背景技术
这类不剥去绝缘层的无螺钉的接线柱是众所周知的,并在CH-PS653813、664647和667164中描述了特别的实施形式。此已知的接线柱有一具有脚的外壳,该脚允许将接线柱固定在支承轨道上。此接线柱用于简单而快速地连接一输入导线和一输出导线,此时,两根导线通过装在壳体中的接触件彼此电连接。
已经表明,目前的具有一个用于输入导线的连接点和一个用于输出的连接点的接线柱常常是不够的。通过依次布置接纳座和所属的可摆动卡块而具有多于两个连接点的进一步扩充不仅结构上昂贵,而且还由于必须延长接触件而致使接线柱的结构相应地变大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,找到一种接线柱结构,它装备有四个连接点并在此时仍然保持一紧凑的结构。
为此,本发明提供一种电接线柱,此电接线柱具有一由绝缘材料组成的外壳、一固定地布置在外壳中的具有叉形接纳座的导电的接触件,所述叉形接纳座具有刀刃,此电接线柱还具有多个可借助一工具摆动的卡块,所述卡块如此设置,即,它们各自夹持一个送入其中的具有绝缘体的、要连至接触件上的电导线,并在从一个起始位置摆动至接触件的一个叉形接纳座中时,将导线上的绝缘体切开,使导线的如此去掉绝缘体的部位与接触件导电接触,其特征为,所述接触件设有四个各自用于连接一根导线的叉形接纳座,其中,这四个叉形接纳座分别朝外壳的侧壁敞开并成对地布置,第一对接纳座在外壳的一个下面的平面中,而第二对接纳座在外壳的以一间距位于所述平面上方的一个平面中,第一对接纳座比布置在其上方的所述第二对接纳座还要靠外,而且相应地,与接纳座共同作用的、可摆动的卡块成对地铰接在外壳中的不同平面上。
按一种实施形式,所述接触件为单件的,由此,所有用于要连接的导线的接纳座彼此电连接。
或者,所述接触件由两个彼此电分离的件组成,其中的每一件各自配备两对接纳座中的一对。
其中,至少为两个处于电连接的接纳座安装相配的卡块。
优选地,所述接触件有一平躺的H字形结构,它具有一在两端缩短的上腿,并且有设置在腿端的向外敞开的叉形接纳座。

具体实施方式
在图1-3中示出的不剥去电绝缘层的、无螺钉的接线柱由一用绝缘材料做的外壳1组成,该外壳在一侧敞开,在另一侧设有一封闭的后壁1′。在向一侧敞开的隔间(它通过各自一个相配的接线柱或其后壁封闭)中一方面不移动地插入一导电的接触件2,另一方面布置可摆动的卡块3、4、5和6。所述卡块3-6可绕一销钉3′~6′按30°~40°摆动,这在下面还要描述。
在图4中详细示出的接触件2有一平躺的H字形,有一在两端比下面的腿7短的上腿8。四个腿的端部设有叉形的接纳座9-12,该接纳座在其内侧装备有刀刃,以便当有一绝缘的导线压在其间时,切开或剥去绝缘体,并在此时在导线(未示出)与接触体之间做出一电触点。
由于朝外壳侧壁敞开的四个叉形接纳座成对地(9,10;11,12)布置在两个按一间距上下叠置的平面中,而可摆动的卡块3-6同样成对地铰接在两个平面上,因此可以在紧凑的结构中实现四个接头。
卡块3-6各自设有一贯通的接纳孔3″-6″和一用于操作工具(例如螺丝刀)的孔3-6以及一爪K,该爪在作用位置将卡块锁在外壳1的各个凹座中。
一根要连接的导线(未示出)通过各个接纳孔3″~6″插入,直至(与一外壳表面)接触,然后用工具摆动卡块3-6,其中,导线被压至接纳座9-12的刀刃之间,并在此时剥去导线的两侧的绝缘体,从而在导线与接触件2之间做出一可靠的电触点。根据导线截面和导线的种类(单股线,绞合线),使叉形的弹性接纳座9-12或多或少地弯开。
在所示例子中,两个左面的卡块3、4处于起始位置(在送入导线之前),而两个右面的卡块5、6则锁在作用位置上(导线的夹紧位置)。
按照本发明的接线柱允许连接的导线可达四根,这些导线在采用所示的单件的接触件2时可以全部互相连接。如果预先规定该接线柱只用于连接两根插入的导线,则可以将连接杆2′断开。接线柱于是有两个接头副9、10及11、12。
当接线柱只用于连接三根导线时,则可以在安装时去掉四个卡块中的一个(最好封闭外壳中的相应的连接孔,例如用一塑料盖)。外壳1设有脚13、14,它们允许将接线柱卡夹在一支承轨道上。

Claims (5)

1.一种电接线柱,此电接线柱具有一由绝缘材料组成的外壳、一固定地布置在外壳中的具有叉形接纳座的导电的接触件,所述叉形接纳座具有刀刃,此电接线柱还具有多个可借助一工具摆动的卡块,所述卡块如此设置,即,它们各自夹持一个送入其中的具有绝缘体的、要连至接触件上的电导线,并在从一个起始位置摆动至接触件的一个叉形接纳座中时,将导线上的绝缘体切开,使导线的如此去掉绝缘体的部位与接触件导电接触,其特征为,所述接触件设有四个各自用于连接一根导线的叉形接纳座,其中,这四个叉形接纳座分别朝外壳的侧壁敞开并成对地布置,第一对接纳座在外壳的一个下面的平面中,而第二对接纳座在外壳的以一间距位于所述平面上方的一个平面中,第一对接纳座比布置在其上方的所述第二对接纳座还要靠外,而且相应地,与接纳座共同作用的、可摆动的卡块成对地铰接在外壳中的不同平面上。
2.如权利要求1的电接线柱,其特征为,所述接触件为单件的,由此,所有用于要连接的导线的接纳座彼此电连接。
3.如权利要求1的电接线柱,其特征为,所述接触件由两个彼此电分离的件组成,其中的每一件各自配备两对接纳座中的一对。
4.如权利要求1至3中的任一项的电接线柱,其特征为,至少为两个处于电连接的接纳座安装相配的卡块。
5.如权利要求1的电接线柱,其特征为,所述接触件有一平躺的H字形结构,它具有一在两端缩短的上腿,并且有设置在腿端的向外敞开的叉形接纳座。
