Abstract

本发明为磁性保健强化木地板,其结构由耐磨层(1),装饰层(2),基材层(3),平衡层(4),以及在平衡层(4)的底部组装磁性片材(5)所构成。该地板表面的磁感应强度为1~20Gs,磁性片材的组成为:A:磁性粉体100,B:聚合物5~30,C:助剂0.1~5。制造方法为:(1)将耐磨层(1),装饰层(2),基材层(3)和平衡层(4)经热压成型为复合体,再经裁锯、四面刨铣而制成普通强化木地板;(2)选用合适的胶粘剂将磁性片材(5)粘贴在平衡层(4)的底部。可改善地磁削弱的室内环境,并且通过该附加磁场对人体足部穴位的作用来实现调节血脂代谢、改善微循环的保健功能,另外还可以隔音降噪,起到静化环境的作用。

磁性保健强化木地板
技术领域:
本发明与室内地面装饰装修材料有关,尤其与具有保健功能的铺设地面用强化木地板有关。
技术背景:
室内装饰装修材料是构成人居环境最重要的因素之一。近年来,以中、高密度纤维板或特殊形态的刨花板为芯材(3),表面胶贴三氧化二铝耐磨层(1)和三聚氰胺装饰浸渍纸(2)、背面胶贴平衡纸(4),经层压复合而制成的木质地板(俗称强化木地板,图1),以其突出的表面耐磨、耐灼烧、自然木材纹理装饰效果好、易清洁、抗冲击等性能而成为市场主流,广泛用于公共建筑和居民住宅的室内地面高级装饰装修材料。
强化木地板虽能起到美化室内环境的作用,但其功能单一,甚至在使用过程中会释放出有机气体(甲醛),危害人体健康。在以人为主体的生命与其环境相互协调的可持续发展已成为主流的今天,人们对装饰装修后室内环境质量的要求也不断提高,不仅要求美化环境、安全可靠,而且要有益于健康,甚至起到保健的作用。
由于地球外核导电性流体的运动而产生了地磁场,并以地球南北两极附近为中心,不断发出强大的磁力,使得地面磁场强度达到0.35~0.7高斯。各种生物为适应地球环境,进行优胜劣汰的竞争,因此地磁场的广泛存在必然会影响生物的进化与存在。
现代研究发现,生命体中(包括人的大脑)存在着由生物体组织内部自己合成的磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒,维持人体生命活动的主要器官,如大脑、心脏、肺等,都会发生微弱的磁场,既人类在长期的生命进化中已形成了自身的生物磁场。因此,人体自身、环境(主要是地磁)的磁性特征及其变化,将对人体健康产生重要影响。由此可见,像阳光、空气和水一样,人的健康离不开地磁场。然而,尽管人类长期生活在地球这个大磁场生物圈内,但由于地磁场看不见、摸不着、嗅不到,因此不易为人们所关注。
然而,在高层建筑的室内,由于建筑物中的钢筋、各种管网等导磁物质的作用,使得室内的自然地磁场受到屏蔽,磁场强度减少40~50%,破坏了人类长期适应的地磁环境。因此,长期居住或工作在高层室内的人容易患“磁饥饿症”,临床表现为顽固性头痛、失眠、乏力及关节疼痛等。
我国是发现磁现象和应用磁性材料最早的国家,古代四大发明之一的指南针就是典型例证,应用磁石治病也已有两干多年的历史。现代生物磁学研究表明,外加磁场和环境磁场都会对生物产生影响,既所谓的磁场生物效应,这种效应与磁场的强度、均匀度和频率有关,也与生物的种类和受磁场作用的部位与时间等有关。
在本发明之前,国内外市场上销售的强化木地板都不具备磁性保健的功能。
发明的内容:
本发明的目的在于开发一种具有附加磁场的强化木地板,以便克服现有室内地面铺设地板的不足,改善地磁削弱的室内环境,并且通过附加磁场对人体足部穴位的作用来实现调节血脂代谢、改善微循环的保健功能,另外还可以隔音降噪,起到静化环境的作用。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明磁性保健强化木地板由耐磨层1,装饰层2,基材层3和磁性片材5依次连接所构成(图2、图3)。
本发明地板表面的磁感应强度为1~20Gs。
本发明地板在磁性片材5的上面连接有平衡层4。
本发明片材5是由下述组分和重量份的原料制成:
A:磁性粉体       100
B:聚合物         5~30
C:助剂           0.1~5其中,磁性粉体为铁氧体类或Nd-Fe-B类永磁磁粉,聚合物为橡胶、热塑性和热固性高分子树脂中的一种或多种共混物,助剂为偶联剂、固化剂、固化促进剂、交联剂、增塑剂、防老剂、润滑剂、稳定剂中的一种或多种。
本发明按上述配方加工成型的磁性片材的充磁方式可以是按照S-N-S-N排列的单面多极充磁方式(图4),也可以是按照S-N排列的双面充磁方式(图5)。
本发明磁性保健强化木地板的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将耐磨层1,装饰层2和基材层3或将耐磨层1,装饰层2,基材层3和平衡层4经热压成型为复合体,再经裁锯、四面刨铣而制成地板坯板;
(2)选用合适的胶粘剂将磁性片材5粘贴在基材层3或平衡层4的底部。
本发明还包括如下最先实施的步骤:
(1)采用三聚氰胺—甲醛浸渍树脂分别对耐磨层1,装饰层2和平衡层4进行浸渍处理;
(2)将磁性材料的各组分混炼均匀,经粉碎或造粒后成型加工为片材,再经充磁机充磁。然后再实施上述制造方法的步骤(1)或步骤(2)。
本发明磁性保健强化木地板是在普通强化木地板的结构中组装具有一定磁场强度和磁场方向的磁性材料层,以提供合适的附加磁场来改善地磁削弱的室内环境,使人们在生活与工作中自然地享受到磁疗保健的作用。
新陈代谢是生命活动的基础,正常人或动物的血浆中脂质浓度必须保持相对衡定,既血脂代谢要保持平衡。酶是一种特殊的蛋白质,是体内物质代谢的催化剂,体内的生物化学反应都是在酶的催化作用下进行的。
在设定的附加磁场作用下,可能会提高7α-羟化酶的活性(胆固醇分解的限速酶),从而使得机体自身分解胆固醇的能力提高。因此,当从食物过度摄入胆固醇时,在设定的附加磁场作用下,机体更易分解和排泄胆固醇,在一定时间内恢复相对平衡状态,保持正常的血脂水平,起到调节血脂代谢的保健作用。
血液循环的主要任务是运输各种物质和代谢产物,使新陈代谢能够正常进行。血液微循环是指微动脉和微静脉之间的血液循环,一旦微循环功能发生障碍,将会引起生理功能失调,导致各种疾病(如高脂血症,尤其是动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、脑血管病)的发生。
血脂升高是导致微循环障碍的重要原因。这是因为,当血脂水平升高时,胆固醇酯大量堆积直至充满整个血细胞,这种细胞称为泡沫细胞,它容易沉积在动脉内壁,使得动脉变狭窄,内壁粗糙,加重了血液流动的阻力,从而导致血流速度减慢,微循环血流不畅,血液在毛细血管中易发生淤滞,甚至堵塞,引起微循环障碍。
委托四川省天然药物研究所(国家药品食品监督局GLP认证单位)和四川大学华西公共卫生学院分析测试中心(国家卫生部指定保健食品检测机构、CMA计量认证单位)进行的功能性动物实验结果显示:本发明的磁性保健强化木地板组大鼠血液中的胆固醇(TC)含量明显低于普通强化木地板对照组(P<0.01,图6);本发明的磁性保健强化木地板组大鼠血液中的甘油三酯(TG)含量明显低于普通强化木地板对照组(P<0.05,图7),说明本发明的磁性保健强化木地板能够明显抑制实验大鼠血脂(胆固醇和甘油三酯)的升高,从而提示本发明的磁性保健强化木地板具有调节血脂代谢,改善微循环的保健功能,对由微循环障碍引起的各种高脂血症和心血管疾病有积极的预防作用。
中医学认为,经脉和络脉总称为经络,是人体气血运行的通路,内属于脏腑,外布于全身,将各部组织、器官联结成一个有机整体,使各部功能活动得以正常进行。脚是人体的第二心脏,对人的健康非常重要。人体十二经脉中,足阳明胃经、足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经和足太阴肺经、足厥阴肝经、足少阴肾经均起止于足部,它们可以直接或间接地支配全身脏腑和各个器官的生理作用。
现代生物磁学证明,人体穴位是人体磁场的敏感点,丹田区是人体磁场中心,经络则是电磁传导的通道。在相应的穴位上给予一定的磁场作用,即可通过经络的传递而使机体发生变化,从而达到促进健康(保健)或治疗的目的。
本发明的磁性保健强化木地板正是利用足部穴位磁疗法原理,通过设定的附加磁场对人体足部穴位的作用而达到保健目的的(图8)。
常见的穿皮鞋(高跟鞋)行走、跑跳等所产生的地板撞击声(属固体声)是最主要的室内噪声,在地板结构中传播时衰减小,一般较难隔绝。委托清华大学建筑物理环境检测中心对穿皮鞋(高跟鞋)行走在地板上所产生的脚步声进行了测定。结果表明(图9):本发明的磁性保健强化木地板与普通强化木地板相比,人穿普通皮鞋行走的脚步声降低了4dB,相当于减少了60%的噪声能量;人穿高跟皮鞋行走的脚步声降低了2dB,相当于减少了37%的噪声能量。从声学生理学的角度来看,当环境噪声降低≥2dB,人耳能够明显听觉到环境噪声的降低。因此,本发明的磁性保健强化木地板具有明显的降噪静音效果,有益人体健康。
国内外相关标准提出的人体暴露恒定磁场安全限量值:全身长时间暴露为10mT,肢体长时间暴露为100mT。本发明的磁性保健强化木地板表面的恒磁场感应强度<2mT,因此是安全可靠的。
此外,麦克斯韦电磁场理论表明,电磁场随时间变化时能产生波。由于恒磁场的磁场强度不会随时间而改变(dH/dt=0),所以本发明的磁性保健强化木地板所附加的稳恒磁场不会对手机、电视等造成电磁波的干扰。
综上所述,本发明针对室内地面铺设地板尤其是强化木地板的不足,将具有一定磁场强度和磁场方向的磁性片材复合或组装到强化木地板底部,在不影响现有强化木地板表面性能(即不影响自然木材纹理装饰性、耐磨性、耐灼烧性)及综合物理化学性能的基础上,赋予普通强化木地板表面具有一定的、对人体和室内环境安全的磁感应强度,以改善地磁削弱的室内环境,并且通过该附加磁场对人体足部穴位的作用来实现调节血脂代谢、改善微循环的保健功能。另外,所组装的磁性片材还可以隔音降噪,起到静化环境的作用(声学性能优于市场上流行的背面粘贴泡沫或软木类的静音强化木地板)。

具体实施方式:
下面通过实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的对照例为普通强化木地板,按图1结构组成,先采用三聚氰胺—甲醛浸渍树脂分别对耐磨层1,装饰层2和平衡层4进行浸渍处理,然后经热压成型为复合体,再经裁锯、四面刨铣而制成。本发明的磁性保健强化木地板实施例按图2结构组成,选用合适的胶粘剂将磁性片材5粘贴在平衡层4的底部而制成。本发明对地板的尺寸,所使用的胶粘剂无特殊限制。实施例所采用的磁性片材是按下列配方将各组分混炼均匀,经粉碎或造粒后成型加工为片材,再经充磁机充磁而制成的,其性能参数如下:
按上述方法所制造的地板性能如下:

参照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》,将实验大鼠分为对照例组和实施例组,每组10~15只。实施例组大鼠在本发明的磁性保健强化木地板上饲养,灌服由胆固醇、胆酸、丙基硫氧嘧啶和油脂配成的高脂饲料(每天一次,每次用量1ml/100g大鼠体重),而对照例组大鼠则在无附加磁场的普通强化木地板上饲养,灌服与实施例组同样的高脂饲料。约20天后,大鼠用乙醚麻醉,腹主动脉取血4ml,其中3ml经肝素钠抗凝用于测定全血粘度和血浆粘度,1ml经3000转/min离心,取血清测定TG、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C的含量,并计算HDL-C和LDL-C占总胆固醇的比例(HDL-C/TC、LDL-C/TC)。对结果进行t检验。
经动物实验,对本发明实施例与对照例的磁场生物学效应评价结果如下:

Claims (4)

1、磁性保健强化木地板,其特征在于由耐磨层(1),装饰层(2),基材层(3)和磁性片材(5)依次连接所构成,地板表面的磁感应强度为1~20Gs,且具有抑制血脂升高的保健功能。
2、根据权利要求1所述的地板,其特征在于在磁性片材(5)的上面连接有平衡层(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的地板,其特征在于片材(5)是由下述组分和重量份的原料制成:
A:磁性粉体          100
B:聚合物            5~30
C:助剂              0.1~5
其中,磁性粉体为铁氧体类或Nd-Fe-B类永磁磁粉,聚合物为橡胶、热塑性和热固性高分子树脂中的一种或多种共混物,助剂为偶联剂、固化剂、固化促进剂、交联剂、增塑剂、防老剂、润滑剂、稳定剂中的一种或多种。
4、根据权利要求1所述的地板,其特征在于成型的磁性片材的充磁方式可以是按照S-N-S-N排列的单面多极充磁方式,也可以是按照S-N排列的双面充磁方式。
