Abstract

本发明公开了一种温度自控式热熔熔接装置,包括发热器件、左右导热板、管熔接头、配件熔接头、支架,发热器件置于左右导热板之间,管熔接头和配件熔接头分别固定于左右导热板两侧,支架固定在左右导热板两侧,发热器件采用PTC陶瓷发热体;左右导热板材料采用金属铜。该装置不需用温度控制部分来调节温度,不会造成导热板因温度过高被击穿的现象,整个装置的结构也大为简化。

Description

温度自控式热熔熔接装置
本发明涉及热熔焊接的手动工具,更具体的是指一种用于聚丙烯PP-R管与管配件之间连接、安装的温度自控式热熔熔接装置。
用聚丙烯材料制作成民用冷热水管已十分普遍,现有用于聚丙烯PP-R管与管配件之间的连接、安装的热熔装置主要包括发热器件、导热板、管熔接头、配件熔接头、温度控制部分,发热器件置于导热板之间,管熔接头和配件熔接头分别置于导热板两侧,温度控制部分与发热器件相接,以控制其温度,上述这些零部件装配在一起后成为热熔熔接装置。这种熔接装置虽然一直延用至今。但不可避免地存在着如下缺点,这就是,由于发热器件采用铜制的镍铬丝发热管,导热板是由铝合金浇铸而成且将发热管置于其内,发热管发热并传导至导热板,温度控制部分由半导体电路所构成,当发热管加热到一定温度后,温度控制部分工作,控制发热管的温度上升。这种熔接装置在长时间使用后,会造成导热板因温度过高被击穿及温度控制部分因其内的半导体电路受热老化损坏,使用寿命短、返修率高;另外,该装置由于温度控制部分的存在,显得整个装置较为复杂。
本发明的目的是针对上述传统热熔熔接装置存在的缺点,提出一种温度恒定、结构简单的温度自控式热熔熔接装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:该温度自控式热熔熔接装置包括发热器件、左右导热板、管熔接头、配件熔接头、支架,发热器件置于左右导热板之间,管熔接头和配件熔接头分别固定于左右导热板两侧,支架固定在左右导热板的两端,支架内穿设有与发热器件相连接的电源线,其特征在于:所述的发热器件采用PTC陶瓷发热体;所述的左右导热板材料采用金属铜。
由于本发明的熔接装置采用了PTC陶瓷发热体作为发热器件以及将左右导热板的材料采了为金属铜,而PTC陶瓷发热体升到一定的温度后就保持恒温,因此不需用再采用温度控制部分来调节温度,同时也不会造成导热板因温度过高被击穿的现象,并使得整个装置的结构也大为简化。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明作一详细地说明:

图3为本发明熔接装置的PTC陶瓷发热体结构示意图。
请参阅图1并配合图2、图3所示,该温度自控式热熔熔接装置包括发热器件10、左右导热板11、12、管熔接头13、配件熔接头14、支架15,发热器件10置于左右导热板11、12之间,管熔接头13和配件熔接头14分别固定于左右导热板11、12两侧,支架15固定在左右导热板11、12的两端,支架15内穿设有与发热器件10相连接的电源线。在本发明的实施例中,所述的发热器件10采用PTC陶瓷发热体。所述的左右导热板11、12的材料采用金属铜。
所述的PTC陶瓷发热体形状为片状体,PTC陶瓷发热体与导热板11、12之间设有绝缘层18、19,PTC陶瓷发热体的侧面积101与发热温度之比为大于20mm2∶1℃。也就是说(见图3),若要使PTC陶瓷发热体的温度要达到300℃,那么,PTC陶瓷发热体的侧面积101为6000mm2以上。
请再参阅图3所示,在本发明的实施例中,所述的PTC陶瓷发热体采用六块小片状体拼接而成。六块小片状体的形状不同,但其侧面积取值大致相等。
在实际应用中,将管熔接头13、配件熔接头14分别对准管20、配件21(见图1)进行加热,并本发明的热熔装置从管20和配件21之间抽出,使管20和配件21热熔对接。

Claims (4)

1、一种温度自控式热熔熔接装置,该装置主要包括发热器件、左右导热板、管熔接头、配件熔接头、支架,发热器件置于左右导热板之间,管熔接头和配件熔接头分别固定于左右导热板两侧,支架固定在左右导热板的两端,支架内穿设有与发热器件相连接的电源线,其特征在于:所述的发热器件采用PTC陶瓷发热体;所述的左右导热板材料采用金属铜。
2、如权利要求1所述的温度自控式热熔熔接装置,其特征在于:所述的PTC陶瓷发热体形状为片状体,PTC陶瓷发热体与导热板之间设有绝缘层,PTC陶瓷发热体的侧面积与发热温度之比为大于20mm2∶1℃。
3、如权利要求2所述的温度自控式热熔熔接装置,其特征在于:所述的PTC陶瓷发热体采用六块小片状体拼接而成。
4、如权利要求3所述的温度自控式热熔熔接装置,其特征在于:所述的六块小片状体侧面积取值大致相等。
