为了说明多种可能使用的一个例子,图9表示了一凉鞋102,其包括几条具有软边106和光滑背面108的编织搭扣带104。搭扣带104包括多行钩形元件110和线圈元件112。为将凉鞋102固定在脚114上,搭扣带104穿过扣环116以形成覆盖部118。覆盖部118的钩形元件和线圈元件110、112结合相应的搭扣带104上的配套钩形元件和线圈元件110、112形成闭合状。软边106和光滑背面108可使人易于抓住搭扣带104并调整凉鞋102,从而使穿着舒适。搭扣带104具有足够大强度足以承受脚114弯曲时,如跑步或跳跃时产生的一般性载荷。

Claims (20)

1.一种具有一主织物体的编织扣件制品,主织物体包括具有分别在经、纬向延伸的经纱和纬纱的编织基体,而且,
固定于所述编织基体并从所述编织基体伸出一系列纤维搭扣元件,用于结合一覆盖层上相匹配的搭扣元件,
所述扣件制品具有至少一个在经纱方向延伸的整体边缘部分,其横截面相对于所述编织基体加大,以起到分散载荷结构的作用。
2.如权利要求1所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述边缘部分包括弹性编织管结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述编织基体为单层,所述管结构由该层的一边缘线圈构成。
4.如权利要求2所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述编织基体包括第一层和第二层,所述管结构由连接第一层和第二层的边界部分构成。
5.如权利要求4所述的编织扣件制品,其中,将多股粘结纱线交织在第一层和第二层之间以将第一层和第二层连成一体,阻止所述粘结纱线进入所述边界部分中。
6.如权利要求2所述的编织扣件制品,其中,一填充纱线延伸穿过所述编织管结构。
7.如权利要求1所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述边缘部分的厚度大于编织基体的厚度。
8.如权利要求7所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述边缘部分包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱的厚度大于所述编织基体中经纱的厚度。
9.如权利要求1所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述编织基体部分由多股活性粘结纱线构成,所述粘结纱线将搭扣元件固定在编织基体上。
10.如权利要求9所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述活性粘结纱线包括热活化物质。
11.如权利要求10所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述活性粘结纱线包括溶剂活化物质。
12.如权利要求1所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述编织基体包括将所述搭扣元件固定在所述编织基体上的密织布。
13.如权利要求1所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述搭扣元件包括搭扣元件纱线,所述搭扣元件纱线与所述编织基体的经纱交织,以便将所述搭扣元件固定在所述编织基体上。
14.如权利要求1所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述编织基体是厚度为至少0.03英寸的织物带,所述织物带经纱方向的抗拉强度为至少每线英寸带宽300磅。
15.如权利要求1所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述编织基体具有一在经纱方向延伸的第二边缘部分,其横截面相对于编织基体加大,从而起到分散载荷结构的作用。
16.如权利要求1所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述搭扣元件是钩形元件。
17.如权利要求1所述的编织扣件制品,其中,所述搭扣元件是线圈元件。
18.一种编织具有主织物体的编织扣件制品的方法,所述编织扣件制品包括具有各自在经纱方向和纬纱方向延伸的经纱和纬纱的编织基体和一系列固定在所述编织基体上并从所述编织基体伸出的搭扣元件,该方法包括步骤:
相对于所述编织基体,形成扣件制品中横截面加大的边缘部分,其能起到分散载荷结构的作用。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法,其中,形成所述加大边缘部分包括形成弹性管结构。
20.如权利要求18所述的方法,其中,形成加大边缘部分包括相对于编织基体的厚度增大边缘部分厚度。
