Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆座椅的座椅加热装置。
背景技术
用于机动车的、特别是也与电子控制的加热和空调设备耦联的座椅加热装置例如由DE19907968A1或DE10021134A1已知。
在已知的座椅加热系统中大多设有通过按键或通过开关的两个至三个功率级。在此，加热功率例如按照100％、50％和/或30％或者按照2或3个固定限定的温度值控制或调节。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于，提高座椅加热装置的舒适性。
该任务通过权利要求1的特征解决。本发明有利的设计方案包含在从属权利要求中。
本发明基于以下认识：
通过试验确定：座面在为了舒适感觉而接通加热装置之后不必被继续加热一些时间。继续加热甚至部分地被感觉为不舒服的。然而已经表明，在一些时间之后继续加热靠背也被感觉为舒服的。
因此，按照本发明的用于车辆座椅的座椅加热装置具有分开可控的部分加热模块，特别是在座面中和在靠背面中。此外设有用于选择不同座椅加热模式的预选开关以及电子控制器，该电子控制器用于根据预选开关的调节来控制部分加热模块。按照本发明，现在优先给座椅加热模式配置有至少一个限定的部分加热模块，其中，为该座椅加热模式也设有确定的加热功率。本发明因此在于加热功率控制与部分加热模块控制的按照试验认识根据相应选择的座椅加热模式的特别的组合。
按照本发明的座椅加热装置的电子控制器可以优选是用于给乘客车厢调温的加热和/或空调设备的本就为车辆设置的控制器。在此，座椅加热装置的加热功率可以独立于或根据加热或空调设备的调节参量来调节。调节参量相应于实际内部空间温度与由驾驶员调节的额定内部空间温度的偏差。

在唯一的附图中示出了按照本发明的用于车辆座椅1的座椅加热装置，该座椅加热装置具有用于座面和用于靠背面的分开可控的部分加热模块2a和2b。此外存在预选开关7用于选择不同的座椅加热模式I、II和III，座椅加热模式用于由驾驶员手动操作。部分加热模块2a和2b以及预选开关7与电子控制器4连接。部分加热模块2a和2b的加热功率例如通过脉宽调制信号PWM由控制器4调节。
第一座椅加热模式I配置有至少用于加热座面的部分加热模块2a的比较小的加热功率PWM1。
第二座椅加热模式II配置有不仅用于加热座面的部分加热模块2a的、而且用于加热靠背面的部分加热模块2b的比较强的加热功率PWM3。
第三座椅加热模式III配置有仅仅用于加热靠背面的部分加热模块2b的中等的加热功率PWM2。
在座椅1中可以安装用于测量实际座椅温度TSitz_ist的温度传感器3。与控制器4连接的操作单元具有用于调节期望的额定内部空间温度Ti_soll的旋转开关5。此外，控制器4获得用于检测实际内部空间温度Ti_ist的内部空间温度传感器6的信号。在测量的实际内部空间温度Ti_ist与由驾驶员通过旋转开关5调节的额定内部空间温度Ti_soll之间的差是用于加热空调调节的调节参量。用于座椅加热的加热功率PMW可以根据该调节参量做出。
预选开关7可以仅仅是通/断开关。在按照图1示出的例子中，预选开关是用于作为座椅加热模式的级I、II和III的串行可选择性的按键。自然也可以设有两个以上的预选级直至连续的预选。这些级可以通过具有按照当前选择的级的选择的相应照明的唯一一个按键是可调的。

Claims (6)

1.用于车辆座椅(1)的座椅加热装置，具有分开可控的部分加热模块(2a、2b)、具有用于选择不同座椅加热模式(I、II、III)的预选开关(7)并且具有电子控制器(4)，所述电子控制器用于根据预选开关(7)的调节来控制部分加热模块(2a、2b)，其中，座椅加热模式(I、II、III)不仅配置有预定的加热功率(PWM1、PWM2、PWM3)、而且配置有至少一个限定的部分加热模块(2a；2b；2a、2b)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅加热装置，其特征在于，确定的第一座椅加热模式(I)配置有至少用于加热座面的部分加热模块(2a)的比较小的加热功率(PWM1)。
3.根据上述权利要求之一所述的座椅加热装置，其特征在于，确定的第一座椅加热模式(I)配置有用于加热座面的部分加热模块(2a)和加热靠背面的部分加热模块(2b)的比较小的加热功率(PWM1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的座椅加热装置，其特征在于，确定的第二座椅加热模式(II)配置有至少用于加热座面的部分加热模块(2a)的比较强的加热功率(PWM3)。
5.根据上述权利要求之一所述的座椅加热装置，其特征在于，确定的第二座椅加热模式(II)配置有用于加热座面的部分加热模块(2a)和加热靠背面的部分加热模块(2b)的比较强的加热功率(PWM3)。
6.根据上述权利要求之一所述的座椅加热装置，其特征在于，确定的第三座椅加热模式(III)配置有仅仅用于加热靠背面的部分加热模块(2b)的中等的加热功率(PWM2)。
