Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明大体上涉及加热和空气调节系统,并且更具体地,涉及控制用于共乘车辆的热舒适度控制系统的方法。
背景技术
本章节中的陈述仅提供和本公开有关的背景信息,并且可以或者可以不构成现有技术。
一种车辆可以包括加热/通风空气调节(HVAC)系统,例如热舒适度控制系统。在车辆热舒适度控制系统中,乘客可以为乘客舱设置期望温度,或者另选地,操作热舒适度控制系统直到乘客舱内达到期望温度。
此外,一些车辆可以包括多区域舒适度控制系统,例如共乘/多乘员车辆、巴士等。在这些系统中,乘客可以操作专用舒适度控制系统以调节车辆的特定乘客区域中的温度。本文中,舒适度控制系统可以包括定位在每个乘客区域中的一个或多个热舒适度控制特征/功能。
这些舒适度控制系统的一个缺点是,当在可能呈现出气候不同的环境的车辆的舱室附近移动时,乘员可能变得不舒适。
因此,尽管先前用于车辆的舒适度控制系统对于其预期目的来说是有用的,但是本领域中仍存在为共乘车辆改进乘员热舒适度控制系统的空间。
发明内容

一种根据示范性实施例的方面的控制用于共乘车辆的热舒适度控制系统的方法包括在车辆舱室中提供多个乘员座椅。并且另一方面包括利用配置为调节多个HVAC功能的舱室舒适度控制系统来控制车辆舱室内的设定温度。以及又另一方面利用至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统在多个乘员座椅的若干个处调节至少一个热舒适度参数,其中调节至少一个热舒适度参数促使舱室舒适度控制系统调节车辆舱室的设定温度。
根据示范性实施例的另一方面包括基于来自至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统的输入的平均值来调节车辆舱室内的设定温度。以及另一方面,其中如果座椅输入的平均值大于设定温度则增大设定温度。以及又另一方面,其中如果座椅输入的平均值小于设定温度则减小设定温度。以及又另一方面,其中至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统为加热座椅。
根据示范性实施例的又其他方面,其中至少一个座椅舒适度系统为通风座椅。以及另一方面,其中至少一个座椅舒适度系统为加热通风座椅。以及另一方面,其中至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统为局部HVAC系统。以及又另一方面包括在多个乘员座椅处提供舱室温度监测装置。

具体实施方式
以下描述本质上仅是示范性的并且并不旨在限制本公开、应用或使用。
在典型的汽车应用中,整体舱室舒适度在仪表控制面板处进行控制。参考图1,提供了用于热舒适度控制系统的多功能控制面板10的图示。多功能控制面板10包括驾驶员及乘客温度控件12、风扇控件14、开/关控件16、加热/通风座椅控件18、自动HVAC控件20、除霜控件22、除雾控件24,以及空气再循环控件26。
出口和整体舱室温度由温度控件12控制。当在自动(AUTO)20模式下,舒适度控制系统可以调节风扇控件14和模式控件(未示出)、HVAC温度通风口/叶片位置(未示出)以及再循环门位置(未示出)以达到对车辆乘员来说舒适的温度。在共享车辆应用中(其中每个乘员彼此并不认识,和/或在行驶路线过程中新的乘员可能循环通过),可能优选的是消除手动舱室HVAC控件并将该HVAC系统锁定到设定点,以避免乘员之间为了将整体舱室温度、模式、风扇控制等设置到其个人偏好的的冲突。
现在参考图2,提供了对根据示范性实施例的方面的具有与每个座椅相关联的座椅舒适度控制系统56的多乘员/共乘车辆50的图示。每个座椅舒适度控制系统56可以包括加热/通风座椅控件18、仅加热座椅控件、仅通风座椅控件、和/或局部HVAC系统控件(未示出)中的至少一个。局部化的舒适度控制系统56允许乘员在客舱被设定但是不可调节的舒适度之外控制个人舒适度。因此,如果舱室对于特定乘员过冷/过热,该乘员可以开启其加热/通风座椅。
多乘员/共乘车辆50在车辆舱室内设有多个乘员座椅52。利用多功能控制面板10,可以设定舱室温度54并将代码锁定到预定设定温度,借此舱室舒适度控制系统将连续地起作用以将车辆舱室保持在该设定温度,例如72华氏度。
参考图3a和图3b,分别提供了根据示范性实施例的方面的具有两个(图3a)和三个(图3b)乘员的多乘员/共乘车辆的图示。即使在舱室温度由舱室舒适度控制系统保持的情况下,依然对整体舱室温度具有一定程度的调节可能是有利的。为了避免乘员间的冲突,使这种控制专用于每个乘员可能是有利的。
为了做到这一点,座椅舒适度控制系统56可以用于向上或向下切换整体舱室温度设定点。调节车辆舱室内的舱室设定点温度是基于由舱室控制系统从至少一个舱室舒适度控制系统56接收的输入的平均值。座椅输入的权重可以通过车辆校准来调节,例如五(5)的座椅输入值比二(2)的座椅输入值对设定点温度具有更大的影响。
参考图3a,注意到座椅60和62标记了“X”,表明该座椅空闲。根据示范性实施例的方面,在该共乘示例中座椅64和66被占用。设定点舱室温度被设置在72华氏度,同时每个座椅舒适度控制系统56a被关闭。由于座椅60和62空闲,座椅输入值将不会被提供给舱室舒适度控制系统。尽管舱室舒适度控制系统可以从座椅64和66接收到座椅输入,但是舒适度设定不会被乘员改变并保持在72华氏度。舱室舒适度控制系统将计算这两个座椅输入的平均值,即(72+72)/2=72,并且随后基于设定点温度和座椅输入的平均值之间的差对设定点温度做出调节(增大或减小)。由此,在该情况下,当设定点温度为72且座椅输入值的平均值为72时,导致作出的调节将为零(72-72=0)或不调节。
现在参考图3b,示出了根据示范性实施例的另一示例,其中三个乘员坐在共乘车辆中。注意到仅座椅86(以“X”标记)是空闲的而座椅80、82和84被占用。同样,设定点舱室温度被设置在72华氏度,同时除了与空闲的座椅86相关联的座椅舒适度控制系统之外每个座椅舒适度控制系统56b被开启。由于座椅86空闲,座椅输入值将不会被提供给舱室舒适度控制系统。在座椅80处开始,座椅舒适度控制系统已经增大了三(3)个热条90(仅为了示例性目的,1个活动热条相当于温度升高1华氏度),从而将座椅输入值从72度设定到75度。对于座椅82,乘员增加热舒适度控制系统一(1)个热条从而将座椅值增大到73度,并且在座椅84处乘员增大座椅舒适度控制系统两(2)个热条到74度。
舱室舒适度控制系统将计算三个座椅输入的平均值,即(75+74+73)/3=74,并且随后基于当前舱室设定点温度和座椅输入的平均值之间的差对舱室设定点温度做出调节(增大或减小)。由此,在该情况下,当设定点温度为72且座椅输入值的平均值为73.3时,导致作出的调节将为1.3华氏度(73.3-72=1.3)。应当意识到,如果乘员想要通过将座椅舒适度控制系统降低到72华氏度以下而降低舱室的温度,可以应用相同的原理来计算舱室设定点的调节。座椅输入值可以从多个感测装置接收,包括但不限于,座椅质量传感器、座椅风扇马达ROM,以及座椅乘员摄像机。
现在参考图4,提供了根据示范性实施例的控制用于共乘车辆的热舒适度控制系统的方法的算法。方法以在车辆舱室中提供多个乘员座椅而在框110处开始。在不超出示范性实施例的范围的前提下,车辆可以是小轿车到商用旅游巴士。
接下来在框115处,方法继续:利用配置为调节多个HVAC功能的舱室舒适度控制系统来控制车辆舱室内的设定温度。在框120处,方法继续:利用至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统在多个乘员座椅的若干个处调节至少一个热舒适度参数,其中调节至少一个热舒适度参数促使舱室舒适度控制系统调节车辆舱室的设定温度。根据示范性实施例的方面,如果座椅输入的平均值大于设定温度则增大设定温度,且如果座椅输入的平均值小于设定温度则减小设定温度。根据示范性实施例的方面,还可以为乘员在其座椅处提供舱室温度监测装置以查看舱室温度或者提供可以用于此目的的移动应用程序。

Claims (9)
1.一种控制用于车辆的热舒适度控制系统的方法,包括:
在车辆舱室中提供多个乘员座椅;
利用配置为调节多个HVAC功能的舱室舒适度控制系统来控制所述车辆舱室内的设定温度;以及
利用至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统在所述多个乘员座椅的若干个处调节至少一个热舒适度参数,其中调节所述至少一个热舒适度参数促使所述舱室舒适度控制系统调节所述车辆舱室的所述设定温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括:基于来自所述至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统的输入的平均值来调节所述车辆舱室内的所述设定温度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中如果所述座椅舒适度控制系统输入的平均值大于所述设定温度则增大所述设定温度。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中如果所述座椅舒适度控制系统输入的平均值小于所述设定温度则减小所述设定温度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统为加热座椅。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统为通风座椅。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统为加热/通风座椅。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述至少一个座椅舒适度控制系统为局部HVAC系统。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括:在所述多个乘员座椅处提供舱室温度监测装置。
