Abstract
该装置包括两个具有圆柱形周边(28、31)的在包装软管的相对侧绕平行轴(12、17)对置环绕设置的封闭颚板(13、18),周边(28、31)的曲率半径在整个圆周方向的长度上比封闭颚板(13、18)距相关轴线(12、17)的距离要小。轴线(12、17)在垂直于输送方向相对运动,使得在封闭过程中在封闭颚板(13、18)和包装软管之间的接触线在输送方向上移动,从而在简化结构的同时达到提高包装量的目的。
Description
在软管件包装机中,由包装膜制成包装产品的软管并在纵向封闭软管。在横封闭站中,在产品之间形成横向封闭缝并使其在中部分离,以形成单包装。
例如在EP-A-399948中的现有横向封闭站中,彼此相对设置的封闭颚板和对置颚板由与转轴同轴分布的圆柱形封闭面和对置面环绕。由于封闭颚板的导热由膜到封闭层具有规定的时间,这样限制了横向封闭站软管的最大输送速度。
因此公开了在输送方向随动的与其自己平行绕行的封闭颚板和对置颚板,这样提高了生产能力。这样的横向封闭站例如在WO-A-96/17720中公开。EP-B-560988和DE-C-2751928中描述了其它类型的封闭站。这些横向封闭站的结构相对复杂,因而导致制造和维修费用高。此外,在输送方向来回运动的质量会产生传到整个包装机上的振动。
因此本发明的目的是对上述类型装置的改进,使其在简化结构的同时可以提高包装能力。该目的是通过权利要求1特征部分的特征实现的。
下面借助附图对本发明的实施例进行描述,其中:

图5a-5d示出横向封闭的运行情况,
图6a-6c形成周边的三种变型。
图1-3的装置包括壳体10,在其上绕轴线12可转动地支撑着第一轴11,相对设置的两个封闭颚板13固定在轴11上。在壳体10中有两块在相对侧垂直设置的滑动座架14,15,即垂直于包装软管33的输送方向A滑动导向。第二轴16绕平行于轴线12的轴线17可转动地支撑在滑动座架14、15中。另外两个封闭颚板18彼此相对地固定在轴16上。轴16两侧各固定两个凸轮19、20。其中一个凸轮20在固定支撑于壳体上的辊21上滚动,另一凸轮19在辊22上滚动,辊22可转动地支撑在可在壳体10中垂直移动地支撑的另一个滑动座架23上。这两个滑动座架23通过弹簧24被向下压在辊21上。
由图4可看出,封闭颚板13、18的周边28是圆柱形,在所示实施例中是围绕轴线29的圆柱形,该轴线位于封闭颚板13、18的山脊线30与轴11、16的相关轴线12或17之间并与其平行。周边28的半径r1最多是轴线17与山脊线30的距离r2的一半。圆柱形周边28的横截面也可以是非圆形的,如例椭圆形的。至少周边28在总的圆周方向长度上的曲率半径小于r2。凸轮19、20这样形成,即在轴16转动而进行封闭时,轴线17进行图4和图5a-5d所示的同步垂直运动,封闭颚板18的周边28压向封闭颚板13的相应周边31从图4可看出,当在包装软管33的输送方向进行封闭时封闭颚板13、18的接触线32是移动的,因此增长了封闭时间或在同样的封闭时间里相对其曲率半径为r2的现有封闭颚板提高了软管的输送速度。封闭颚板最小的垂直运动仅形成非常小的振动并象现有的平行环绕随动横封闭颚板一样在输送方向A上没有振动。纵向的振动也是不希望的,因为它会影响被包装产品之间的规定距离。设备所需零件少,因而降低制造成本和维修费用。由弹簧加载的辊22消除了垂直方向上的间隙。为了进一步减小惯性力,垂直运动的轴16制成空的。所述的装置不仅适用于水平的、而且适用于垂直的软管件包装机。
在图4中示出了一种变型,其中两轴11和16垂直同步相对并彼此分开运动,其接触线还在一平面内。在该实施例中,轴11也同样借助两滑动座架垂直运动并在两侧通过对应于凸轮19、20的其它凸轮和对应于辊21、22的其它辊被强行控制。轴11的支承相对具有零件14,15和19至24的轴16的支承关于两条轴线12,17的中间垂直面51镜面对称。与之相反,在图1-3所示变型中,轴11是固定地支承在壳体上,接触线32的轨迹略呈圆柱形。
图6a-6c示出了封闭颚板13、18的周边28、31结构的变型,图6a对应于图4的图示,其中封闭颚板13、18的偏转点划线线位置对应于两轴线12、17相对中垂直面51靠近或分开的变型,而虚线位置对应于轴12固定地支撑在壳体上的变型。第一变型的优点在于,当轴11、16的运动质量相等时,由于轴11、16准确推挽地摆动,这样垂直摆动不会传到壳体10上。而第二变型的优点是使其结构简单。
图6b示出的变型是轴12固定在壳体上而圆柱形周边31与轴线12同轴,其用于在接触线32的输送方向A上的相同较长路段的变型要求在圆周方向为长周边28、31。因此优选图6a的对称变型。
在6c中示出的一般变型中,封闭颚板13、18周边28、31的曲率半径r1和r3是不同的,周边28、31的山脊线30、34距轴线12、17的距离r2和r4也是不同的。例如,选择r4=3r2/2且在轴11的圆周上相等地分布设置三个封闭颚板13而替代两个封闭颚板。传动机构44/45的传动比要适合或者两个分别控制的伺服电机42与两轴11、16连接。
根据图3,轴16通过两万向节39和一个万向轴40与伺服电机42的驱动轴41和角转动传感器43连接。轴41通过相同尺寸的齿轮44、45与轴11连接。电机42和传感器43与控制装置46连接,该控制装置使轴11、16的转角与包装软管的进给同步。轴11、16的转速这样调节,在封闭时周边28圆周速度在输送方向上的分量等于包装软管33的输送速度。
Claims (13)
1.封闭包装膜制成的包装软管(33)的装置,包括:-绕第一轴线(17)环绕设置的具有圆柱形的第一周边(28)的封闭颚板(18),其第一周边距第一轴线(17)具有距第一轴线(17)最大的第一距离(r2)并与之平行的第一接触线(30),其中第一周边(28)的第一曲率半径(r1)在圆周方向上的整个长度小于第一距离(r2),
-与第一封闭颚板(18)同步对转绕第二轴线(12)环绕设置的具有圆柱形第二周边(31)的第二封闭颚板(13),其中第二轴线(12)平行于第一轴线(17),
-使第一轴线(17)相对第二轴线(12)垂直于软管(33)的输送方向(A)运动的装置(13、14、19、20、21、22),以便第一周边(28)在软管(33)的中间位置之下滚离第二周边(31),其中在封闭颚板(18、13)和软管(33)之间的接触线(32)在封闭时在输送方向(A)上移动。
2.如权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,第二周边(31)距第二轴线(12)具有距第二轴线(12)最大第二距离(r4)并与之平行的第二接触线(34),第二周边(31)的第二曲率半径(r3)在圆周方向上的整个长度小于第二距离(r4)。
3.如权利要求2的装置,其特征在于,第一距离(r2)与第二距离(r4)相等。
4.如权利要求3的装置,其特征在于,封闭颚板(13、18)的周边(28、31)相对接触线(30、34)和有关的轴线(12、17)的共同面对称。
5.如权利要求4的装置,其特征在于,两周边(28,31)相对两轴线(12、17)的中垂直面(51)镜面对称。
6.如权利要求5的装置,其特征在于,两周边(28、31)呈圆柱形。
7.如权利要求1-6之一的装置,其特征在于,第一曲率半径(r1)最多是第一距离(r2)的一半。
8.如权利要求1-7之一的装置,其特征在于:轴线(12、17)垂直于输送方向(A)的相对运动通过调节件(19、20)与封闭颚板(13、18)的转角同步。
9.如权利要求1-8之一的装置,其特征在于,封闭颚板(13、18)的驱动轴(11、16)通过伺服电机(42)驱动,封闭鄂板(13、18)的转角由一个控制装置(46)控制,使得在整个封闭过程中,周边(28、31)在接触线(32)处的圆周速度沿输送方向上测得的分量近似等于软管(33)的输送速度。
10.如权利要求1-9之一的装置,其特征在于,垂直于输送方向(A)的轴线(12、17)的相对运动通过凸轮传动装置(19、20)控制。
11.如权利要求10的装置,其特征在于,传动装置具有两分开的、共同驱动的凸轮(19、20)以实现封闭颚板(13、18)彼此的进给运动和移开运动。
12.如权利要求11的装置,其特征在于,凸轮(19、20)至少刚性地安装在封闭颚板(13、18)的驱动轴(11、16)之一上,第一凸轮(20)支承在固定支承在壳体上的第一辊(21)上,第二凸轮(19)可移动地支撑在两根驱动轴(11,16)的轴线(12,17)的平行的共同平面内并在压力件(24)的作用下沿第二凸轮(19)的方向被预加载。
13.如权利要求1-12之一的装置,其特征在于,在各传动轴(11、16)的圆周上均匀分布安装多个封闭颚板(13、18)。
