Abstract

本发明涉及硫磺熔融法合成聚苯硫醚树脂工艺方法,采用含硫化合物和对二氯苯为原料,缩聚生产聚苯硫醚,所述含硫化合物为单质硫磺;硫磺和对二氯苯经按比例混料后在反应器中加温至熔融温度进行缩聚反应。采用本发明的方法能有效地使PPS产品保持较高的平均分子量,无需进行溶剂分离,且使生产成本和能耗大大降低。

硫磺熔融法合成聚苯硫醚树脂工艺方法
技术领域
本发明涉及聚苯硫醚生产工艺方法改进。
现有技术
线性高分子量聚苯硫醚(PPS)以其具有良好的化学性能和物理性能,广泛地被应用在航天航空电子机械,石油化工、食品、轻工等工业技术领域,其合成工艺日趋受到世界各国的重视。美国专利US4910294,欧洲专利EP0256757,美国专利US4794164叙述了两步法合成PPS的工艺,中国专利CN971073570公布的合成工艺及其工艺条件控制方法,其技术均是采用硫化钠法或硫磺溶解法。该二种生产方法,生产中都需对溶剂进行分离,存在着平均分子量低、成本和能耗消耗高的缺点。
鉴于现有技术的以上缺点,本发明的目的是研究新型的聚苯硫醚的生产方法,使之具有有利于分子链增长,不再进行溶剂分离,降低能耗和成本的优点。
本发明内容
实现本发明所说的方法及采取的措施是这样的。本发明涉及硫磺熔融法合成聚苯硫醚树脂工艺方法,采用含硫化合物和对二氯苯为原料,缩聚生产聚苯硫醚单体,所述含硫化合物为硫磺;硫磺和对二氯苯经按比例混料后在反应器中加温至熔融温度进行缩聚反应。
采用本发明的方法,能有效地使PPS产品保持较高的平均分子量,无需进行溶剂分离,且使生产成本和能耗大大降低。
具体实施方式
实施例
将化学纯单质硫磺与等反应摩尔的对二氯苯均匀混合后,在容积率30%的螺杆反应器中,在挤出式摩擦加热过程中,硫磺产生熔融,与对二氯苯发生缩合,在螺杆式反应器的另一端获得缩合的单体树脂颗粒。
在实际生产中,根据生产的规模不同,可在螺杆式反应器的适当部位设置辅助加热设施,以保证硫磺以熔融态参加与对二氯苯的反应。
采用本发明的方法可在产品获得较高平均分子量的条件下节约分离溶液而负担的多余能耗,使生产成本降低。

Claims (2)

1.硫磺熔融法合成聚苯硫醚树脂工艺方法,采用含硫化合物和对二氯苯为原料,缩聚生产聚苯硫醚,其特征在于
1)所述含硫化合物为单质硫磺;
2)硫磺和对二氯苯经按比例混料后在反应器中加温至熔融温度进行缩聚反应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硫磺熔融法合成聚苯硫醚树脂工艺方法,其特征在于,所述反应器为带有加热内套的螺杆式反应器。
