Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于脉冲气体的具有可变声学特性的消音器,它至少包括一个外壳,在该外壳中集成了管道、一个具有压力喷嘴的排气阀-该喷嘴具有膜片、弹簧、活塞、活塞杆、活塞杆上的封闭部件和压力连接管一、以及一个用于活塞杆的导向套;所述封闭部件或多或少封闭管道中的一个。
背景技术
由DE 195 03 322 C已知一种用于脉冲气体的具有可变衰减特性的消音器,它包括一个外壳、一个通向外壳的导气管,集成在其中的管道、一个具有膜片、弹簧、活塞杆和压力接头的高压喷嘴,其中膜片的低压侧通过环境压力和弹簧加载、一个将气体压力通导到膜片高压侧的压力管和一个用于打开和封闭管道的封闭部件。封闭部件是一个阀盘,它固定在活塞杆上并在静止状态封闭导气管端部。已知消音器的一个特殊特征是,压力管道集成到活塞杆中。为此这个活塞杆具有一个延长段,它突进封闭中间阀盘的管。由于具有膜片的高压喷嘴通过最小的压差可以产生用于移动封闭部件的任意大的力。该结构只具有较少的移动部件;它是简单、运行可靠和经济的。
不言而喻,热的脉冲废气加热封闭部件、活塞杆、其导向套和压力喷嘴。因为压力喷嘴装配在消音器外壳外部,它一般由行驶风冷却。但是在高热负荷的排气系统中这种自然冷却不总是足够的。由此造成温度敏感部件的提前老化和腐蚀、尤其是活塞杆、导向套和膜片。这一点令人不满意。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是给出一种开头所述形式的消音器,它也适合于高热负荷排气系统。
这个目的通过具有下列特征的消音器得以实现:
-一个外壳,在其中集成
-管道,
-一个具有压力喷嘴的排气阀,该喷嘴具有膜片、弹簧、活塞、活塞杆、活塞杆上的封闭部件和压力连接管,
-和一个用于活塞杆的导向套,
-所述封闭部件或多或少地封闭管道中的一个,
-所述膜片相对于活塞杆隔热,
-一个隔热层位于封闭部件与压力喷嘴之间。
由于有针对性的隔热措施使排气阀的温度敏感部件有针对性地隔热。隔热不仅针对热传导而且也针对热辐射。
隔热措施也负责去掉活塞杆和其导向套的热负荷。对高负荷的导向系统的热传递明显减少。这减少腐蚀和磨损。
总之通过相对较少的附加措施明显提高使用寿命。按照本发明的消音器可以用于具有明显较高温度值的排气系统。
根据热力学要求,可以单独或相互组合使用各隔热措施。
膜片最好通过两个隔热片相对于活塞和活塞杆隔热。这种简单的结构很容易实现其目的。
隔热层保证对主要部件的隔热作用。这个隔热层有利地位于保护外壳里面。这个外壳防止气体脉冲的损坏作用。
压力连接管集成进活塞杆是有利的。
如果活塞的低压侧与大气处于连接,则对于活塞运动提供最大可能的压差。
按照本发明的改进结构由活塞杆、活塞、弹簧和膜片组成的套件活动地支承在一个线材垫上。这造成一个阻尼支承,因此可以弹性地承受由于脉冲气体或移动的汽车振动所释放的振动。

下面借助于在附图中所示实施方式详细阐述本发明。
具体实施方式
附图以截面图示出热脉冲气体的消音器,其中只示出一段外壳壁0。在外壳壁0的开孔里通过一个装配套15装配一个排气阀。这个排气阀具有一个压力喷嘴1,它具有膜片10、弹簧2、活塞7和活塞杆3,在活塞杆中集成进压力连接管4。在活塞杆3的自由端上装配一个阀盘形式的封闭部件5。该封闭部件5打开或封闭集成进消音器的导气管9的横截面。
一旦废气进入管道9,在其中产生的高压通过集成进活塞杆3的压力连接管4传递到膜片或活塞7的压力侧。膜片相对于弹簧2和大气外压敞开,外压通过压力喷嘴1里面的开孔6作用于活塞7的低压侧。只要压差足够高,活塞7、活塞杆3和封闭部件5就向右移动,由此使管道9打开并可以排出废气。
为了减少从封闭部件5通过活塞杆3传递到活塞7和膜片10上的热量,膜片10在正面和背面分别配有隔热片11,12。
此外一个隔热层14位于装配套15里面,并被保护外壳13包围。这个隔热层14防止热量传递到压力喷嘴1。同时隔热层也保护活塞杆3和其导向套。保护外壳13防止由于脉冲气体造成的隔热层14损坏。
由弹簧2、膜片10、隔热片11,12、活塞7和活塞杆3组成的套件支承在一个线材垫8上。由此弹性地承受振动。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于脉冲气体的具有可变声学特性的消音器,至少包括
-一个外壳(0),在其中集成了
-管道(9),
-一个具有压力喷嘴(1)的排气阀,该喷嘴具有膜片(10)、弹簧(2)、活塞(7)、活塞杆(3)、活塞杆(3)上的封闭部件(5)和压力连接管(4),
-和一个用于活塞杆(3)的导向套(16),
-封闭部件(5)或多或少封闭管道(9)中的一个,其特征在于,所述膜片(10)相对于活塞杆(3)隔热,一个隔热层(14)位于封闭部件(5)与压力喷嘴(1)之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的消音器,其特征在于,所述膜片(10)通过两个隔热片(11,12)相对于活塞(7)和活塞杆(3)隔热。
3.如权利要求1所述的消音器,其特征在于,所述隔热层(14)位于一个保护外壳(13)里面。
4.如权利要求1所述的消音器,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述压力连接管(4)集成到活塞杆(3)中。
5.如权利要求1所述的消音器,其特征在于,所述活塞杆(7)的低压侧与外界大气相通。
6.如权利要求2所述的消音器,其特征在于,由活塞杆(3)、膜片(10)、膜片活塞(7)、隔热片(11,12)和弹簧(2)组成的套件可轴向移动地支承在一个线材垫(8)上。
