Description

本发明涉及一种用于紧固一家具铰链的铰链臂的紧固板。
一种同类的紧固板已经在DE9409459U中公开，它用于将一家具铰链的铰链臂紧固到一载带壁上。它是由一块长条底板、一块盖板和一个偏心件构成的，其中该长条底板具有至少两个用于容纳紧固元件的钻孔，该盖板至少部分地覆盖住该底板并在其上以横向上可移动的方式导向，该偏心件使盖板相对于该底板移动。因为在这一实施例中用于该铰链臂的紧固螺钉位于该盖板的中心区域中，所以该偏心件是偏置的，并且与一个适当布置的该铰链臂的凹槽相通。因而，不可能对称地安装该紧固板。

本发明的目的在于提供一种对称的纵向紧固板，该紧固板由钢制成、用来紧固一家具铰链的铰链臂，这使夹紧型铰链的垂直调整变得简单，并尤其使制造简单、成本低。
本发明所述的这一目的可通过这样一种同类的紧固板得以实现，即该紧固板具有结合了权利要求1的前序部分和特征部分所述特征的特征。因此，底板在其中心区域中具有至少一个弯曲180度的下突舌，其侧向边缘支承在盖板处的向下弯曲180度的突舌的内侧向边缘上。按这种方式形成的紧固板与现有技术不同，它不具有背切口或下切口。用于盖板相对于该底板在横向上的可移动性的可靠保持和轻微导引通过相互支承在它们边缘区域上的折叠的突舌来保证。这样一来，便可实现用于紧固夹紧铰链的、由钢制成的纵向安装板的低成本且对称的布置方式，其中允许通过一偏心件对夹紧铰链进行垂直调整。

例如，该偏心件的轴可穿透一个在该盖板的腹板件中心位置的纵向长孔，其宽度与该轴的直径相对应，并且偏心件的轴的下部小直径部分可以在该底板的一中心钻孔中枢转。

图1-3中所示的紧固板基本上由一块底板1、一块盖板2和一个偏心件3构成。尤其通过图4对基于本发明的简单制造和安装方法作出说明。该底板1具有侧向突舌4′，该侧向突舌指向下，并且或者在组装所有部件之前或者在组装期间向下弯曲到最终位置4。该盖板2也在两侧面上设置有两个指向下的分开的突舌5，这两个突舌5向下弯曲到位置5′时汇合在一起，从而它们位于图2中清楚所示的位置。最后，偏心件3嵌入长孔6，从而它的轴7支承在该长孔的边缘上。该偏心件3的下部的偏心轴部分8铆接到一个该底板1的钻孔9中，从而该偏心件3可转动地以轴颈支承在该钻孔9上。通过转动该偏心件3而使该盖板2相对于该底板1移动。
尤其可从图2看出，该底板1的突舌4的边缘支承在该盖板2的突舌5的内边缘上，从而这些突舌形成了一个横向上的导向件。与此同时，这些突舌5包围着该底板1，从而该盖板2不可分地固定在该底板1上，而其在横向上的相对调整可仅通过转动该偏心件3来进行，该偏心件设有一个用于改锥的槽。该长孔6和该钻孔9可适当地位于所对应板的中心区域中，从而它们的结构设计是对称的。

最后，按已知的方式给该底板1设置用于紧固装置的紧固钻孔20，这些紧固钻孔20可通过盖板2的凹槽19接近。
该偏心件13可具有这样的一个头部21，即它可通过槽22或23而借助一改锥的驱动，其中该槽22或23分别设置在该铰链臂18的腹板件和中间板16中。

Claims (8)

1、一种将一家具铰链的一铰链臂紧固到一承载壁上的紧固板，它是由一块长条底板(1)、一块盖板(2)和一个偏心件(3)构成的，该长条底板(1)具有至少两个用于容纳紧固元件的钻孔(20)，该盖板(2)至少部分地覆盖该底板(1)并在其上以横向上可移动的方式被导向，该偏心件(3)使该盖板(2)相对于该底板(1)移动，其特征在于，该底板(1)在其中心区域具有至少一个向下弯曲180度的下突舌(4)，该下突舌的侧向边缘支承在该盖板(2)处的向下弯曲180度的突舌(5)的内侧向边缘上。
