Abstract

本发明提出了一种用于加热汽车装置的方法和加热装置,其中根据所测气候值来加热在方向盘和/或座椅中的加热件(2,3)。一个控制器(1)可以借助一个温度探头(T)和一个湿度传感器(H)来测量气候值,现有的空调控制器(4)的测量值也可以考虑被用于确定加热件(2,3)的最佳加热功率。

Description

汽车装置的加热装置和方法
本发明涉及如权利要求1前序部分所述的汽车方向盘和/或座位的加热方法以及实施该方法的加热装置。
电加热器已知被用于加热汽车的座椅面和椅背,所述电加热器能够根据车内温度以适当的加热功率工作。
DE4141062A1公开了一种控制汽车座椅加热的方法,其中一个微处理器根据在汽车内通过与温度相关的电阻测得的温度以及所需热量级而通过调节器件来控制座椅温度。此外,首先在加热阶段内以最高加热功率来提高座椅温度。随后,在长期加热阶段内,以降低的加热功率来进行座椅加热。
根据车内温度来控制加热功率通常造成座椅表面过度加热,由此一来,出现了超过所需热量的能耗。
DE19703516C1公开了一种汽车座椅,其座椅加热是根据座椅垫表面温度来控制的。为此,一个装在座椅垫中的温度探头与座椅加热装置相连。如果这样的座椅探头只设置在座椅垫的一个位置上,则只能测量出一个点的座椅垫表面温度,这可能极大地偏离了与分布在整个座椅面上的横截面表面温度。为了能够在这里精确地测量出表面温度,必须将许多温度探头散布在椅垫表面上,这是最高昂的安装成本。
为了提高汽车舒适性,除了加热座椅外,还加热方向盘。德国实用新型9415605公开了一种汽车方向盘加热装置,它采用了电加热器件。
为了加热方向盘,如JP8239048A所述,还使用了由空调产生的气流。此外,随之还可以在过度加热方向盘时用来自空调的冷气流来冷却方向盘。
已知用于加热汽车的座椅和/或方向盘的方法具有这样的缺点,即基于温度的所用控制器通常给汽车要加热的装置提供了过高的加热功率。
本发明的任务是提供一种加热汽车的方向盘和/或座椅的方法,其中提供了尽可能良好地适应于各种情况的加热功率以供使用。
人们利用权利要求1给出的技术特征获得了完成上述任务的技术方案。可以通过考虑室内温度和其它标志车内气候的气候值而很精确地将以供使用的加热功率调节到各自所需的值,从而可以避免不需要地过度加热座椅面和/或方向盘。优点是,不仅提高了舒适性和驾驶安全性,而且由此一来实现了能量或燃料的节约。
除了室内温度外,优选的方法还为加热座椅和/或方向盘考虑了湿度和太阳辐射情况。尤其是由于考虑了通过太阳辐射而作用于座椅和方向盘上的辐射热,可以获得了最佳的加热功率调节。
为了推算出标志着实际室内气候的气候值,还考虑了可被用于控制加热功率的气候值。随后,根据所测气候特性值来进行加热功率的控制。这样一来,可以对应于不同车型或对应于不同的车内装饰而给所测气候值配属最佳的气候特性值,以使加热功率最佳地适应于各种要求。
如果一台空调的空调控制器已经通过传感器测出相应的气候值,则也可以根据该空调控制器的测量值和/或调节值来推算出气候值。由此一来,降低了本发明的汽车座椅和/或方向盘加热方法的附加成本。
本发明的任务还在于提供一种实施本发明方法的加热装置。
人们利用权利要求5给出的技术特征获得了完成该任务的技术方案。加热装置采用了一个控制器,除了室内温度外,它还作为气候值地附加上标志室内湿度和/或太阳辐射情况的测量值,其中控制器根据所加测量值而由一个特性曲线族存储器算出用于调节座椅加热或/或方向盘加热用加热功率的所属调节值。借助相应的温度探头而在车外或车内测量出太阳辐射情况。但也可以用光电传感器来测量光线照射情况。
所用传感器和根据室内气候而获得的气候值还被用于控制空调。如果现有空调已具有相应的传感器,则也可以将其测量值作为气候值地用于座椅加热和/或方向盘加热的控制器。
如果在一个与控制器相连的特性曲线族存储器中存储了汽车特有的特性曲线或特性曲线族,其中可以根据各自的实际气候值而由所述特性曲线族中推算出座椅和方向盘所需的加热功率,则人们可以对应于各车型地存储下特性曲线或特性曲线族以使加热功率最佳化且尤其是避免不必要的高加热功率。
根据本发明的一个有利设计方式,加热装置的控制器被整装在舰船电网控制装置中。
以下,结合附图所示的用于加热汽车座椅和方向盘的加热装置的框图来详细描述本发明。
加热装置有一个控制器1、一个汽车座椅加热件2和一个方向盘加热件3构成。控制器1在输出侧与这些加热件3相连。另外,控制器1与一个温度探头T、一个湿度传感器H、一个空调控制器4和一个特性曲线族存储器5相连。
温度探头T给控制器1提供了所测辐射热形式的第一气候值。湿度传感器H作为气候值地向控制器1输出湿度。通过空调控制器4,控制器1例如获得了车内温度和外界温度作为其它气候值。
在特性曲线族存储器5中,属于所测气候值地截量出用于要在加热件2、3上调节出的加热功率的调整值或额定值。但是,也可以从所测的气候值中通过预定算法计算出加热件2、3各自所需的加热功率。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于加热汽车的座椅和/或方向盘的方法,其中基于温度地控制座椅和/或方向盘的加热,其特征在于,为了控制方向盘或座椅的加热,还考虑到了标志着汽车室内气候的气候值。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,考虑到湿度和/或太阳辐射情况作为其它气候值。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,从这些气候值中推导出一个气候特征值,它标志着实际室内气候,并且调节出属于该气候特征值的座椅加热和/或方向盘加热用加热功率。
4.如权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述气候值至少部分地是从一台空调的空调控制器(4)的测量值和/或调整值中推导出来的。
5.一种用于实施如上述权利要求之一所述方法的加热装置,它具有一个用于控制装在一个座椅和/或方向盘内的加热件(2,3)的控制器(1),其中所述控制器(1)上附加一个标志室内温度的测量值,其特征在于,作为气候值地在控制器(1)中附加标志室内湿度和/或太阳辐射情况的测量值,控制器(1)根据所加测量值而由一个特性曲线族存储器(5)中算出用于调节汽车的座椅和/或方向盘中的加热件(2,3)的加热功率的所属调节值。
6.如权利要求5所述的加热装置,其特征在于,用于测量室内温度、湿度和/或太阳辐射情况的传感器(T,H)与控制器(1)的输入侧相连。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的加热装置,其特征在于,在控制器(1)上附加上一个空调控制器(4)的测量值和/或调节值。
8.如权利要求5-7之一所述的加热装置,其特征在于,在特性曲线族存储器(5)中储存了汽车特有的特性曲线族和/或特性曲线,它们勾画出了用于各待调节加热功率的额定值对应于现存气候值的关系。
9.如权利要求5-8之一所述的加热装置,其特征在于,控制器(1)是舰船电网控制装置的一部分。
