背景技术
一种公知的气囊中设有多个可充气区或可充气室,气体从一气体发生器供应给这些可充气区或可充气室。这种气囊的一个例子是所谓的可装在车门开口上方车顶中的“可充气帘幕”,发生事故时,该“可充气帘幕”展开在车门中形成的窗开口旁,从而在车辆乘员与车辆一侧之间形成一保护帘幕。这种可充气帘幕在车辆发生侧面碰撞或翻滚时保护乘员免遭伤害。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的气囊。
按照本发明,提供一种包括织造供气管的气囊,该供气管与气体发生器连接并且其上有孔,这些孔的位置设置成把供气管中的气流引导到待充气气囊各区中,其中,这些孔呈长方形,孔的边与构成供气管的经纱和纬纱对齐。
最好是,经纱和纬纱与供气管的轴线对齐和横交,孔的边与供气管轴线平行和横交。
经纱和纬纱也可与供气管的轴线成45°角,孔的边也与供气管轴线成45°角。
气囊最好有多个待充气的区,气囊在其一边上有把气囊固定到车顶一部分上的固定装置,气囊做成可充气帘幕形式。
本发明还涉及上述气囊的一种制作方法,该方法包括使用激光切割工艺形成所述孔。

具体实施方式
图1示出用作所谓的可充气帘幕的气囊1。气囊1的顶边2上有多个与车顶线中的多个安装点连接的安装凸耳3。这些安装点不在同一直线上,而是一般跟着车顶线走,包括设置在“A”柱或“C”柱上的安装点。
该气囊上有可与另一安装点连接的突条4。
该气囊内部有一供气管5,供气管的一端与气体发生器连接。供气管5长度方向上在预定相间距点上有出气孔6。这些出气孔6与气囊的多个独立可充气区7、8、9连通。可充气区9中有线缝10,该线缝横向把区9分成多个大致平行的室。这种气囊是公知的。
图2为图1气囊1的局部放大图,可以看到,织物供气管5上有多个不是圆形而是长方形的孔6。应该指出,在本说明书中“长方形”指有4个直角的4边形,包括正方形。
从图3可看得很清楚,形成在供气管5中的孔6的方向使得长方形孔6的边11和12与供气管5的经纱和纬纱对齐。孔6可以用激光切割工艺切割而成。我们发现,其边与经纱和纬纱对齐的这种长方形孔在气囊展开时造成的绽裂量最小。使用激光切割工艺有助于“热封”纤维。
从图3可见,织物的经纱和纬纱与供气管5的轴线对齐和横交。供气管5也可织造成经纱和纬纱与供气管轴线成45°角,从而供气管成为一“编织”管。此时,供气管中可以设置一孔15,如图4所示,孔15仍呈长方形,其边16、17与经纱和纬纱18、19对齐。因此,该孔可看作呈“菱”形,但该孔仍是长方形。
在本说明书中,“包括”指“包括或由…构成”。
Claims (5)
1、一种包括织造供气管的气囊,该供气管与一气体发生器连接并且其上有孔,这些孔的位置设置成把供气管中的气流引导到待充气气囊各区中,其中,这些孔呈长方形,孔的边与构成供气管的经纱和纬纱对齐。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种气囊,其特征在于,经纱和纬纱与供气管的轴线对齐和横交,孔的边与供气管轴线平行和横交。
3、按权利要求1所述的一种气囊,其特征在于,经纱和纬纱与供气管的轴线成45°角,孔的边也与供气管轴线成45°角。
4、按权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种气囊,其特征在于,该气囊有多个独立的待充气区,气囊在其一边上有把气囊固定到车顶一部分上的固定装置,气囊做成可充气帘幕形式。
5、按权利要求1-3中任一项所述的气囊的一种制作方法,该方法包括使用激光切割工艺形成所述孔的步骤。
