Abstract

Description

带直线振动驱动装置的手工工具
具有气动的直线振动驱动装置的手工工具是已知的。它们用于工件的锯、磨、抛光、锉平和切割。振动驱动装置包括一个可移动地装在把手内带活塞杆的活塞,在活塞杆的自由端固定工具卡头。活塞通过颤动阀驱动,它将一个筒腔轮流地与通过手操纵分配阀供入的进气压力和与排气通道连通。
由EP-A-89 311已知用于这种手工工具的减振器。减振器质量可沿纵向移动地装在外壳内并通过橡皮垫相对于外壳支承。显然,此减振器增加了结构长度以及它是与频率有关的。
此外,由DE-OS 3212701已知一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的风镐。此风镐有一个包括直线振动驱动装置的工具外壳。直线振动驱动装置包括一个可在工具外壳内沿纵向移动的马达壳体。在马达壳体的同轴的孔内装入一个带活塞杆的活塞,活塞杆的前端捶打可移动地安装在工具外壳内的工具。颤动阀装在马达壳体内,它通过围绕着马达壳体的环腔借助于分配阀供入压缩空气。颤动阀将环腔轮流地与活塞两侧的两个筒腔连通。活塞交替地打开筒腔与排气通道的通路。预紧的压力弹簧将马达壳体向前方加载。这种设计要求工具外壳有比较大的直径。活塞沿反行程方向的有效面积较小,因为反行程只是为下一次冲击实施的“后退”,无需输出任何功率。
本发明的目的是提供前言所述类型的手工工具,它能在结构长度较短和外径较小的情况下有效地减振。此目的通过权利要求1所述特征的组合达到。在从属权利要求中说明了优选的实施形式。
下面借助附图说明本发明的实施例。唯一的图表示通过按本发明的手工工具的纵剖面。
在握把10圆柱形孔9内装有一个可在PTFE环12上移动的马达壳体11。壳体11有一同轴的孔13,活塞14可在其中往复运动。活塞底15是薄壁的和中凸的,在其周边过渡的薄壁的圆柱套16。活塞14与铝合金的同轴活塞杆17连接,后者是经阳极化处理的。在阳极化层内加入PTFE。活塞与活塞杆的这种结构方式使这些零件的质量小。从而也减小了要阻尼的反作用力。活塞杆17可移动地支承在握把10和壳体11内的两个滑动轴承18中。后滑动轴承18同时用作前筒腔28的密封装置。在活塞杆17的前端固定了工具卡头19,它例如可按德国专利2939896设计和安装。
在马达壳体11的后端装入阀壳22和已知的颤动阀23,在工作时它使进气通道24通过通道25、26轮流与活塞14两侧的两个筒腔27、28连通。从筒腔27、28的排气交替地通过放气口29喷入壳体11前的腔30以及从这里再角度错开地通过另一个通道喷向出口31。这种设计在不增加结构长度的情况下达到有效地消音。此外,借助于流过的排气冷却活塞杆17的滑动轴承18。从腔30分出吹气通道32,它在活塞杆17前端的近旁大体沿其轴向流入。通道32可借助一回转阀33关闭。当工具例如用于锯切时,打开阀33可以连续吹走锯末。也就是说,所说明的这种排气的导引有三种功能,即消音、冷却和吹气。
在阀壳22上与活塞杆17的轴线36同轴地设有一圆柱套管37,它被密封地在握把10的孔38内导引。孔38与支座型阀40的阀室39连接。阀40的阀体41可沿轴线36方向运动并受弹簧42沿关闭方向加载。在阀40的压缩空气接头43上连接一根软管。阀体41通过杆44操纵,它可移动地装在握把10内。滑阀45压在杆44前端。枪机杠杆式操纵杆46的后端铰接在滑阀45上。此操纵杆46布置在马达壳体11前握把10变细的前部处。由此获得一种纤细的结构方式。因此,较小的手也可以开动该工具并且不用调整握法。
进气压力乘以孔38的横截面得出作用在壳体11上的力,此力通过弹簧47平衡。弹簧47夹紧在壳体11和握把10之间。它的预紧力确定为,当接通压缩空气时壳体11在握把10内大体处于壳体11最大行程中心略靠后的位置。为避免工具被握住时无意识地接通,滑阀45可用弹簧加载的横向滑块48锁止,它可以手动地侧向移动并有一个用于释放滑阀45的周向槽。
在工作时为了锉平或锯切而压动杠杆46,所以颤动阀23供入压缩空气以及活塞14往复运动。壳体11相位差180°地振动,所以几乎完全抵消了活塞运动的反作用力。马达壳体11的重心在轴线36上,所以也不会产生任何振动扭矩。由此可实现不疲劳和准确地加工。这种减振是与频率无关的。
所说明的起消音器作用以及也适用于吹风的排气导引方案和所说明的借助枪机杠杆式操纵杆46的阀操纵装置,也可以在其他手工工具中有效地使用。

Claims (9)

1.具有直线振动驱动装置的手工工具,包括工具外壳、装在工具外壳内可沿纵向移动的马达壳体(11)、装在马达壳体(11)内第一孔(13)中带活塞杆(17)的活塞(14),活塞杆前端与工具配合工作、装在马达壳体(11)内的阀壳(22)中的颤动阀(23),它轮流地使分配阀(40)与活塞(14)两侧的两个筒腔(27、28)连通,其中活塞(14)交替地打开去排气通道(29-31)的通路、以及,包括在工具外壳与马达壳体(11)之间的预紧压力弹簧(47),其特征为:工具外壳设计为握把(10);从马达壳体(11)向后伸出圆柱形管状接管(37),它密封和可移动地装在握把(10)的第二孔(38)内,第二孔(38)可通过分配阀(40)供入压缩空气;管状接管(37)与颤动阀(23)连接;压力弹簧(47)给马达壳体(11)向后预加载;马达壳体(11)逆压力弹簧(47)力的方向受进气压力预加载;活塞杆(17)在马达壳体(11)内的滑动轴承(18)中导引;以及,活塞杆(17)前端设计用于固定工具。
2.按照权利要求1所述的工具,其中,从排气通道(29-31)分出一个方向朝前流入活塞杆自由端近旁的可关闭的吹气通道(32)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的工具,其中,活塞杆(17)用铝合金制造。
4.按照权利要求3所述的工具,其中,至少活塞杆(17)的滑动面是阳极化的以及阳极化层最好含PTFE。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的工具,其中,分配阀(40)的操纵杆(46)设在马达壳体(11)前握把(10)变细的前部。
6.按照权利要求5所述的工具,其中,操纵杆(46)是一枪机杠杆,它的前端铰接在握把(10)上,以及它的后端铰接在分配阀(40)的操纵杆(44、45)上。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的工具,其中,分配阀(40)的阀门构件沿握把(10)的纵向运动。
8.按照权利要求1至7之一所述的工具,其中,马达壳体(11)的重心在活塞杆(17)的轴线(36)附近。
