技术领域
本发明涉及组合板以及制造该种组合板的方法。更具体地说,本发明涉及例如汽车内饰(trim)之类的组合板,它包括两块设置为形成一重叠部分并在重叠部分相互连接的基板;以及涉及制造该种组合板的方法。
背景技术
例如,在日本公开专利公报号11-208271中揭示了一种用来制造组合板的方法,其中以汽车内饰作为组合板的例子。在已知技术中,汽车内饰包括用合成树脂制成的第一和第二内饰基板。第一(下)内饰基板包括一个从其内表面上伸出的一体形成的凸部或短销。另一方面,第二(上)内饰基板形成有一个适于在第一和第二内饰基板部分重叠时接受短销的开孔。这样构造的第一和第二内饰基板布置为形成一个重叠部分,并且第一内饰基板的短销插入到第二内饰基板的开孔中。之后,从第二内饰基板的内侧对短销进行加热以熔化它的凸出端,从而在重叠部分中形成一嵌实结合部分。结果,这些内饰基板就在重叠部分中相互连接,从而制成汽车内饰。

发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进的制造组合板的方法。
例如,在本发明的一个方面,所揭示的组合板包括一块第一板基底,该第一板基底包括木基天然材料和合成树脂材料;一块带有形成于其中的一通孔的第二板基底,该第二板基底包括木基天然材料和合成树脂材料;以及一个容纳在第二板基底的通孔中的、包括合成树脂材料的连接短销。在这些组合板中,第一和第二板基底可以重叠成第一板基底的一第一表面覆盖第二板基底的通孔。此外,连接短销可以熔接到通孔的一圆周表面和第一板基底的第一表面上。
在这些组合板中,由于连接短销可以熔接到通孔的圆周表面和第一板基底的第一表面上,所以连接部分的连接力相对较强。此外,连接部分不会在连接部分上产生松脱。结果板基底就能如所要求地或适合地相互连接。

可选择地,连接短销可以在熔接到通孔的圆周表面和第一板基底的第一表面上的同时,熔接到围绕通孔的第二板基底的第一表面上。较佳地是,模塑材料可以包括与第一和第二板基底所含的合成树脂相同的合成树脂。
在模塑材料的进给步骤中,一个注塑模的连接短销形成凹进部可以与通孔配合,从而在其间形成一个连接短销形成凹腔。之后,可以将模塑材料进给到连接短销形成凹腔中,以在连接短销形成凹腔中形成连接短销。可选择地,连接短销可包括一个头部,并且头部可以熔接到围绕通孔的第二板基底的第一表面上。
在另一个可选择的实施例中,模塑材料可以在一个距离第一板基底的第一表面比距离第二板基底的内表面更近的位置处进给入通孔。因此,连接短销可以牢固地粘结到第一板基底的第一表面上。
现在将参照图1至5对本发明的两个典型的具体实施例进行更为详细描述。一块车门内饰1(图1)将作为一个可用这里所揭示的方法来制备的典型组合板的例子。
第一个典型的具体实施例
现将参照图1至3对第一个典型的具体实施例进行描述。如图1所示,典型的车门内饰1可包括一块第一(下)板形内饰基板10和一块第二(上)板形内饰基板12。各块这些基板10、12较佳地是用包含例如洋麻纤维之类的木基天然纤维和例如聚丙烯(PP)纤维之类的合成树脂纤维的复合材料制成。此外,有关适合的复合材料方面的揭示内容可在WO 02/26877A2和WO 02/27091A2中找到,它们结合于此,以供参考。第一内饰基板10具有一第一或内表面10b和一第二或外表面10a。同样地,第二内饰基板12具有一第一或内表面12b和一第二或外表面12a。通常,第一和第二内饰基板10、12的外表面10a、12a可以形成车门内饰1的一个装饰表面。第一和第二内饰基板10、12部分重叠,从而在其间形成一个重叠部分R。此外,这些内饰基板10、12正确地定位,以使第一内饰基板10的内表面10b与第二内饰基板12的外表面12a部分接触。这些内饰基板10、12在重叠部分R中通过一种利用一注射成型机(未图示)的特殊连接方法连接,下文将描述该方法。

可用已知的注射成型机来连接内饰基板10、12,并且较佳地是它包括一个筒60和一个注塑模20。筒60中包含熔融的模塑材料或者合成树脂材料(例如聚丙烯),并且它包括一个用来注射模塑材料的内注射柱塞(未图示)。一个弄圆的注射端头62设置在筒60的末端处。注塑模20的上表面包括一个筒连接凹进部22,并且在其下表面上形成有一个连接短销形成凹进部26。如最好地在图2中所示,筒连接凹进部22成形为紧密地接受筒60的末端以及注射端头62。亦即,筒连接凹进部22的形状与筒60以及注射端头62互补。筒连接凹进部22与连接短销形成凹进部26通过一进给通道24连通。此外,注塑模20有多个通孔23。注塑模20利用通孔23和连接螺栓(未图示)安装到注射成型机上,筒60的末端与筒连接凹进部22相连。
现将对使用该注射成型机来制造车门内饰1的典型方法进行描述。
首先,第二内饰基板12沿着其周边形成有所要数量的通孔14(为了说明的目的示出诸通孔14中的一个)。较佳地是,通孔14的直径比在注塑模20中形成的连接短销形成凹进部26的直径小。之后,第一内饰基板10放置在第二内饰基板12上,从而在其间形成重叠部分R。此时,这些内饰基板10、12正确地定位成第一内饰基板10的内表面10b覆盖或封住第二内饰基板12的通孔14。接着,将重叠着的内饰基板10、12置于注射成型机的下方以使第二内饰基板12的通孔14与注塑模20的连接短销形成凹进部26对齐。接着,注射成型机向重叠区域R移动,以使注塑模20的下表面与第二内饰基板12的内表面12b接触。结果,连接短销形成凹进部26与通孔14接合。这样,可由注塑模20的连接短销形成凹进部26、第二内饰基板12的内表面12b、通孔14的一圆周表面以及第一内饰基板10的内表面10b形成一个连接短销形成凹腔。如人们会理解的,连接短销形成凹腔较佳地可为T形横截面。
接着,致动注射成型机以操作筒60中的注射柱塞,以从注射端头62喷射出模塑材料。结果,喷射出的模塑材料通过进给通道24进给到连接短销形成凹腔中。如会认识到的,模塑材料可较佳地连续注射到连接短销形成凹腔中直至连接短销形成凹腔完全充满模塑材料。然后进给到连接短销形成凹腔中的模塑材料冷却并凝固,从而形成一个带有头部的连接短销40,它包括一个带凸缘的头部44和一个杆部42。这样,第一和第二内饰基板10、12就通过在重叠部分R中的连接短销40相互连接,从而形成车门内饰1。
如图2和3所示,连接短销40的头部44有一个环形的下表面,该下表面熔接到第二内饰基板12的内表面12b上。此外,连接短销40的杆部42有一个圆柱形的侧表面和一个圆形的下端面,这些表面分别熔接到通孔14的圆周表面和第一内饰基板10的内表面10b。因此,连接短销40有效地熔接或粘附到第一和第二内饰基板10、12。此外,由于进给到连接短销形成凹腔中的熔融模塑材料可以与内饰基板10、12中所含的合成树脂(PP)熔接,所以连接短销40能与内饰基板10、12紧密地连成一体。因此,第一和第二内饰基板10、12能可靠或适合地在重叠区域R中相互连接。
由于模塑材料(PP)比通常的粘合剂便宜,故本方法可以显著地降低制造车门内饰1的成本。此外,在另一方面,由于模塑材料能在短时间中快速凝固,通常地约为12-20秒,所以形成车门内饰1无需劳动密集和耗时的工作。另一方面,粘合剂一般需要相对较长的时间来固定,通常地为24小时。
第二个典型的具体实施例
现将参照图4和5对第二个典型的具体实施例进行描述。由于第二实施例与第一实施例相关,所以仅将详细说明与第一实施例不同的结构和部分。与第一实施例中相同的部分将由相同的参考标号来标识,并略去了对这样的部分的详细描述。
在本实施例中,用来连接内饰基板10、12的的注射成型机包括一个筒61和一个注塑模30。一个伸出的弄圆的注射端头64设置在筒61的末端处。注塑模30的上表面包括一个有肩部的筒连接凹进部32,并且注塑模30的下表面包括一个连接短销形成凹进部36。如图4中所示,筒连接凹进部32成形为紧密地接受筒61的末端以及注射端头64。此外,连接短销形成凹进部36包括一个从其底壁上伸出的中心圆柱形凸部35。结果,与第一实施例的连接短销形成凹进部26不同,连接短销形成凹进部36可以是环形的。此外,如图4所示,筒连接凹进部32延伸到位于凹进部36中的凸部35中。筒连接凹进部32通过一个进给通道34与连接短销形成凹进部36连通。如人们会理解的,与第一实施例不同,进给通道34大致位于一个包括注塑模30的下表面的假想平面内。较佳地是,恰当地定位进给通道34,以使当注塑模30的下表面在重叠部分R处与第二内饰基板12的内表面12b接触时,进给通道34与第一内饰基板10的内表面10b之间的最小距离小于进给通道34与第二内饰基板12的内表面12b之间的最小距离。
现将对使用该注射成型机来制造车门内饰1的典型方法进行描述。
与第一实施例相似,第一内饰基板10放置在第二内饰基板12上,从而在其间形成重叠部分R。接着,将重叠着的内饰基板10、12置于注射成型机的下方以使第二内饰基板12的通孔14与注塑模30的连接短销形成凹进部36对齐。接着,移动注射成型机,以使注塑模30的下表面与第二内饰基板12的内表面12b接触。这样,可由注塑模30的连接短销形成凹进部36、凸部35、第二内饰基板12的通孔14及第一内饰基板10的内表面10b形成一个连接短销形成凹腔。如人们会理解的,连接短销形成凹腔较佳地可为T形横截面。
接着,与第一实施例相似,致动注射成型机以操作筒61中的注射柱塞,以从注射端头64喷射出模塑材料。结果,喷射出的模塑材料通过进给通道34进给到连接短销形成凹腔中。然后进给到连接短销形成凹腔中的模塑材料冷却并凝固,从而形成一个带有头部的连接短销50,它包括一个带环形的头部54和一个中空的杆部52。与第一实施例不同,连接短销50包括一个由凸部35形成的有底的凹进部56。这样,第一和第二内饰基板10、12就通过连接短销50在重叠部分R中相互连接,从而形成车门内饰1。
与第一实施例相似,连接短销50有效地粘合或粘附到第一和第二内饰基板10、12。因此,第一和第二内饰基板10、12能可靠地或适合地在重叠部分R中相互连接。此外,如图4和5所示,根据本实施例,由于进给通道34如上面所述地布置,所以模塑材料注射在一个距离第一内饰基板10的内表面10b比距离第二内饰基板12的内表面12b更近的位置上。因此,模塑材料在高压力下供向第一内饰基板10的内表面10b。结果,连接短销50就可以牢固地粘合或粘附到第一内饰基板10的内表面10b上。这样第一和第二内饰基板10、12就能相互连接得更为牢固。

Claims (11)

1.一种组合板,它包括:
一块第一板基底(10),该第一板基底包括木基天然材料和合成树脂材料;
一块带有形成于其中的一通孔(14)的第二板基底(12),该第二板基底包括木基天然材料和合成树脂材料;以及
一个容纳在第二板基底(12)的通孔(14)中的、包括合成树脂材料的连接短销(40、50),
其中,第一板基底与第二板基底重叠成第一板基底(10)的一第一表面(10b)覆盖第二板基底(12)的通孔(14),以及连接短销熔接到通孔(14)的一圆周表面和第一板基底(10)的第一表面(10b)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合板,其特征在于,连接短销(40、50)包括一个带有一头部(44、54)的连接短销,并且头部在通孔(14)的周围熔接到第二板基底(12)的一第一表面(12b)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的组合板,其特征在于,所述连接短销(50)包括一个有底的凹进部(56),该有底的凹进部在所述头部(54)敞开。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的组合板,其特征在于,木基天然材料包括洋麻,合成树脂材料包括聚丙烯。
5.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的组合板,其特征在于,连接短销用与第一和第二板基底中所包含的合成树脂材料相同的合成树脂材料制成。
6.一种制造包括第一和第二板基底(10、12)的组合板的方法,所述第一和第二板基底各自包括木基天然材料和合成树脂材料,所述方法包括:
将第一和第二板基底重叠成第一板基底(10)的一第一表面(10b)覆盖形成在第二板基底中的一通孔;和
将一种包含合成树脂材料的模塑材料进给入第二板基底的通孔中,从而在通孔中形成一个连接短销(40、50),并且使连接短销熔接到通孔的一圆周表面和第一板基底的第一表面上。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在模塑材料进给和连接短销熔接步骤中,连接短销在通孔(14)的周围熔接到第二板基底(12)的一第一表面(12b)上。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,模塑材料在一个距离第一板基底(10)的第一表面(10b)比距离第二板基底(12)的第一表面(12b)更近的位置处进给到通孔中。
9.如权利要求6-8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,模塑材料以及第一和第二板基底(10、12)各自包括相同的合成树脂。
10.如权利要求6-8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,模塑材料进给和连接短销熔接步骤包括将一注塑模(20、30)的一连接短销形成凹进部(26、36)与通孔(14)接合,从而在其间形成一个连接短销形成凹腔,并将模塑材料进给到连接短销形成凹腔中。
11.如权利要求6-8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,连接短销(40、50)具有一头部(44、54),并且还包括在通孔(14)的周围将连接短销的头部熔接到第二板基底(12)的一第一表面(12b)上。
