Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种可变形的屋顶防水材料,常用于与天窗等屋顶穿透结构相连接。这种屋顶防水材料包括一个夹层结构,该结构有两层外层金属箔,而在这两外层之间至少一层中间层。这种夹层结构的材料至少在一个方向上形成一个连续的波浪型。
上述可变形的防水材料用于形成屋顶穿透建筑结构与其周围的环绕屋面之间的防水和防雪连接部,上述屋顶穿透建筑结构可能是一个烟囱、一个风井、一个天窗等等。
特别地,在防水材料安装的过程中为实现与波浪型屋面结构如瓷砖的连接,需要使防水材料产生一个较显著的变形。为此人们提出采用在制作波浪型或折皱时预留有多余材料的防水材料来充当以前采用的薄铅板的替代物。这种材料容许有一个较高的变形能力,但另一方面从经济和环境角度看,使用这种材料存在着一些问题。
于是,欧洲专利No.38 222和国际发表规范NO.WO95/28536中公开了夹层材料或复合材料,其中在防水材料的一个或两个方向上通过形成波浪型而留出了多余的材料。
在上述首先提到的专利中,夹层结构的独立各层是通过充当中间层的一层粘性沥青连接到一起的。这种独立组件组成的防水材料姑且不论其从环境角度考虑所具有的缺点,仅在拆装时就很难分离,其中的粘性连接将对材料的变形能力产生负面影响,而且这种结构特别难以获得为确保所需的防水和防雪密封性而必须的持续变形度。
在后一个提到的规范中,构成夹层结构一部分的各层是通过一个第二波浪型实现的之间的相互固定,该第二波浪型位于基本与第一波浪型垂直的方向上。即使这种材料具有极好的变形能力,但由于其需要制成第二波浪而使其制造过程的成本提高,而且同时限制了中间层的数目和/或厚度。
德国实用新型发表物No.G 87 01 605.2中描述了一种进一步的防水材料,该材料包括一个包有铝箔的铅层,该铅层被打出了褶并且可能还装上了一个外缘折边,以实现各层间的相互固定。然而,由于褶具有尖锐折边而使得与下面的屋面相贴合配合的褶状细雕很难制成。上述折边还成为裂纹和撕裂的断裂方向,另一方面,还使雨水可能流入下面屋面结构。
在上述背景下,本发明的目标是提供一种介绍中提到的可变形的屋顶防水材料,这种材料包括一个夹层结构,在无变形情况下其中各层并不发生相对移位,且该结构在安装过程中更容易操纵而不会发生夹层结构各层间大致的相互移位。而另一方面,这种结构允许各层间有一定的相对运动,且其制造更加容易和成本更低,并能满足留有一些多余材料的要求。
这一目标由一种屋顶防水材料实现,该材料特征在于:至少是与外层相邻的中间(各)层用非粘性弹性材料制成,且上述波浪型是在通过摩擦力保持外层和中间层的相对位置的情况下形成的。
包含有弹性中间层的波浪型的特殊实施方案使得外层和相邻层之间实现有效固定,而无需使用粘结剂,粘结剂可能阻碍材料在与周围屋面相适应连接时所发生的变形。同时,单个的波浪型不但形成了所需的多余材料,简化了制造过程并且使得层的数目和/或厚度可以自由选择。而且,这种材料有一个优点,即它可以在发生裂纹和破裂的情况下进行自我闭合。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,波浪型被制成一个大致的调和正旋曲线形,从而使外层和与其相邻的中间层之间达到一个最优的力学摩擦效果,与此同时还使得中间层在工作过程中仍旧可以保持不变形的状态。
本发明进一步的有利实施方案在后续的权利要求中进行描述。
本发明还涉及一种制造带有这种屋顶防水材料制成的裙座的防水护栏的方法,如权利要求12中的所述。
下面将参照附图通过实施例对本发明进行描述,其中:

图中所示的可变形屋顶防水材料1包括一个夹层结构,该夹层制成在一个方向上的连续波浪型。
该夹层结构包括两个金属箔制成的外层2、3,每层的厚度均为0.05~0.5mm,由适于做屋顶防水用的材料,如铝、锌或铜等制成,这些材料具有所需的强度、变形能力和抵抗天气变化的性能或者通过表面处理使其具备这些性能。在图2所示的实施方案中,一层弹性的非粘性中间层4夹在两个外层之间,图示实施方案中的该层由一种橡胶材料制成,如EPDM橡胶。但该层也可用任意合适的材料制成,只要这些材料的柔韧性和弹性可使该层和外层在制造和安装过程中同时变形即可。相应地中间层4的表面必须具有摩擦性能,使得在图中未发生变形条件下具有下述效果,即中间层4和外层2、3之间不发生相互间的移位;但另一方面在该防水材料与下面屋面相贴合连接的过程中,还能使得各层之间发生一定的相互移动。所希望的摩擦性能可以通过对弹性材料进行表面处理而得到。橡胶层的厚度在0.1~3.0mm之间,优选地在0.5~1.5mm之间。
图3中所示的实施方案中的夹层材料分为五部分,而上面所描述结构分为三部分,在图中结构的两个外层2、3和与其相邻的两个弹性材料制成的中间层5、6之间插入了一个附加的金属箔中间层7。两个弹性材料的中间层的厚度在上述范围之内,而其间插入的金属箔的厚度随防水材料所需的重量和刚度的增加而变化。
如图2和3中可以清楚地看到的,波浪型被制成一个大致的调和正旋曲线形。该正旋曲线的波曲度用单位长度弯曲后防水材料上的长度Lk与相应的单位长度在开始位置时的长度Lu的比值表示,该值在0.4~0.8之间,优选的在0。55~0.75之间。在图中该实施方案中大约是0.72。波长相对于波高由从波峰到波谷的水平距离Lh和从波峰到波谷的垂直距离Lv之间的比值表示,该值在0.8~1.2之间。依照上述间隔中的这些参数来制造波浪型可以获得一个变形性能和摩擦性能的最佳组合,同时所需的调和正旋曲线防止弹性中间层在制造过程中发生弹性或塑性变形,从而使得它(们)在一种大致没有应力的条件下,且在未变形发送状态下被动地静止在两外层之间。
这种材料的制造方法如下:在两个分开的金属箔之间或一个金属箔沿折叠线折成的两个半边之间放入一个或多个中间层,如申请人上面提到的WO95/28536中提到和解释的那样。随后,连接在一起的材料被弯曲成所需的波曲度并且达到所需的波长/波高比。
此时,这种防水材料可以被卷成一个贮藏卷以便在使用时进行后续切割,或可能在弯曲后直接切割成成品。
在本发明的防水材料与单个屋面结构相贴合配合时,由于其弹性层是非粘性的并如上所述选择了具有合适表面摩擦性能的材料,使得该弹性层将有可能跟随防水材料的其余部分进行变形,这样就使得贴合过程本身不发生问题,与此同时可以在防水材料和下面屋面之间获得一个具有紧密接合部的持续变形。
在该防水材料被安装好以后,还有一个优点:在由于操作失误而使材料发生破裂或产生裂纹的情况下,由于弹性的中间层具有可闭合破裂处或裂纹的功能而可以实现自密封。
图4示出本发明的防水材料制成的裙边8和一个与该裙边相连接的防水护栏9。图5中示出组装过程中裙边8和防水护栏9的末端。该裙边8有一第一侧缘10,如果外层如上所述为一半层金属箔制成,则该侧缘可能由一个在外层2、3上的折边构成。而且,该裙边8有两个端缘12,在该端缘处优选地至少外层被弯曲180度以封闭该裙边。最后,该裙边8还具有一个第二侧缘11,在该侧缘处的波浪形被弄平以形成一个平直的细长襟翼14,该挡板将各层锁定,以利于后续的折叠步骤。
折叠防水护栏9形成一个半企口通道13,用虚线表示的平襟翼14被引导至其中,如图5所示,连在平襟翼下的裙边10如图中箭头15所示旋转180度,到达图中实线所示位置。该半企口与提及的申请人的DK-B151 112和EP-A-0 196 831相对应,并如这些出版物中所述的,在接头中可能插有一个弹性粘性条。

Claims (12)
1.一种可变形的防水材料,用于连接天窗等屋顶穿透结构,该屋顶防水材料包括一个夹层结构,该夹层结构有两个金属箔制成的外层(2,3)和至少一个夹在外层之间的中间层(4;5-7),该材料有至少一个方向上的连续波浪,其特征在于:与外层相邻的至少一个中间层(4;5,6)由一种非粘性弹性材料制成,且该波浪是在通过摩擦力保持外层和中间层的相对位置的情况下形成的。
2.一种权利要求1中的屋顶防水材料,其特征在于:上述波浪制成一个大致为调和正旋曲线形。
3.一种权利要求2中的屋顶防水材料,其特征在于:波曲度用单位长度弯曲后防水材料上的长度(Lk)与相应单位长度在开始位置时的长度(Lu)的比值表示,该值在0.4~0.8之间,优选的在0.55~0.75之间。
4.一种权利要求2中的屋顶防水材料,其特征在于:从波峰到波谷的水平距离(Lh)和从波峰到波谷的垂直距离(Lv)之间的比值在0.8~1.2之间。
