发明领域
本发明涉及洗发剂组合物,更具体地涉及含有聚硅氧烷的乳化颗粒的洗发剂组合物,该组合物调理头发,使其更柔软和更易梳理。
背景和现有技术
在化妆品配方中使用聚硅氧烷作为调理剂是已知的,在专利文献中广泛描述。通常聚硅氧烷油的分散液滴悬浮在组合物中,它随后施用于头发以将聚硅氧烷物质沉积在毛干上。
聚硅氧烷洗发剂生产的典型方法在WO 92/10162中公开。一般地说,聚硅氧烷物质通常就地加热直接乳化到洗发剂中,其中加入聚硅氧烷的完全洗发剂混合物在高温下充分混合,泵送通过高剪切磨后冷却。聚硅氧烷可在第一加工阶段中与阴离子表面活性剂和脂肪醇一起分散形成预混合物。预混合物随后与洗发剂的其余物质混合,泵送通过高剪切磨,冷却得到最终组合物。
如WO 92/10162中所述,就地加热过程的缺点是在完全洗发剂生产操作中粘稠的聚硅氧烷油的工厂条件下加工是困难的。
其它的缺点是在生产过程中通常需要特殊的设备以控制聚硅氧烷颗粒尺寸。GB 2170216A公开了类似方法,其中加入不溶性的,非挥发的聚硅氧烷的完全洗发剂组合物用高剪切混合器混合直到聚硅氧烷颗粒的平均直径小于2微米。颗粒尺寸分布被认为是约2-约55微米。
为解决上述与聚硅氧烷就地加热处理有关的问题,建议了另一种作为预形成的含水乳状液加入聚硅氧烷的可替代方案。该方法导致聚硅氧烷能够以可预定的、可控制的颗粒尺寸分布加入。聚硅氧烷是不溶性的,在全配制的洗发剂组合物中保持乳化,因此,不需要高剪切加工全配制的洗发剂组合物中的聚硅氧烷的步骤。这也使得组合物的生产容易。
在调理洗发剂中加入不溶性的、非挥发的聚硅氧烷物质的典型方法在US 5085087中公开,其中该物质作为平均颗粒尺寸小于2微米的预形成的含水乳状液加入洗发剂组合物中。所有组分在简单的加热或冷却过程中混合,其中乳状液中的聚硅氧烷物质的平均颗粒尺寸在最终洗发剂组合物中保持相同。尺寸优选为0.01-1微米,例如0.4微米。
EPO529883A1公开了通过同等的方法制备的洗发剂组合物,其含有微米尺寸为0.15微米或更低,例如0.036微米的聚硅氧烷的微乳化颗粒。仍以该方式降低聚硅氧烷颗粒尺寸被认为改善稳定性、光学性质和调理性能。
采用这些小颗粒尺寸的聚硅氧烷配方所遇到的问题是调理性能对于许多人来说是不充分的,尤其在日本或东南亚地区,那里的消费者需要高程度的调理和头发的“沉重”感觉。
我们现发现在表面活性剂基的洗发剂组合物中小的颗粒尺寸的乳化聚硅氧烷的调理性能可通过在洗发剂组合物中包括氨基官能团的聚硅氧烷明显提高。
US 5198209(Amway Corp)和L’Oreal的EPO811371公开了含有洗涤表面活性剂和聚二甲基硅氧烷与三甲基甲硅烷基氨基聚二甲基硅氧烷的组合的调理洗发剂。所举例的组合物使用聚二甲基硅氧烷流体,例如DC200(60000cst)。聚二甲基硅氧烷流体作为非规定聚硅氧烷颗粒尺寸的纯聚硅氧烷油直接加入洗发剂中。
发明概述
本发明提供一种含水洗发剂组合物,除水之外,它还含有:ⅰ)至少一种表面活性剂,其选自阴离子、非离子、两性离子或两性表面活性剂或它们的混合物;ⅱ)一种氨基官能团的聚硅氧烷;和ⅲ)不溶性的、非氨基官能团的聚硅氧烷的乳化颗粒,其中在洗发剂组合物中乳化的非氨基官能团的聚硅氧烷的平均聚硅氧烷颗粒尺寸是小于2微米。发明的详细描述表面活性剂

我们发现在表面活性剂基的洗发剂组合物中小颗粒尺寸的乳化聚硅氧烷的调理性能可通过存在氨基官能团聚硅氧烷明显增加。
氨基官能团聚硅氧烷与非氨基官能团聚硅氧烷的重量比通常为1∶2或以下。氨基官能团聚硅氧烷与非氨基官能团聚硅氧烷的比率合适地为1∶2-1∶20,优选1∶3-1∶20,更优选1∶3-1∶8,最佳约1∶4。聚硅氧烷含量
加入本发明洗发剂组合物的聚硅氧烷的总量(氨基官能团和非氨基官能团)取决于所需调理的程度和所用的物质。优选的数量为按总组合物重量计0.01-约10%,虽然这些限制不是绝对的。下限由获得调理的最小含量决定,上限由避免使头发和/或皮肤不可接受地油腻的最大含量决定。

阳离子沉积聚合物是本发明的洗发剂组合物的优选组分,以提高洗发剂的调理性能。“沉积聚合物”是指在使用中提高洗发剂组合物的聚硅氧烷组分在预期位置,即头发和/或头皮沉积的试剂。
沉积聚合物可以是均聚物或由两种或多种类型的单体形成。聚合物的分子量通常在5000-10000000,典型地为至少10000,优选在100000-约2000000范围内。聚合物含有含阳离子氮的基团,例如季铵或质子化氨基或它们的混合物。
含阳离子氮的基团通常作为沉积聚合物的总单体单元部分上的取代基存在。因此,当聚合物不是均聚物时,它可含有间隔基非阳离子单体单元。该聚合物在CTFA Cosmetic Ingredient Directory,第3版中描述。选择阳离子与非阳离子单体单元的比率以得到具有所需范围的阳离子电荷密度的聚合物。
合适的阳离子沉积聚合物包括,例如具有阳离子胺或季铵官能团的乙烯基单体与水溶性间隔基单体,例如(甲基)丙烯酰胺、烷基和二烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯、乙烯基己内酯和乙烯基吡咯烷酮的共聚物。烷基和二烷基取代的单体优选含有C1-C7烷基,更优选C1-3烷基。其它合适的间隔基团包括乙烯基酯、乙烯基醇、马来酸酐、丙二醇和乙二醇。
阳离子胺可以是伯、仲或叔胺,取决于组合物的特定种类和pH。通常优选仲和叔胺,尤其是叔胺。
胺取代的乙烯基单体和胺可以胺形式聚合,随后经季铵化转化为铵。
阳离子沉积聚合物可含有由胺-和/或季铵取代的单体衍生的单体单元和/或相容间隔基团单体的混合物。
合适的阳离子沉积聚合物包括例如:-1-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷和1-乙烯基-3-甲基-咪唑啉鎓盐(例如氯化物盐)的共聚物,在工业中由Cosmetic,Toiletry,and FragranceAssociation(CTFA)称为Polyquaternium-16。该物质在商业上由BASF Wyandotte Corp(Parsippany,NJ,USA)以LUVIQUAT商品名(例如LUVIQUAT FC 370)获得。-1-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷和甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙基酯的共聚物,在工业中(CTFA)称为Polyquaternium-11。该物质在商业上由GafCorporation(Wayne,NJ,USA)以GAFQUAT商品名(例如GAFQUAT755N)获得。-含有阳离子二烯丙基季铵的聚合物,包括例如二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵均聚物和丙烯酰胺和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的共聚物,在工业上(CTFA)分别称为Polyquaternium 6和Polyquaternium 7;-含有3-5个碳原子的不饱和羧酸的均和共聚物的氨基烷基酯的无机酸盐(如US 4009256中描述);-阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(如WO 95/22311中描述)。
可以使用的其它阳离子沉积聚合物包括阳离子多糖聚合物,例如阳离子纤维素衍生物、阳离子淀粉衍生物和阳离子瓜耳胶衍生物。
适用于本发明组合物的阳离子多糖聚合物包括下式的那些物质:A-O-[R-N+(R1)(R2)(R3)X-]其中A是葡糖酐残基,例如淀粉或纤维素葡糖酐残基。R是亚烷基、氧基亚烷基、聚氧化烯或羟基亚烷基或它们的混合物。R1、R2和R3独立地表示烷基、芳基、烷芳基、芳烷基、烷氧基烷基或烷氧基芳基,每个基团含有最多到约18个碳原子。每个阳离子部分碳原子的总数(即R1、R2和R3中碳原子的总数)优选约20或以下,X是阴离子抗衡离子。
阳离子纤维素由Amerchol Corp(Edison,NJ,USA)以其PolymerJR(商标)和LR(商标)系列聚合物得到,作为羟基乙基纤维素与三甲基铵取代的环氧化物反应的盐,在工业上(CTFA)称为Polyquaternium10。另一类型的阳离子纤维素包括羟基乙基纤维素与月桂基二甲基铵取代的环氧化物反应的聚合季铵盐,在工业上(CTFA)称为Polyquaternium 24。这些物质由Amerchol Corp(Edison,NJ,USA)以商品名Polymer LM-200得到。
其它合适的阳离子多糖聚合物包括含有季铵化氮的纤维素醚(如US 3962418中描述)和醚化纤维素和淀粉的共聚物(如US 3958581中描述)。
可使用的尤其合适类型的阳离子多糖聚合物是阳离子瓜耳胶衍生物,例如氯化瓜耳胶羟基丙基三甲基铵(guarhydroxypropyltrimonium chloride)(商业上由Rhodia(以前为Rhone-Poulenc)以其JAGUAR商标系列获得)。
实例是JAGUAR C13S和JAGUAR CB289,它们具有低的阳离子基团取代程度和高粘度。JAGUAR C15,具有中等取代程度和低粘度;JAGUAR C17(高取代程度和高粘度);JAGUAR C16,它是羟基丙基化的阳离子瓜耳胶衍生物,含有低含量的取代基以及阳离子季铵基团;和JAGUAR 162,它是具有低取代程度的高透明、中等粘度的瓜耳胶。
阳离子沉积聚合物优选选自阳离子纤维素和阳离子瓜耳胶衍生物。尤其优选的沉积聚合物是JAGUAR C13S、JAGUAR CB289、JAGUARC15、JAGUAR C17、JAGUAR C16和JAGUAR C162。
阳离子沉积聚合物通常以按总组合物重量计0.001-5%,优选约0.01-1%,更优选约0.02%-约0.5%的含量存在。其它组分
本发明的洗发剂组合物还可含有按总组合物重量计0.1-5%的聚硅氧烷悬浮剂。实例是聚丙烯酸、丙烯酸的交联聚合物、丙烯酸与疏水单体的共聚物、含有羧酸的单体和丙烯酸酯的共聚物、丙烯酸和丙烯酸酯的交联共聚物、杂多糖胶和结晶长链酰基衍生物。长链酰基衍生物合适地选自乙二醇硬脂酸酯、含有16-22个碳原子的脂肪酸的链烷醇酰胺和它们的混合物。乙二醇二硬脂酸酯和聚乙二醇3二硬脂酸酯是优选的长链酰基衍生物。聚丙烯酸商业上作为Carbopol 420、Carbopol 488或Carbopol 493得到。还可以使用与多官能团试剂交联的丙烯酸聚合物,它们在商业上作为Carbopol 910、Carbopol934、Carbopol 940、Carbopol 941和Carbopol 980得到。含有羧酸的单体和丙烯酸酯的合适共聚物的实例是Carbopol 1342。所有Carbopol物质由Goodrich得到,Carbopol是商标。
丙烯酸和丙烯酸酯的合适交联聚合物是PemulenTR1或PemulenTR2。合适的杂多糖胶是黄原胶,例如作为Kelzan mu得到。
本发明的组合物可含有通常用于头发处理配方中的任何其它组分。这些其它组分可包括粘度调节剂、防腐剂、着色剂、多元醇,例如甘油和聚丙二醇、螯合剂,例如EDTA、抗氧化剂、香料和防晒剂。每种这些组分将以有效完成其用途的数量存在。通常包括含量分别为以按总组合物重量计最多到约5%的这些选择性组分。
本发明的组合物优选还含有适用于头发护理的辅助剂。通常包括含量为按总组合物重量计最多到2%,优选最多到1%的该组分。
其中合适的头发护理辅助剂是:(ⅰ)天然发根营养素,例如氨基酸和糖。合适的氨基酸的实例包括精氨酸、半胱氨酸、谷氨酰胺、谷氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、蛋氨酸、丝氨酸和缬氨酸,和/或它们的前体和衍生物。氨基酸可单独,或以混合物或以肽形式,例如二肽和三肽加入。氨基酸还可以蛋白质水解产物,例如角蛋白或胶原蛋白水解产物的形式加入。合适的糖包括葡萄糖、右旋糖和果糖。它们可以单独或以例如水果提取物的形式加入。包括在本发明组合物中的天然发根营养素的尤其优选的组合是异亮氨酸和葡萄糖。尤其优选的氨基酸营养素是精氨酸。(ⅱ)头发纤维有益试剂。实例是:-神经酰胺,用于湿润纤维和保持表皮完整。神经酰胺由天然来源提取得到,或作为合成神经酰胺和假神经酰胺得到。优选的神经酰胺是Ceramide II,由Quest得到。神经酰胺的混合物也是合适的,例如Ceramide LS,由Laboratoires Serobiologiques获得。

Claims (8)

1.一种含水洗发剂组合物,除水之外,它还含有:
ⅰ)至少一种表面活性剂,其选自阴离子、非离子、两性离子或两性表面活性剂或它们的混合物;
ⅱ)一种氨基官能团的聚硅氧烷;和
ⅲ)不溶性的、非氨基官能团的聚硅氧烷的乳化颗粒,其中在洗发剂组合物中乳化的非氨基官能团的聚硅氧烷的平均聚硅氧烷颗粒尺寸是小于2微米。
2.根据权利要求1的洗发剂组合物,其中乳化的非氨基官能团聚硅氧烷在洗发剂组合物具有0.01-1微米的平均聚硅氧烷颗粒尺寸。
3.根据权利要求1或2的洗发剂组合物,其中氨基官能团聚硅氧烷(ⅱ)与非氨基官能团聚硅氧烷(ⅲ)的重量比是1∶2或以下。
4.根据上述任一权利要求的洗发剂组合物,其中氨基官能团聚硅氧烷具有约0.1-约8.0mol%,优选约0.1-约5.0mol%,最优选约0.1-约2.0mol%的mol%胺官能度。
5.根据上述任一权利要求的洗发剂组合物,其中氨基官能团聚硅氧烷是氨基官能团聚硅氧烷油与非离子和/或阳离子表面活性剂的乳状液形式,其中洗发剂组合物中氨基官能团聚硅氧烷的平均颗粒尺寸为小于2微米。
6.根据上述任一权利要求的洗发剂组合物,其中乳化的非氨基官能团聚硅氧烷具有至少500000cst的粘度(聚硅氧烷本身的粘度)。
7.根据上述任一权利要求的洗发剂组合物,其中聚硅氧烷的总量按总洗发剂组合物重量计为0.3-5%,优选0.5-3%。
8.根据上述任一权利要求的洗发剂组合物,其还含有按总洗发剂组合物重量计0.001-5%的阳离子沉积聚合物,其选自阳离子纤维素和阳离子瓜耳胶衍生物。
