发明领域
本发明涉及一种地板接缝或类似物的覆盖装置，其具有安装轮廓和覆盖条，安装轮廓能利用沿着接缝或类似物的桥接元件被固定在基体上，安装轮廓包括至少一个从该桥接元件向上伸出的支脚元件，该支脚元件能与覆盖条一起以夹紧的形式插在一起。
已有技术的描述
借助所述的覆盖装置，有可能利用以下方式实现桥接或覆盖住地板，护墙板和天花板衬板的伸缩部分和边界接缝处或阶梯处；安装轮廓与其向上伸出的支脚元件形成夹紧元件，覆盖条可以以夹紧方式插入预先安装好的安装轮廓上，覆盖条的纵向槽或纵向肋的结构和截面形状适合于所述的夹紧元件，这样可能达到看不见的紧固，同时覆盖条能不用任何特殊的螺旋式或钉头式连接就可以安装和如果需要的话，进行拆卸。为了获得足够刚性的夹紧支座，安装轮廓必须包含相对坚硬的材料，而且安装轮廓也被分配成各自具有抗弯曲的覆盖条，因此利用已知的覆盖装置仅可能遮盖住在直线方向上延伸的接合缝隙或台阶。任何弯曲部分需由沿多边形伸展的覆盖物来替代且在铺设时需要花费许多力气。
发明的概述
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的覆盖装置，其允许合理地遮盖住沿弯曲线延伸的接合缝隙，并借助安装轮廓确保覆盖条的安全和稳固安装。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：提供一种覆盖条，其由可挠性弯曲的塑性材料构成，并可以绕着平行于插入方向延伸的轴弯曲，覆盖条与若干个单个的轮廓元件或轮廓横条相关联，作为由抗弯曲的材料制成的这些轮廓元件或横条细分成许多部分，这些部分可以利用横向延伸的凹槽绕着平行于插入方向的轴相对于对方旋转。单个的轮廓元件或轮廓横条，如果需要，可以细分成可旋转的多个部分，并能依据如下预定的过程被毫不费力地安装到基体上，这些轮廓元件或横条也可以是地板接缝或台阶的弯曲部分，单个轮廓元件沿着弯曲部分的行进方向或弯曲部分的切线方向相互间隔一定距离而安置，轮廓横条在是直线行进情况下沿有效长度或在是曲线行进的情况下根据其曲线来布置。横向延伸凹槽在轮廓设计基础上是沿着外曲率的径向凹槽和/或沿着内曲率的合适的结点板形式的凹槽，作为上述凹槽的结果，尽管轮廓横条是由抗弯曲材料制成，但仍可以沿着弯曲行进足够精确地预先安装。根据轮廓元件或轮廓横条上的安装轮廓的行进部分只用少许手工操作利用同时弯曲和夹紧接合来压住可弯曲的覆盖条，从而确保对缝隙或类似物甚至沿着弯曲部分进行清洁的遮盖。只有在手工铺设的情况下适当地在轮廓横条上设有凹槽，为此仅有如园艺剪刀的简单剪切工具就足够了。它们也可以由生产厂在整个横条长度上来备好。
如果覆盖条是由塑化聚氯乙烯(PVC)构成，便具有理想的可弯曲的塑性性能，该材料应具有理想的着色能力，也能为覆盖条提供任何理想的装饰性薄金属片或类似物的涂层。

最佳实施例的描述
为了能清洁地覆盖住在两个地板B之间的弯曲过渡间隙F，设置有具有安装轮廓2和覆盖条3的覆盖装置1。安装轮廓2由轮廓横条4构成，该轮廓横条4可以沿间隙F的桥接部分5固定在基体U上。并包括两个在端部带有夹紧元件7的支脚元件6，支脚元件从桥接部分5向上延伸。由抗弯曲材料制成的所述轮廓横条4在铺设过程中利用横向延伸凹槽8可细分成多个部分9，部分9可以绕着平行于基体表面的垂直轴A相对于对方旋转，以便也可以象多边形线条适用于间隙F的弯曲伸展部分。
用作过渡轮廓的覆盖条3可以与轮廓横条4以夹紧方式放置在一起，为达到此目的，其在底面上形成伸出的纵向肋条10，该纵向肋条以锁住方式接合在轮廓横条4的支脚元件6的夹紧元件7中。如图2所示，为补偿在有限间隙地板B之间的任何高度差别，覆盖条3也可以以倾斜方式与轮廓条4锁住。覆盖条3由可弯曲的塑性材料构成，并可以绕着平行于插入方向的轴弯曲，以便能在插入轮廓横条4时以如下弯曲方式弯曲，该弯曲方式使得随着横条的延伸部分并确保正确的覆盖，甚至是覆盖以曲线延伸的接合间隙F。

Claims (2)

1．地板接缝或类似物的覆盖装置(1)，其包括一安装轮廓(2)和一覆盖条(3)，安装轮廓(2)可以利用沿着上述接合缝隙(F)或类似物的桥接元件(5)固定在基体(U)上，上述安装轮廓包括至少一个从上述桥接元件(5)向上伸出的支脚元件(6)，并且可以与上述覆盖条(3)一起以夹紧方式连在一起，其特征在于，设有的覆盖条(3)是由可弯曲的塑性材料构成，并且可以绕着平行于插入方向的轴而弯曲，作为由抗弯曲材料制成的覆盖条与若干个单个的轮廓元件或轮廓横条(4)相关联，轮廓元件或轮廓横条被横向延伸的凹槽(8)细分成部分(9)，部分(9)可以绕着平行于插入方向的轴(A)相互弯曲。
2．如权利要求1所述的覆盖装置，其特征在于上述覆盖条(3)由塑化聚氯乙烯(PVC)构成。
