Abstract
一种木材染色的新工艺,首先将颜料用100℃的水溶解调均,再加水将其调到所需要的颜色后放入反应罐内,将木材放入反应罐内进行浸泡处理1—5小时,打压到1—3MPa,保压1—2小时即完成了整个工艺过程,这种新工艺过程简单,成本低,加工时间短,染色均匀,永不退色,可对各种木材进行着色。
Description
本发明涉及一种木材染色的新工艺。
目前木材着色的方法主要是刷色，存在的缺点主要是工艺过程复杂，操作者劳动强度大，着色效果不好，导致木制品的档次不高。
本发明的任务是：克服现有技术的不足，提出一种木材染色的新工艺。
本发明的任务是以如下方式实现的：首先将颜料用100℃的水溶解调均，然后再加水将其调到所需要的颜色，将其放入反应罐内，之后将木材放入反应罐内进行浸泡处理1-5小时后进行打压到1-3MPa，保压1-2小时即完成整个工艺过程。
采用本发明的工艺进行木材染色、颜色浸入木材之中，木材整体都着色，着色效果好，经染色的木材色彩、花纹与天然的相同，同时还具有工艺简单，成本低，加工时间短，可适用于各种木材进行着色的优点。
图1为本发明的工艺过程图。
本发明的一个最佳实施例，如图，首先将颜料用100℃的水溶解调均，然后再加水调到你所需要的颜色放入反应罐内，再将木材放入反应罐内进行浸泡处理1-5小时后进行打压到1-3MPa，保压1-2小时整个过程完成。

1、一种木材染色的新工艺，其特征在于：a、将颜料用100℃的水溶解调均；b、再加水将其调到你需要的颜色后放入反应罐内；c、将木材放入反应罐内进行浸泡处理1-5小时；d、打压到1-3MPa，保压1-2小时。
