Abstract

制备多层复合材料的方法和由该方法制备的复合材料
本发明涉及带有塑料层的多层复合材料的制备方法,所述塑料层对于粘合剂具有释放特性,产生该释放特性的物质位于所述的塑料层中。
本发明的目的是建立一种可有效地从第一织物、粘合剂、释放层和第二织物制备复合材料的方法,所述第一织物可作为基材,所述第二织物可作为释放层的基材。
在本发明所建议的该问题的解决方案中,在生产复合材料时在放置粘合剂层的那一侧设置第一织物,然后设置具有释放特性的塑料层,后者再与第二织物粘结。
本发明的特别有益的改进在于将纸织物或类似材料作为第一织物。
将粘合剂层、释放层和作为释放层基材的第二织物施加到该纸织物上。
根据本发明的进一步的改进,可用由金属箔制成的织物代替所述的纸织物。
根据本发明的再进一步的改进,可将无纺织物作为第一织物。
本发明的特别有益的改进在于通过共挤塑法将所述的各层同时挤压到第一织物上。
本发明的另外一个有益改进在于提供纸织物或另外的预先制备好的材料作为第二织物。
如果按照本发明的进一步的进步,将包括第一织物在内的各层挤压到第二织物上,这将是特别有利的。
如果按照本发明的进一步的改进,至少将粘合剂层和具有释放特性的层共挤塑到两织物之间,这也将是非常有好处的。
本发明的另外一个有益改进在于,如果第一织物和第二织物之一或两者都使用塑料,第一织物和/或第二织物是定向的。
这样做使这些织物的强度得到相当大的提高。
如果按照本发明的进一步的改进,将预先从塑料制成的织物在使用前定向,这也是非常有好处的。
根据本发明的有益的改进,一种多层复合材料的特征在于以下事实,提供第一织物且至少提供第二织物,并在它们之间设置粘合剂层和对粘合剂具有释放特性的另外的层。
本发明的多层复合材料的进一步的有益改进是,设置了另外的层,这些层位于第一织物和/或第二织物的外侧。
还证明如果按照本发明的进一步的改进,将第一织物和/或第二织物从定向塑料膜制成,将是非常有好处的。
本发明的两个实施方案显示在附图中。
图1显示的是以纸织物作为基材的四层复合材料;
图2显示的是五层复合材料,其中使用了无纺织物作为粘合剂层的基材。
在图1中数字1代表包括由纸制成的第一织物2的复合材料。粘合剂层3、具有粘合剂释放特性的层4和塑料层5是通过共挤塑法而被施加到该纸织物2上。纸织物2的另一侧也可由同样的方法设置其它涂层。
由五层组成的复合材料21由图2所示的实施方案提供,其中第一织物22由无纺织物制成。其它不同的织物材料如金属也可用来代替纸或无纺织物。通过共挤塑法将粘合剂层23、释放层24、塑料层25和覆盖该塑料层的顶层26施加到织物22上。
在两个实施方案中,由纸、无纺织物、金属或塑料组成的且其它层被挤压在其上的第二织物可用来代替塑料层5或25。
除此之外还有可能的是,使用两个预先制成的织物,在其之间通过共挤塑法同时施加其它层。在同一过程操作中,涂敷两个预先制成的织物的外侧也是可以的。
当将纸用作第一织物的基底材料时,首先将光滑的印刷纸用在涂敷粘合剂的那一侧。
另一方面,普通便宜的纸也被用于设置有释放层的第二织物。
当使用塑料织物时,可在加工前将它们定向,而在复合材料的制备完成后,由除塑料之外的物质制成的织物也可被定向。
如果两个织物或层2、22和层5、25是由塑料制成的,则可使用不同的塑料来制备它们,不管他们是以成品织物被加工的还是被挤压的。在本发明中,使用LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE、mPE、PS、PET、PETP、PP和OPP是特别有益的。
这些材料的厚度在20~200μm之间。
可用的粘合剂是可挤塑的、永粘性的、基于热熔物和带有适当粘性化填加剂的聚烯烃的粘合剂。例如,可使用SIS、SBS、SEBS和SEP的嵌段共聚物(在200℃和5kg下的融熔指数为8-65g/10分钟)。聚合物的苯乙烯含量在10-35%之间。可通过加入树脂和增塑剂而将粘合剂层的特性加以控制,例如借助于脂族烃树脂、多萜烯树脂、被水解的烃树脂、芳族烃树脂、石腊、微晶腊、聚异丁烯和加工油。
通过进行常规的化合操作,将液体组分加工成可挤塑的形式。
制备粘合剂层的其它方法包括采用熔融转移技术将UV丙烯酸酯或UV熟化的PSA包含在其它层之间。

Claims (13)

1.制备多层复合材料(1、21)的方法,所述多层复合材料具有塑料层(4、24),该层具有释放粘合剂的释放特性,其中产生释放特性的材料位于塑料层内,该方法的特征在于:
在制备复合材料(1、21)的过程中,在粘合剂层(3、23)的一侧设置第一织物(2、22),然后设置具有释放特性的塑料层(4、24),再将该塑料层粘结到第二织物(5、25)上。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其中提供纸织物或类似材料作为第一织物(2、22)。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其中提供金属箔作为第一织物(2、22)。
4.根据权利要求1的方法,其中提供无纺织物作为第一织物(2、22)。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项的方法,其中通过共挤塑法将各层同时挤压到第一织物(2、22)上。
6.根据前述任一项权利要求的方法,其中提供纸织物或类似材料的织物作为第二织物(5、25)。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其中将包括第一织物(2、22)在内的各层共挤压到第二织物(5、25)上。
8.根据前述任一项权利要求的方法,其中至少将所述的粘合剂层(3、23)和具有释放特性的层(4、24)共挤塑到两个织物(2、22和5、25)之间。
9.根据权利要求1的方法,其中如果第一织物和第二织物(2、22;5、25)中有一个或两者都使用了塑料,则对第一织物和/或第二织物进行定向。
10.根据权利要求9的方法,其中在使用前对事先用塑料制成的织物(2、25;5、25)进行定向。
11.由前述任一项权利要求所述的方法制备的多层复合材料,其特征在于提供第一织物(2、22)且至少提供第二织物(5、25),并在其间放置粘合剂层(3、23)和具有释放粘合剂特性的层(2、24)。
12.根据权利要求11的多层复合材料,其中提供其它的层(26),并将其置于第一织物(2、22)和/或第二织物(5、25)的外侧。
13.根据权利要求11或12的多层复合材料,其中第一和/或第二织物(2、5;22、25)是由定向塑料膜制成的。
