Abstract

本发明通过一种方法,以一种新的方式完全可靠地解决了以连续管状形式生产包装件过程中产生的紧密问题,该方法的主要区别在于,通过在压缩位置将管压制成条带,该条带沿复合线经受既高且量值又大的脉冲压力,使得材料变得有粘性。复合线相对于管横向平行或彼此交又形成格子形。脉冲压力是通过超声波产生的。除封合方法外,本发明还涉及一种设备。

Description

用于封合管状容器的设备和方法
本发明涉及一种用于封合据权利要求1,6和7的前序部分所述的包装件的设备和方法。
对于大部分商品,主要是食品,连续的管状包装件,其成形,连续充填和整齐封口是显而易见的包装形式。由此,位于每一端的包装材料被合拢成一细长带条,该带条被用金属夹或金属钳封合。这种封合的缺点在于,在切口处成形的封闭端要求使用并不能保证紧密封合的金属夹。此外,使用金属夹还有成本和复杂材料回收利用的经济缺陷。
本发明的目的是消除先有技术的缺陷,并提供一种据上文所述的设备和方法,其允许用于管式包装的完善的封合产品。
本发明尤其涉及一种夹持器及由此得到的使管状材料更耐热封合的经济方法。
本发明一方面,通过使用含有不同熔点的复合塑料的管状材料,并在设备中对扁平带条应用超声波来实现,其主要特征在于V--型工具件被设置在带条的每一侧,并相对于带条的横向彼此面对面成对移动,该成对工具件在带条的纵向上都有一15-25mm的距离,在成对工具件之间一方面设置两个支撑表面,用以支撑带条的相对两侧,另一方面,可能面对面设置两个夹板,用以对带条进行超声波锤击。在一详细的实施例中,至少一个夹板装有相对于带条基本上横向突出的隆起部,或格子形式突出的隆起部。该夹具还包括边缘切断工具,用以在带条的封合端末部切断带条。
通过本发明这样的管状包装件的封合问题被完全解决了。充填管在未端被封合,即使不使用添加剂,其气密性也是可信赖的。据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种方法,其主要特征在于管是由含可熔层的材料制成的,条带在压缩位置被压在一起形成条状,条带沿复合线经受既高且量值又大的脉冲压力,其材料中的可熔层暂时变得有粘性。当材料被冷却时,粘着力成为永久性的。
最好管是由含有不同熔融温度的多层材料制成,由此易于熔融的层或材料将提供粘着力。
对未端封合管状包装件工序的精确研究显示,如今的条带阻碍安全经济的作业方法通常有两方面。一方面涉及管内残留物难以从封合地移走,另一方面由外部加热引起的管状材料不同层的温度发生不可避免地变化。即使残留物被留在封合区域似乎也不重要,它们仅表明有泄漏危险,目前被管各压缩部分的两个金属钳的操作所控制。据本发明,残留物对封闭端紧密性的影响被分配给多条线的封合功能所消减,多条线之间的残留物可能被线性封闭位置上的压力所转移。因而如果线相对于管的纵向方向彼此水平横向延伸,紧密性是足够的,但是,如果线被安排成格子模式,它们的效果进一步提高,以便解决特别困难的问题。更重要的是通过在多条线上进行封合的安排,获得粘着力的熔融材料在封闭端被集中并在此被维持,这保证了结合或粘和材料不会从该地区逸出。
每一个压缩部分包括两个封合区,每一个都必须有上述线排列。在这些区域之间的长度达到约5-7mm,几个毫米的距离可以不受影响且平静地省去以便切割后不能含有尖锐的因而危险的角。
涉及紧密性且经济的最好效果是用据本发明的方法,通过使用超声波以提供脉冲压力来实现。首先,施加一最大压力以便从线间运输残留物,同时冷成形管状材料。随即紧接着,在超声波的帮助下以已知方式加热管状材料,并在比最初的压力更长一点的压力作用下将管状材料的两部分熔合在一起以实现封合。在此工艺中管状材料的软化层作为熔融剂一致粘附到其它层上,在各线间封闭包装残留物。该线相对于管平行横向排列或彼此交叉成格子形。对每一个压缩位置而言,该数目至少是四个,这更利于用同样模式的模具对砧台执行工作。砧台也是同样的模式。在冷却装置和自动调温器的帮助下砧台最好保持不变的温度。管不同层材料的选择当然必须遵循包装件内容物的设置要求,但是作为例子提及,对于食品而言被更有利地使用地是:聚乙烯-聚丙烯-聚乙烯的化合,以及金属茂-聚乙烯-酰胺-聚乙烯-金属茂。所有层不必含有塑料材料。如果允许,相对于包装件内容物的涂覆塑料材料的不昂贵的材料也能被使用。镀有金属箔的塑料可用于对光线敏感的食物。
对于模具和砧台,对于执行方法而言,适宜的材料选择是聚四氟乙烯(特氟隆)或镀有铝的聚四氟乙烯,对于模压金属,则最好是钛。模具也在冷却装置和自动调温器的帮助下维持在不变的温度。
落于本发明范围内的压力线,包括点划线和彼此靠近的凹陷。
本发明将参照附图结合实施例进行详细描述。

从图1很清楚地看出已充填的包装件1和正在充填的类似包装件2是如何通过管材的条带3彼此相连的。条带3被成对的V-型工具件4,5和6,7所包围,成对V-型工具件被设置成彼此相距16mm的距离。这些成对的工具件可相互移近或移远。它们的形状和位置如图2所示。在成对工具件之间,一方面有两块聚四氟乙烯作为支撑表面8和9,它们分别抓紧聚拢的条带3,另一方面,两个夹板10,11用于对带进行超声锤击。夹板彼此之间可相互移近或移远。一个夹板10用作砧台,由钢或钛制成,而另一个夹板11用作超声波探角,它被连接到一个此处未显示的先前已知的功率为1kw,频率为20--40khz的超声波发生器上。超声波探角11由钛制成。夹板10,11表面都是平的对彼此是不利的,但是如果表面带有如图3所示的隆起或者用格子形式将会得到更好的效果。用作砧台的夹板10的中间还带有一个尖锐的切割刃13,切割刃13的高度接近超声波探角11,而两个夹板之间还有几个十分之一毫米的间隔。对于工具件,为了获得最适宜的移动顺序,聚四氟乙烯块和夹板被连接到液压或气压活塞上,以众所周知的方式被来自泵或带有压力缸的压缩机的各个供应管上的阀所控制。聚四氟乙烯块通过被固定连接到砧台10上,从而被安排同步参与在砧台10的运动中。当封合部冷却时,为了分离它,对成形包装件的支撑可以安排在侧部,例如使用真空杯。功能方法参照下文。
工艺开始时,包装管的未端从工具件4,5,支撑表面8,9,夹板10,11和工具件6,7之间的上部被送入,各对之间都位于最大的相互距离。管由有稍微不同熔融点的叠层或复合塑料组成,它们这样被分配,内层和外层塑料之间至少有一层低熔点的塑料层。当设置据此被操作进行“封合”时,首先各个工具件4,5和6,7彼此相对移动,从而通过V-型工具件管被聚拢成一条带。支撑表面的块8,9和夹板10,11彼此相近移动,于是它们成对各自从不同的方向支撑并锤击条带。锤击的结果,条带被加热并压缩成相似牢固的尺寸1.5-2x5-15mm的带14。在操作的最后阶段,切割刃13压向夹板10,于是在封合的中间位置切断条带。其后当工具件4,5,6,7,支撑表面8,9和夹板10恢复到每对之间的最大值距离时,管同时开始充填内容物。带有内容物的管允许降低一个包装长度到达如图1所示的位置。当下一封合操作中的工具件4,5和6,7彼此靠近移动时,它们将管压成条带并基本上压出内容物。残留的内容物在纵向上被压力有效地移向侧边,且超声波探角11对带的有效锤击也使其在带的纵向方向上被移向侧边。最有效地运动是,夹板10,11直接用最大压力彼此挤压,随后分离以给锤击留一自由移动空间。封闭和切断是根据前文所描述的来实现。工具件4,5,6,7,支撑表面8,9和夹板10,11维持在最大距离,管允许降低一个包装长度的过程随后被重复。如果管是预加工型或如果管通过边缘封合成带连续制造,该设备均适用。
在一最佳实施例中,夹板10和11由图3中横向相对于管的方向的隆起12制成或格子形式制成。其优点首先是由于使用了隆起模式,能够避免管壁的熔融塑料层渗入包装件中。
如果切割刃13因某种原因被认为不便于使用,那么条带的切断与包装件的分离当然是在设备的外部执行的。其它变形诸如超声波探角11的弧形工作表面及低锤击频率结合夹板10,11的高温度的使用也在本发明的范围内。
应声明如上所述的本发明的管最好包括不同的层,但是本发明并不排除所要求的熔融物的材料仅是一层的情况。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于封合管材制成的包装件的设备,包括有多个不同熔融点的塑料,通过对其使用超声波将管材压制成带,包括聚拢包装管的装置,该装置通过本设备将管材聚拢成带,还包括为形成单个包装元件对带条进行封合与切割的装置,其特征在于,用于将管材压成带条(3)的V-型工具件(4,5,6,7)被安置在管材路径的每一侧,并在相对于管材的横向上面对面成对移动,该成对工具件(4,5和6,7)在管材的纵向上都有约15-25mm的相互距离,在成对工具件之间一方面设置两个支撑表面(8,9),用以支撑带条(3)的相对两侧,另一方面,两个夹板(10,11)可以面对面移动,用以对带条进行超声波锤击。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于至少一个夹板(10,11)装有隆起部(12),它相对于带条(3)横向突出。
3.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于至少一个夹板(10,11)在相对于条带(3)的表面装有格子模式(checked pattern)。
4.如权利要求1,2或3中任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于夹板(10,11)之一装有切割刃(13),用以切断带条(3)。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于为获得最适宜地移动顺序,工具件(4,5,6,7),支撑表面(8,9)和夹板(10,11)被连到液压或气压活塞上,其被来自泵或带有压力缸的压缩机的各个供应管上的阀所控制。
6.一种设备,用于封合含有熔融层的管材制成的包装件,包括聚拢包装管的装置,该装置通过本设备将管材聚拢成带,还包括为形成单个包装元件对带条进行封合与切割的装置,其特征在于,该设备包括将管材压成带条(3)的工具件(4,5,6,7),它们被安置在管材路径的每一侧,并在相对于管材的横向上面对面成对移动,该设备还包括从管纵向看沿大致横向延伸复合线对带条进行超声波锤击的装置。
7.用于封合包装件的方法,包装件包括管材,它被连续充填,压缩并在规定位置进行切割,其特征在于该管材由带可熔层的材料制成,在压缩位置,管材被挤压在一起形成条带,条带沿复合线经受高的最好是脉冲的压力,或达到材料中的可熔层可粘合的值。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于管是由含有不同熔融温度的多层材料制成,其中易熔层在压力作用下可粘着。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于压力中的脉冲由超声波实现。
10.如权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于复合线相对于管的纵向相互平行并大致横向延伸。
11.如权利要求7-10中任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于复合线彼此交叉形成格子形。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于压力由一个可移动的金属型模具和聚四氟乙烯砧台施加。
13.如权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于砧台的模式根据模具的模式而设定。
14.如权利要求11,12或13所述的方法,其特征在于模具被维持在恒定温度。
