本发明涉及一种蒸制机，特别是一种食品蒸制机。
背景技术
现有的蒸柜、蒸笼或肠粉机在蒸制食物时，都是要通过炉火加热一锅热水，并产生水蒸汽，通过水蒸汽蒸熟食物。这种方法效率很低，热量损失大，耗能耗时。也有一些酒店或餐馆利用锅炉来加热管道，再通过管道加热纯净水，使其产生水蒸汽，再把水蒸汽引入蒸柜；这种方法为二次加热，效率也比较低，且体积大，占用地方，制造成本较高，不够安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单合理，利用燃气快速热水器改制成蒸汽发生器，节能高效，环保安全，成本较低，使用方便的食品蒸制机。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：一种食品蒸制机，包括蒸柜、水箱，其特征在于：还设有蒸汽式快速热水器，水箱通过水泵与蒸汽式快速热水器相连，蒸汽式快速热水器通过蒸汽输送管与蒸柜相连，蒸汽式快速热水器由燃气快速热水器改制而成，包括进气嘴组件、水气联动阀体组件、出水口锁卡、电池盒组件、脉冲点火器组件、燃烧器组件、热交换器组件、烟道组件、面壳组件、底壳组件、旋钮按键开关组件、进水管组件，进水管组件与水泵相通，烟道组件与蒸汽输送管相通，进气嘴组件与气源相通。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：加长了热交换器组件内热交换片的长度。加大了水气联动阀体组件中水阀的调节范围。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点：
1、结构简单合理，利用燃气热水器改进而成蒸汽发生器，高效节能，燃烧效率高达90％以上。
2、快速5秒启动，开机两分钟，蒸柜温度可达100℃以上。
3、安全环保，占地面积少，成本较低，蒸汽随开随有，使用方便。

具体实施方式
本发明下面将结合附图(实施例)作进一步详述：
参照图1～图5，本发明包括蒸柜1、水箱2、蒸汽式快速热水器3、水泵4、蒸汽输送管5等。蒸汽式快速热水器3是通过热效率极高的燃气快速热水器改进而成，其结构基本一样。主要包括进气嘴组件3-1，水气联动阀体组件3-2、出水口锁卡3-3、电池盒组件3-4、脉冲点火器组件3-5、燃烧器组件3-6、热交换器组件3-7、烟道组件3-8、面壳组件3-9、底壳组件3-10、旋钮按键开关3-11、进水管组件3-12等。结构的改进主要是对水气连动阀组件3-2中的水阀进行改装，使其调节范围加大；对热交换器组件3-7进行改进，增长热交换片长度，目的在于增加热交换时间，使管中的流水充分升温；另加装了烟道组件3-8，使其通过蒸汽输送管5与蒸柜1相连。水箱2通过水泵4与蒸汽式快速热水器3中的进水管组件3-12相通；进气嘴组件3-1与气源相通。蒸柜1为半开放式结构，也可另外连接蒸笼6或肠粉机7等。水箱2用于为蒸汽式快速热水器3工作提供水源；水泵4用于为蒸汽式快速热水器3提供稳定的水压；蒸柜1(或蒸笼6、肠粉机7等)用于放置待蒸制的食物；蒸汽式快速热水器3用于产生蒸汽。
图2中，燃烧器组件3-6用于燃烧可燃气体产生能量。热交换器组件3-7用于把燃烧器组件3-6产生的能量传递给管内的水，使其汽化。水气联动阀组件3-2由燃气阀、联动阀、水阀组成；燃气阀由电磁阀、气量调节阀组成；联动阀的作用是将水压产生的力推动联动小轴打开气门；水阀的作用是调节蒸汽式快速热水器3的入水量，吸收燃烧器产生的能量使其最接近饱和。脉冲点火器组件3-5负责点燃燃气并监察燃烧情况，并控制燃气阀内电磁阀的开与关，并有防干烧功能。上述组件的结构与现有的燃气快速热水器相同，不再详述。

1、一种食品蒸制机，包括蒸柜(1)、水箱(2)，其特征在于：还设有蒸汽式快速热水器(3)，水箱(2)通过水泵(4)与蒸汽式快速热水器(3)相连，蒸汽式快速热水器(3)通过蒸汽输送管(5)与蒸柜(1)相连，蒸汽式快速热水器(3)由燃气快速热水器改制而成，包括进气嘴组件(3-1)、水气联动阀体组件(3-2)、出水口锁卡(3-3)、电池盒组件(3-4)、脉冲点火器组件(3-5)、燃烧器组件(3-6)、热交换器组件(3-7)、烟道组件(3-8)、面壳组件(3-9)、底壳组件(3-10)、旋钮按键开关组件(3-11)、进水管组件(3-12)，进水管组件(3-12)与水泵(4)相通，烟道组件(3-8)与蒸汽输送管(5)相通，进气嘴组件(3-1)与气源相通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蒸制机，其特征在于：加长了热交换器组件(3-7)内热交换片的长度。
3、根据权利要求2所述的蒸制机，其特征在于：加大了水气联动阀体组件(3-2)中水阀的调节范围。
