轴线和水平发射平面之间所成的角α近似于全反射临界角,且由透镜和盖板材料的折射率确定。盖板2’可用玻璃制成,也可由PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)或聚碳酸酯制成。在用塑料结构的情况下,设置一个耐划膜层或一个薄的玻璃层。为了电绝缘及全气候,整个模块浇铸在一个橡胶壳体25内,该橡胶壳体除了绝缘还有减振的功能。
俯视呈矩形的发光元件18与罩盖2固定连接或者是以罩盖2的一部分构成发光元件18的透明盖板2’。因而转动罩盖2会相应地改变光线13的发射方向。
为了能够将罩盖2固定在不同的角度位置,用锥形拉紧环4、5对其固定,该锥形拉紧环通过拧紧一些周边布置的螺钉6而拉紧壳体1的内壁。
为使壳体在污染和腐蚀的状况下多年后仍能打开,一些分布在周边的无头螺钉7在拉紧螺钉6脱开后对拉紧环5顶压而松开拉紧环连接。
无论是公路状况、延伸走向还是加工者都影响到按钮的最终位置,因为在安装时壳体必须从上述情况出发,所以该系统能够自由确定罩盖的位置,进而自由确定发出的光线在+/-180°角度的取向。这一情况也使得电缆可从任意方向导入,进而实现光信号在公路上纵向、横向或一定轮廓的自由形状。
为了避免可能出现的壳体1内部电缆10的过多拐转,如图4所示,可在壳体1的对面位置上为电缆10设置两对穿线孔。

Claims (6)

1.公路的标记元件,带有一个圆柱形壳体,该圆柱形壳体内设有至少一个光源,其光线通过一个与公路齐平的、壳体罩盖的透明部分的平坦分界面发出,其中由光源出来的光线在罩盖内的走向与分界面成一定角度,该角度接近全反射临界角,其特征在于,光源(3)与罩盖(2)机械连接,该罩盖可在不同的角度位置与壳体(1)连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的标记元件,其特征在于,设置锥形拉紧环(4,5)使罩盖(2)和壳体(1)可拆卸地连接,该锥形拉紧环通过罩盖(2)内可旋转地设置的螺钉(6)可对壳体(1)的内壁拉紧。
3.按照权利要求2所述的标记元件,其特征在于,罩盖(2)内设有可可向下顶压内部拉紧环(5)的无头螺钉(7)。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的标记元件,其特征在于,来自光源的光线通过至少一个与罩盖(4)连成一体的透镜(3)偏转。
5.按照权利要求4所述的标记元件,其特征在于,透镜(3)与一个环绕光源(1)的反射壳体(2)连接。
6.按照权利要求5所述的标记元件,其特征在于,透镜(3)连同反射壳体(2)被浇铸在一个透明介质(8)内,该透明介质使它们与罩盖(4)连成一体。
