一种铆接结构的悬浮电磁铁箱梁,其特点在于它包括U型槽状底板和两侧板,在该U型槽状底板的两侧用铆钉分别将两侧板铆合而成。本发明的有益效果是:1.采用“U”型槽状底板与两侧板用铆钉铆接而成的结构,“U”型槽状底板与两侧板的厚度不受设备的限制,可随刚度要求选定;2.不用人工时效强化处理,工艺简化;3.制造设备不需大型压机;4.在工作过程中箱梁变形量小。

铆接结构的悬浮电磁铁箱梁
技术领域:
本发明与磁悬浮列车有关,特别是一种铆接结构的悬浮电磁铁箱梁。
背景技术:
目前,在以德国技术为代表的高速磁悬浮列车中,悬浮电磁铁普遍采用箱梁结构,即在宽约0.2米,高约0.4米,长3米多的U型箱梁上部铆接十几个小电磁铁模块,形成一个悬浮电磁铁模块组。在箱梁两端的两侧壁开有孔,悬浮架上的两个托架的尾端伸进孔中与铆接在箱梁开孔处的托架支撑相连接,电磁铁与轨道间产生的悬浮磁力通过箱梁与托架传到悬浮架上,进而将列车悬浮起来。在德国TR-08高速磁悬浮列车的现有结构中,U型箱梁采用的是用6mm厚的铝合金板整体模压而成。此结构存在的主要缺点是:一是此结构加工困难,宽约0.2米,高约0.4米,长3米多的U型箱梁需在特大型压机上用模具压制,因压制时板材需处于软态,压制后,为保持其压制好的形状与提高刚度,须在大型电炉中对压制好的U型梁进行人工时效强化处理,在人工时效过程中,箱梁容易变形,需采取特殊措施以防变形;二是整体压制使得板材厚度受到限制,箱梁的刚度有限,在工作过程中,箱梁将产生中部往上拱的弓型形变,德国TR-08的6mm厚的箱梁体最大变形处达2mm,将引起同一箱梁体上的各电磁铁模块受力不均,对电磁铁极为不利。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术铝合金板整体模压而成U型箱樑结构的缺点,提供一种铆接结构的悬浮电磁铁箱梁。
本发明的技术问题解决方案是:
一种铆接结构的悬浮电磁铁箱梁,其特点在于它包括U型槽状底板和两侧板,在该U型槽状底板的两侧用铆钉分别将两侧板铆合而成;
其中所述的铆钉沿U型槽状底板的两侧均匀地排列成多排多列。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、采用“U”型槽状底板与两侧板用铆钉铆接而成的结构,“U”型槽状底板与两侧板的厚度不受设备的限制,可随刚度要求选定;
2、不用人工时效强化处理,工艺简化;
3、制造设备不需大型压机;
4、在工作过程中箱梁变形量小。

具体实施方式:
请参阅图1、图2和图3,由图可见,本发明铆接结构的悬浮电磁铁箱梁,也是一种U型箱梁,其基本结构最大的特点就是在一U型槽状底板1的两侧用一系列铆钉3分别将侧板2和侧板4铆合而成,其他结构与德国U型箱梁相同。

1、一种铆接结构的悬浮电磁铁箱梁,其特征在于它包括U型槽状底板(1)和两侧板(2、4),在该U型槽状底板(1)的两侧用铆钉(3)分别将两侧板(2、4)铆合而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的悬浮电磁铁箱梁,其特征在于所述的铆钉(3)沿U型槽状底板(1)的两侧均匀地排列成多排多列。
