Abstract
一种应用通式(I)的叔胺作为可用于室外或室内的有机硅酸盐灰浆和有机硅酸盐颜料的稳定剂。这里R=(CH2)n,这里n=1-8,最好为n=2-6,以及R1=-CH3;-CH2-CH3;-CH2-CH2-OH;-CH2-CH(OH)-CH3,其相互可为相同或不同。
Description
本发明涉及在普通有机硅酸盐体系中用于有机硅酸盐灰浆和有机硅酸盐颜料的稳定剂。该体系含有硅酸盐作为粘合剂。
实践表明,在过去无论是灰浆或颜料中所含有的硅酸盐均会和灰浆或颜料中的其它成分进行反应。这会使得产品变稠和使其无法使用。为防止该作用,按照目前已知的技术是加入稳定剂。在市场上可获得的产品含有季铵化的胺化合物。该化合物由于生产方法的原因含有相当大量的有机溶剂。
如果将有机硅酸盐灰浆和有机硅酸盐颜料在室内加以应用,那么其一定会在涂膜后在室内形成刺激的可察觉放射状的涂层。该放射状的产生原因主要是在颜料组成中所含有的醛或有机挥发溶剂。
特别是室内所喜欢的颜色中不能含有溶剂。溶剂既可含于这类有机硅酸盐灰浆和有机硅酸盐颜料的总成分中,也可含于单一组成中,例如在稳定剂中。
该附于有机硅酸盐灰浆和有机硅酸盐颜料的稳定剂有可能成为刺激的VOC-超标的一主要的原因,因为在稳定剂的生产中通常存在有机溶剂,如丙二醇。“VOC”意思是在组成中含有“挥发性有机成分”或挥发的有机化合物如溶剂。
本发明任务是提供稳定剂,其特别是使用它所生产的有机硅酸盐灰浆和有机硅酸盐颜料,含有特别低的溶剂含量,或仅是微量的含量。该稳定剂首先当然是不会使得流变学,即颜料和灰浆成分的粘度变差的。
该任务将通过使用通式(I)的叔胺作为可用于室外或室内的有机硅酸盐灰浆和有机硅酸盐颜料的稳定剂来解决,

这里
R要么是(CH2)n,n=1-8,R1=-CH3;-CH2-CH3;-CH2-CH2-OH;-CH2-CH(OH)-CH3,其相互可为相同或不同或R=(CH2)n-X-(CH2)n,X=N-R1和R1=CH3;要么是CH2-CH3。
在通式(I)中优选的是系数n=2至6。按照本发明所使用的稳定剂含有有机的,挥发性的溶剂低于100ppm,优选的是低于50ppm。
作为通式(I)的化合物所涉及适合按照本发明的稳定剂为R=(CH2)n和R1=CH3-CH2-CH3特别是N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺,N,N,N′,N′-四甲基-1,3-丙二胺,N,N-二乙基-,N′,N′-二甲基1,3-丙二胺和N,N,N′,N′-四甲基-1,6-己二胺。
作为具有R=(CH2)n-X-(CH2)n,X=N-R1和R1=CH3;-CH2-CH3的这类化合物,值得一提的是N,N,N′,N″,N″-五甲基二乙基三胺和N,N,N′,N″,N″-五甲基二丙烯基三胺。
在通式(I)中所包括的化合物还有N,N,N′,N′-四-(2-羟丙基)-乙二胺特别合适和可被优选的采用。
通式(I)化合物的一种生产方法可采用US-2,697,118所列举的方法。另外优选的上述提及的该胺的代表N,N,N′,N′-四-(2-羟丙基)-乙二胺也可通过商业上从Fluka公司获得。该胺作为有机硅酸盐灰浆和有机硅酸盐颜料稳定剂的应用在该US专利中未被提及。
采用该化合物可将灰浆和颜料配方配方设计,其具有强的亲水性,在碱性水溶液中可溶和可长时间,以天或月计保持稳定。这里的术语稳定性本领域专业人员理解为粘度的稳定性,即较小的含有该稳定剂的成形物的稠度变化。
该按照通式(I)的稳定剂可在室外-和室内有机硅酸盐灰浆和有机硅酸盐颜料中加以使用。该稳定剂的特征是,其仅含有微量级的有机的,挥发性的溶剂,或完全不含这类溶剂。特别是按照本发明所应用的稳定剂仅含有少于100ppm,优选的少于50ppm的有机挥发性溶剂。
下面借助于含有按照本发明所应用的稳定剂的灰浆和颜料配方的例子,对本发明加以简述。

在所述的颜料配方中,按照本发明所应用的稳定剂,其粘度在28天后还保持稳定,即该稳定剂与商业上通常的季铵化的和含有大量VOC的配方设计相比保持较低的变化。该粘度值对该颜料的可应用性是有利的,即它们有利于涂抹和分布。
