Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种带冲击装置的至少部分冲击式的手工电动工具,如冲击钻、凿岩机或复合冲击钻,尤其是用于岩石的刮凿式材料切除。
在这种类型的带冲击装置,例如电动风动的冲击装置的手工电动工具中由浮动阀芯产生的冲击通过锤头传递到一可作有限轴向运动地安装在刀夹内的刀具的端面上。
在刮凿式切除材料时形成的灰尘作为漏泄灰尘首先沿刀具表面扩散,并在受密封材料包围的情况下至少部分到达锤头的工作区,并积聚在那里,最后继续进入冲击装置和传动装置。正是在传动装置内由于灰尘大大地加剧了齿面的磨损。因此运动构件这种大得多的磨损显著地降低了手工电动工具的使用寿命。
按FR 806543在一种压缩空气冲击锤中一设置在刀夹内的空腔在锤头打击在刀具端面上的撞击区内通过一径向孔与外界连通。因此通过靠在刀具上的、位于内部的锤头在这个空腔内形成一在撞击区内包围锤头的环形通道。由压缩空气冲击锤的驱动装置通过一旁路以及一环形冲洗介质通道供给压缩空气,最后它和通过刀具带入的灰尘一起通过径向孔排出。这种类型的解决办法不适用于不具备压缩空气的手工电动工具。
按US4553610液压操纵的手工工具的刀具的安装区内的一环形通道通过一旁路经过一进气阀与一包含一冲击活塞的抽吸腔连通。抽吸腔又通过一进气阀与外界连通,通过活塞的往复运动产生的压缩空气与侵入的灰尘一起沿安装在刀夹内的刀具排出,并通过气流对灰尘沿刀具外壳面进入起抑制作用。
按EP0346597A1用一液压操纵的手工工具的往复活塞形成一抽吸腔,其压缩空气通过一旁路到达包含锤头和安装在刀夹内的刀具的环形腔内,并与进入的灰尘一起沿刀具外壳面到达外界。这种解决办法的缺点特别是输入手工工具内部的压力也会沿锤头扩散到环形腔内。
本发明的目的是防止灰尘进入冲击装置并进而进入手工电动工具的传动装置内。
这个任务主要通过独立权利要求的特征来解决。优良的改进结构由从属权利要求得到。
沿刀具外壳面到达撞击区的灰尘主要经过一在锤头在安装在刀夹内的刀具的端面上的撞击区内形成的环形通道通过由电机的通风系统产生的负压吸出,此环形通道通过一个或几个孔与电机的通风系统集成在一起。
由于灰尘通过下部抽出特别地防止灰尘再通过锤头进入冲击装置并继续进入传动装置。
有利的是环形通道通过旁路与电机的通风系统成为一体,由此电机不再受含有灰尘的空气的污染。

按图1在剖视图中以工作位置表示的手工电动工具1具有一带锤头3的冲击装置2,一刀夹4和一未画出的电机的通风系统5,它做成一旁路。
按图2图1的局部视图表示一在锤头3在安装在刀夹4内的刀具7的端面上的撞击区内形成的环形通道8,它通过一个或多个孔9与抽气的通风系统5连通。沿刀具7的外壳面到达撞击区6的灰尘10通过由通风系统5产生的负压抽出。
Claims (2)
1.带冲击装置的手工电动工具具有一在锤头(3)在安装在刀夹(4)内的刀具(7)的端面上的撞击区内形成的环形腔(8),它具有至少一个外侧的孔(9),其特征在于:环形通道(8)的外侧孔(9)与电机的抽吸空气的通风系统(5)连通。
2.按权利要求1的手工电动工具,其特征在于:环形通道(8)通过一旁路集成在电机的通风系统(5)内。
