尽管已经推荐了片状清洁组合物,但是除了单元分配形式的产品有几个优点之外,仍然没有(除了个人清洗用肥皂块之外)获得任何实质性成功。其原因之一可能是洗涤剂片通常比制备它们的组分粉末溶解得更慢,这仅是因为在片中组分粉末受力紧密结合在一起,水渗透到其中的机会比较小。这样就产生了一个问题,片溶解得慢会带来残留物,它们可以在洗涤循环过程中在洗衣机的门上看见,或者在洗涤循环结束时它们粘在织物上,或者两种情况都有。

发明详述
本发明的洗涤剂可以如下简单制备,即将固体组分混合在一起,再将该混合物在通常用于例如制药业的压片机中压制。优选主要组分,特别是胶凝表面活性剂,以颗粒形式使用。所有液体组分,例如表面活性剂或者抑泡剂,可以以常规方式加入到固体颗粒组分中。
特别是对于洗衣片,组分,例如助剂和表面活性剂,可以以常规方式喷射干燥,再以合适的压力压制。
根据本发明,该洗涤剂片可以制成任何大小或者形状,并且如果需要,可以在涂覆之前进行表面处理。在该片的核中包含表面活性剂和助剂,它通常提供片清洁能力的主要部分。术语“助剂”是指所有可从溶液中去除钙离子的物质,不论是通过离子交换、络合、螯合或者沉淀。
用于制备本发明片的颗粒物料可以通过颗粒化或者造粒方法来制备。这种方法的一个例子是喷射干燥(在顺流或者逆流喷射干燥塔中进行),这样通常可使堆积密度为600g/l或者更低。较高密度的颗粒物质可以通过在高剪切批式混合器/造粒器中造粒并密化或者通过连续造粒和密化工艺(如,采用Lodige®CB和/或Lodige®KM混合机)来制备。其它合适的方法包括流化床工艺、压制工艺(如,辊压制)、挤出、以及所有通过任何化学方法制备的颗粒物质,所说的化学方法例如絮凝、结晶等,单个颗粒也可以是任何其它颗粒、球或者粒。
这种颗粒物质可以通过任何常规方法混合在一起。分批混合机是适用的,例如,水泥拌和机、Nauta混合机、螺条混合机和任何混合机。任选地,这种混合方法可以通过将每种组分按重量放在移动传送带上,并将它们在一个或者几个转筒或者混合机中混合来连续进行。可以将未胶凝的粘合剂喷射到一部分或者全部颗粒物质的混合物上。也可以将其它液体组分单独地或者预混地喷射到颗粒物质的混合物上。例如可以喷射香料和荧光增白剂的浆料。在喷射粘合剂之后,优选在接近该工艺结束时,可以将细分散的流动助剂(粉化剂,如沸石、碳酸盐、二氧化硅)加入到颗粒物质中,使混合物较少发粘。
该片可以通过采用任何压制方法来制备,例如制片、压块或者挤出,优选制片。合适的设备包括单冲程或者螺旋压片机(例如Courtoy®、Korch®、Manesty®、或者Bonals®)。根据本发明所制备的片优选直径为40毫米到60毫米,重量为25到100克。片的高度与直径(或者宽度)的比例优选大于1∶3,更优选大于1∶2。用于制备这些片所需的压制压力不必超过5000kN/m2,优选不超过3000kN/m2,最优选不超过1000kN/m2。
合适的非胶凝粘合剂包括合成的有机聚合物,例如聚乙二醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸酯和水溶性丙烯酸酯共聚物。药物赋形剂手册(The handbook of Pharmaceutical Excipients)第二版列出了下面的粘合剂种类:阿拉伯胶、藻酸、Carbomer、羧甲基纤维素钠、糊精、乙基纤维素、明胶、瓜耳胶、I类氢化植物油、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、液体葡萄糖、铝硅酸镁、麦芽糖糊精、甲基纤维素、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、povidone、藻酸钠、淀粉和玉米醇溶蛋白。最优选的粘合剂还在衣物洗涤中具有活性清洁作用,例如阳离子聚合物,如乙氧基化的六亚甲基二胺季化合物、双六亚甲基三胺,或者其它胺,如五胺、乙氧基化的聚亚乙基胺、马来酸丙烯酸聚合物。
优选将非胶凝粘合剂物质喷射,因此其有合适的熔点低于70℃,优选低于50℃,目的是不破坏或者降解基体中其它活性组分。最优选的是可以以熔融形式喷射的非水性液体粘合剂(即,不在水溶液中)。但是,它们也可以是通过干加入加入到基体中的固体粘合剂,但它在片中具有粘合性质。
非胶凝粘合剂物质优选以组合物的0.1到15%的量使用,更优选小于5%,特别是如果它是非洗衣活性的物质,应小于片的2%重量。
胶凝粘合剂,例如非离子表面活性剂优选避免用其液体或者溶体。组合物中不排除非离子表面活性剂和其它胶凝粘合剂,但是优选它们作为颗粒物质的组分而不是液体组分加入到洗涤剂片中。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,还可将片涂覆,以使片不吸潮,或者以非常缓慢的速度吸潮。涂层是坚硬的,以使在处理、包装和运输过程中片所受到的中等机械撞击只造成不超过很低程度的碎裂或者磨耗。最后,涂层优选是脆的,以使片在受到较强的机械冲击时碎裂。进而,如果涂层物质在碱性条件下溶解或者容易被表面活性剂乳化是有利的。这有助于避免在洗涤循环中在前载式洗衣机的窗上有可见残留物的问题,并且还可以避免不溶解颗粒或者涂层物质的块沉积在洗衣负载上。
水溶性可根据ASTM E 1148-87的题目为“测定水溶解度的标准试验方法”(Standard Test Method for Measurements of AqueousSolubility)的试验方法测定。
合适的涂层物质是二羧酸。特别合适的二羧酸选自草酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、十一烷二酸、十二烷二酸、十三烷二酸和它们的混合物。
涂层物质的熔点优选为40~200℃。涂层可以以多种方式应用。两种优选的涂覆方法是a)采用熔融物质涂覆,和b)采用物质的溶液涂覆。
在a)中,涂层物质在高于其熔点的温度下使用,并在片上固化。在b)中,涂层以溶液形式使用,干燥溶剂,剩下附着的涂层。基本上不溶解的物质可以通过例如喷射或者浸渍施用于片上。一般来说,当将熔融物质喷射到片上时,其快速固化,形成附着涂层。当将片浸渍在熔融物质中再取出时,再次快速冷却会快速固化涂层物质。熔点低于40℃的明显基本上不溶解的物质在常温下不会充分固化,并且已经发现熔点高于约200℃的物质在实际中不能使用。优选熔化温度范围在60到160℃,更优选70到120℃的物质。
“熔点”是指在毛细管中缓慢加热该物质时变成澄清液体的温度。
根据本发明,可以涂覆任何所需厚度的涂层。最希望涂层是片的1%到10%,优选1.5%到5%重量。
本发明的片涂层是非常坚硬并使片具有额外的强度。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,在涂层中加入崩解剂可改善涂层在洗涤过程中的破碎。该崩解剂遇水膨胀并将涂层分裂成小片。这将加速涂层在洗涤溶液中的溶解。崩解剂在涂层溶体中的量至多为30%,优选5到20%,最优选5到10%重量。可能的崩解剂记载在药物赋形剂手册(1986)中。合适的崩解剂的例子包括:淀粉:天然的、改性的或预胶凝化的淀粉、钠淀粉葡糖酸盐;树胶:琼脂胶、瓜耳胶、刺槐豆胶、刺梧桐树胶、果树胶、黄耆胶;croscarmylose钠、crospovidone、纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、藻酸和其包括藻酸钠的盐、二氧化硅、粘土、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、大豆聚糖、离子交换树脂和它们的混合物。
根据起始物质的组成和片的形状,调节所用的压制压力,使其不影响强度(直径碎裂强度)和在洗衣机中的分解时间。该方法可以用来制备任意大小或形状的均匀片或者层状片。
直径碎裂强度(DFS)是一种表示片强度的方式,它由下面的公式确定:
其中F是采用Van Kell公司提供的VK 200片硬度试验机测定的引起张力消失(碎裂)的最大压力(牛顿),D是片的直径,t是片的厚度。
(Method Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms;Tablets Volume 2pages 213~217)。直径碎裂强度小于20kPa的片被认为是易碎的,并可能会导致输送到使用者的片一部分碎裂。优选直径碎裂强度至少为25kPa。
洗涤剂片的崩解速度可以采用两种方式确定:
a)在带有“Vankel Type”转筒的“VAN KEL”Friabilator中。
-将2个已知重量和D.F.S的片放入Friabilator转筒中。
-旋转转筒20转。
-从Friabilator转筒中收集所有产物和残留的片碎片,并筛分在5毫米筛上的和通过1.7毫米的
-用%表示在5毫米筛上的和通过1.7毫米的残留物。
-通过1.7毫米的物质的%越高,崩解的越好。
b)按照下面的方法,在洗衣机中进行。
将三个每个标准重量为60克的片称重,再放入前载式Miele®W831洗衣机的洗涤转筒的底部。再将该机器装入2.5千克的清洁物,包括8块厚绒布毛巾、5件T恤衫和5块厨房用毛巾。将洗衣机的洗涤温度设定在30℃,加入到洗衣机中的水的硬度为每克21英厘(grain),洗涤循环设定在洗涤程序“白色/带色,短循环”。
在全部循环结束时,从洗涤负载上弄出残留物,收集粘在前窗视孔上的残留物,称取总重量。残留物的量通过重复该步骤10次来确定,平均残留物含量基于10次单独的测定来计算。在该压力试验中,18克残留物(即,相当于10%重量的起始片重量)被认为是可以接受的。优选残留物少于10克,更优选少于5克。
在另一个应力试验中,洗衣机在洗涤循环进行10分钟后停止,收集残留物并称重。
在本发明的另一个优选实施方案中,该片进一步含有起泡剂。
本发明所说的起泡是指可从液体中产生气泡,这是可溶性酸源和碱金属碳酸盐进行化学反应产生二氧化碳的结果。

酸和碳酸盐源和其它起泡剂体系的其它例子记载在(Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms;Tablets Volume 1 Pages287~291)。
除了洗涤剂组分之外,还可起泡剂加入到片混合物中。将该起泡剂加入到洗涤剂片中可以改进片的崩解时间。其量优选为片的5到20%,更优选为10到20%重量。优选起泡剂应该作为不同颗粒的附聚剂或者作为压实体而非单独颗粒加入。由于通过起泡剂在片中产生的气体,该片可以具有较高的D.F.S.,并仍然与不发生起泡的片相比具有同样的崩解时间。当含有起泡剂的片与不含起泡剂的片D.F.S.保持一致时,含有起泡剂的片崩解得更快。
洗涤表面活性剂
本发明通常以浓度为约1%到55%重量的量使用的表面活性剂的非限定性实例包括:常规的C11-C18烷基苯磺酸盐(“LAS”)、伯支链化和无规的C10-C20烷基硫酸盐(“AS”)、C10-C18仲(2,3)烷基硫酸盐,其通式为CH3(CH2)x(CHOSO3 -M+)CH3和CH3(CH2)y(CHOSO3 -M+)CH2CH3,其中x和(y+1)是至少约为7的整数,优选至少约为9,M是水溶性阳离子,特别是钠离子,不饱和的硫酸盐,例如是油基硫酸盐,C10-C18烷基烷氧基硫酸盐(“AExS”,特别是EO1-7的乙氧基硫酸盐),C10-C18烷基烷氧基羧酸盐(特别是EO1-5的乙氧基羧酸盐),C10-C18甘油醚,C10-C18烷基聚苷和它们相应的硫酸盐化聚苷,和C12-C18α-磺化脂肪酸酯。如果需要,常规的非离子和两性离子表面活性剂,例如C12-C18烷基乙氧基化物(“AE”)包括所谓的窄峰烷基乙氧基化物和C6-C12烷基苯酚烷氧基化物(特别是乙氧基化物和混合的乙氧基/丙氧基),C12-C18甜菜碱和磺基甜菜碱(“sultains”),C10-C18氧化胺等也可以包括在上述总组合物中。也可以使用C10-C18N-烷基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺。典型实例包括C12-C18N-甲基葡糖酰胺。参见WO9206154。其它糖衍生的表面活性剂包括N-烷氧基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,例如C10-C18N-(3-甲氧基丙基)葡糖酰胺。N-丙基到N-己基C12-C18葡糖酰胺可以用于降低泡沫。也可以采用C10-C20常规皂。如果需要高泡沫的,可以采用支链C10-C16皂。阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的混合物是特别有用的。其它常用的表面活性剂列在标准文章中。
助剂
洗涤剂助剂可任选地包括在本发明的组合物中,这有助于控制矿物质硬度。可以采用无机以及有机助剂。助剂一般用于织物洗涤组合物,以助于去除颗粒污垢。
助剂的含量可根据组合物的最终用途在宽范围内变化。
无机或者含磷洗涤剂助剂包括(但是不限于)聚磷酸的碱金属、铵和烷醇铵盐(有代表性的是三聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐和玻璃状聚合的偏磷酸盐),膦酸盐、肌醇六磷酸盐、硅酸盐、碳酸盐(包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐)、硫酸盐和铝硅酸盐。而在有些情况下需要非磷酸盐助剂。重要的是本发明组合物的作用出乎意料地良好,甚至在存在所谓的“弱”助剂(与磷酸盐相比)情况下,例如柠檬酸盐,或者在所谓的采用沸石或者层状硅酸盐助剂情况下发生的“不良辅助”时亦如此。
硅酸盐助剂的实例是碱金属硅酸盐,特别是那些SiO2∶Na2O的比例在1.6∶1到3.2∶1之间的硅酸盐和层状硅酸盐,例如H.P.Rieck在1987年5月12日获权的US4664839中描述的层状硅酸钠。NaSKS-6是由Hoechst提供的晶体层状硅酸盐的商品名(一般缩写成“SKS-6”)。与沸石助剂不同,Na SKS-6硅酸盐助剂不含有铝。NaSKS-6是δ-Na2SiO5形态的层状硅酸盐。它可以通过例如在德国的DE-A-3417649和DE-A-3742043中记载的方法制备。SKS-6是用于本发明的非常优选的硅酸盐,但是其它这类层状硅酸盐,如通式为NaMSixO2x+1·yH2O的那些,其中M是钠或者氢,x是从1.9到4的数,优选2,y是从0到20的数,优选0可以用于本发明。来自Hoechst的各种其它层状硅酸盐包括NaSKS-5、NaSKS-7和NaSKS-11,如α、β和γ形式的。如上所述,δ-Na2SiO5(NaSKS-6形式)是本发明最优选的。其它硅酸盐也是有效的,例如硅酸镁,它在颗粒制剂中起松脆剂的作用,作为氧漂白剂的稳定试剂以及作为泡沫抑制体系的组分。
碳酸盐助剂的实例是碱土金属和碱金属碳酸盐,例如公开在1973年11月15日的德国专利申请2321001。
铝硅酸盐助剂在本发明中是有效的。铝硅酸盐助剂在大多数目前市售的重垢颗粒洗涤剂组合物中是重要的,并且在液体洗涤剂组合物中也是重要的助剂组分。铝硅酸盐助剂包括具有下面的通式的那些:
Mz(zAlO2)y·xH2O
其中z和y是至少6的整数,z与y的摩尔比例在1.0到0.5的范围内,x是从约15到约264的整数。有效的铝硅酸盐离子交换物质是工业上可使用的。这些铝硅酸盐在结构上可以是晶体或者无定形的,并且可以是天然铝硅酸盐或者合成的。一种制备铝硅酸盐离子交换物质的方法公开在Krummel等在1976年10月12日获权的US3985669中。可用于本发明的优选合成晶体铝硅酸盐离子交换物质可以采用命名为沸石A、沸石P(B)、沸石MAP和沸石X的。在特别优选的实施方案中,晶体铝硅酸盐离子交换物质具有下面的通式:
Na12[(AlO2)12(SiO2)12].xH2O
其中x是从约20到约30的数,特别是约27。这种物质已知为沸石A。本发明也可以采用脱水沸石(x=0~10)。优选的是颗粒的直径为约0.1~10微米的铝硅酸盐。
适用于本发明目的的有机洗涤剂助剂包括但是不限于各种聚羧酸盐化合物。本发明所采用“聚羧酸盐”是指具有多个羧酸根基团,优选至少3个羧酸根的化合物。聚羧酸盐助剂一般可以以酸的形式加入到组合物中,而且也可以以其中和盐的形式加入。当采用盐形式时,优选碱金属,例如钠、钾和锂或者醇铵盐。
在聚羧酸盐助剂中所包括的有各类有效的物质。一类重要的聚羧酸盐助剂包括醚聚羧酸盐,包括氧联二丁二酸盐,如Berg.在1964年4月7日获权的US3128287中和Lamberti等在1972年1月18日获权的US3635830中公开的。还可参见Bush等在1987年5月5日获权的US4663071的“TMS/TDS”助剂。合适的醚聚羧酸盐还包括环状化合物,特别是脂环化合物,例如在US3923679、3835163、4158635、4120874和4102903中公开的。
其它有效的洗涤剂助剂包括醚羟基聚羧酸盐,马来酸酐与乙烯或者乙烯基甲基醚的共聚物、1,3,5-三羟基苯-2,4,6-三磺酸和羧基甲基氧丁二酸、聚乙酸(如亚乙基二胺四乙酸和次氮基三乙酸)的各种碱金属、铵和取代的铵盐,以及聚羧酸盐,如苯六甲酸、丁二酸、氧联二丁二酸、聚马来酸、苯-1,3,5-三羧酸、羧基甲基氧丁二酸和其可溶性盐。
柠檬酸盐助剂,如柠檬酸和其可溶性盐(特别是钠盐)是用于重垢液体洗涤剂制剂的特别重要的聚羧酸盐助剂,这是由于它们可由可再生原料产生和其具有可生物降解性。柠檬酸盐也可以用在颗粒组合物中,特别是与沸石和/或层状硅酸盐助剂结合使用。氧联二丁二酸盐在这些组合物和结合体中也是特别有效的。
在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中还适用的是,3,3-二羧基-4-氧杂-1,6-己二酸盐和相关化合物,它们公开在Bush在1986年1月28日获权的US4566984中。有效的丁二酸助剂包括C5-C20烷基和链烯基丁二酸和其盐。特别优选的这类化合物是十二碳烯基丁二酸。丁二酸盐的具体实例包括:月桂基丁二酸盐、肉豆蔻基丁二酸盐、棕榈基丁二酸盐、2-十二碳烯基丁二酸盐(优选)、2-十五碳烯基丁二酸盐等等。月桂基丁二酸盐是这类中优选的助剂,记载在1986年11月5日公开的EPA86200690.5/0200263中。
其它适用的聚羧酸盐公开在Crutchfield等在1979年3月13日公开的US4144226和Diehl在1967年3月7日获权的US3308067中。还参见Diehl的US3723322。
脂肪酸,如C12-C18一羧酸也可以单独或者与上述助剂,特别是柠檬酸盐和/或丁二酸盐助剂结合加入到该组合物中,使其具有附加的助剂活性。这样使用脂肪酸一般会减少泡沫,这应该引起配方设计师的注意。
在可以采用磷基助剂的情况下,并且特别是在用于手洗操作的棒状制剂中,可以使用各种碱金属磷酸盐,例如已知的三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠和原磷酸钠。也可以采用膦酸盐助剂,例如乙烷-1-羟基-1,1-二膦酸盐和其它已知膦酸盐(参见,例如US3159581、3213030、3422021、3400148和3422137)。
漂白剂
本发明的洗涤剂组合物可以任选地含有漂白剂或者含有含漂白剂和一种或者几种漂白活性剂的漂白组合物。当含有漂白剂时,其量将是尤其是用于织物洗涤的洗涤剂组合物的约1%到约30%,更优选约5%到20%。如果含有漂白活性剂,其量一般为含有漂白剂加上漂白活性剂的漂白组合物的约0.1%到60%,更通常是约0.5%到40%。
本发明采用的漂白剂可以是任何可用于织物清洁、硬表面清洁、或其他清洁目的的现在已知的或者将要已知的洗涤剂组合物中的漂白剂。它们包括氧漂白剂,以及其它漂白剂。可以采用过硼酸盐漂白剂,如过硼酸钠(如一-或者四水合物)。
其它种类非限定性漂白剂包括过羧酸漂白剂和其盐。这类试剂的合适例子包括一过氧邻苯二甲酸镁六水合物、间氯过苯甲酸镁盐、4-壬基氨基-4-氧代过氧丁酸和二过氧十二烷二酸。这些漂白剂公开在Hartman在1984年11月20日获权的US4483781,Burns等在1985年6月3日获权的US740446,Banks等在1985年2月20日公开的EPA0133354,Chung等在1983年11月1日获权的US4412934中。非常优选的漂白剂还包括6-壬基氨基-6-氧代过氧己酸,如在Burns等在1987年1月6日获权的US4634551中记载的。
也可以采用过氧漂白剂。合适的过氧漂白剂化合物包括碳酸钠过氧水合物和等当量的“过碳酸盐”漂白剂、焦磷酸钠过氧水合物、脲过氧水合物和过氧化钠。也可以采用过硫酸盐漂白剂(如DuPont工业上生产的OXONE)。
优选的过碳酸盐漂白剂含有干燥颗粒,其平均粒度在约500微米到约1000微米的范围内,不大于约10%重量的所说颗粒小于约200微米,不大于约10%重量的所说颗粒大于约1250微米。任选地是这种过碳酸盐可以被硅酸盐、硼酸盐或者水溶性表面活性剂包敷。过碳酸盐可来自各种工业原料,例如FMC、Solvay和Tokai Denka。
还可以采用漂白剂的混合物。
过氧漂白剂、过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐等优选与漂白活性剂结合使用,它可以在相应于漂白活性剂的过氧酸的水溶液中就地制备(即在洗涤过程中)。活性剂的各个非限定实例公开在Mao等在1990年4月10日获权的US4915854和US4412934中。一般是壬酰基氧苯磺酸盐(NOBS)和四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED)活性剂,还可采用它们的混合物。参见US4634551中的在此使用的其它类型漂白剂和活性剂。
非常优选的酰胺衍生的漂白活性剂的通式为:
R1N(R5)C(O)R2C(O)L或R1C(O)N(R5)R2C(O)L
其中R1是含有约6到12个碳原子的烷基,R2是含有约1到6个碳原子的亚烷基,R5是氢或者含有1到10个碳原子的烷基、芳基或者烷芳基,L是任何适用的离去基团。离去基团是由于过水解阴离子对漂白活性剂进行亲核作用的结果而从漂白活性剂中被置换的任何基团。优选离去基团是苯磺酸根。
具有上述通式的漂白活性剂的优选实例包括(6-辛酰胺-己酰基)氧苯磺酸盐、(6-壬酰胺己酰基)氧苯磺酸盐、(6-癸酰基-己酰基)氧苯磺酸盐和它们的混合物,它们记载在在此结合作为参考的US4634551中。
其中R6是氢或者含有1到约12个碳原子的烷基、芳基、烷氧基芳基或者烷芳基。非常优选的内酰胺活性剂包括苯甲酰基己内酰胺、辛酰基己内酰胺、3,5,5-三甲基己酰基己内酰胺、壬酰基己内酰胺、癸酰基己内酰胺、十一碳烯酰基己内酰胺、苯甲酰基戊内酰胺、辛酰基戊内酰胺、癸酰基戊内酰胺、十一碳烯酰基戊内酰胺、壬酰基戊内酰胺、3,5,5-三甲基己酰基戊内酰胺和它们的混合物。还可参见Sanderson在1985年10月8日获权的US4545784,其在此结合作为参考,它公开了被吸收在过硼酸钠中的酰基己内酰胺,包括苯甲酰基己内酰胺。
氧漂白试剂之外的漂白剂也是本领域已知的并且也可以用于本发明。一类特别有利的非氧漂白剂包括光活化漂白剂,如磺化的锌和/或铝酞箐。参见Holcombe等在1977年7月5日获权的US4033718。如果采用,洗涤剂组合物一般含有约0.025%到约1.25%重量的这类漂白剂,特别是磺酸锌酞箐。
如果需要,漂白化合物可以被锰化合物催化。这类化合物是本领域已知的并且包括例如锰基催化剂,其公开在US5246621、US5244594、US5194416、US5114606和EPA549271A1、549272A1、544440A2和544490A1;这些催化剂优选的例子包括MnIV 2(u-O)3(1,4,7-三甲基-1,4,7-三氮环壬烷)2(PF6)2、MnIII 2(u-O)1(u-OAc)2(1,4,7-三甲基-1,4,7-三氮环壬烷)2-(ClO4)2、MnIV 4(u-O)6(1,4,7-三氮环壬烷)4(ClO4)4、MnIIIMnIV 4(u-O)1(u-OAc)2-(1,4,7-三甲基-1,4,7-三氮环壬烷)2(ClO4)3、MnIV(1,4,7-三甲基-1,4,7-三氮环壬烷)-(OCH3)3(PF6)和它们的混合物。其它金属基漂白催化剂包括公开在US4430243和US5114611中的那些。使用带有各种配合物配体的锰来促进漂白也公开在下面的US4728455、5284944、5246612、5256779、5280117、5274147、5153161和5227084。
实际上并且不作为限定,可以调整本发明的组合物和方法,使在水性洗涤液体中具有至少千万分之一浓度的活性漂白催化剂物质,并且优选在洗衣液体中含有约0.1ppm到约700ppm,更优选约1ppm到约500ppm的催化物质。
酶
酶可以包含在本发明制剂中,用于各种织物洗涤用途,例如包括去除蛋白质基、碳水化合物基或者甘油三酯基污垢,以及用于防止染料转移和用于织物贮存。可加入的酶包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶和过氧化物酶以及它们的混合物。还可以包含其它类型的酶。它们可以是任何合适的源,例如植物、动物、细菌、真菌和酵母源。但是,它们的选择受到几个因素的控制,如pH活性和/或最佳稳定性、热稳定性、稳定性洗涤剂活性的关系、助剂等。在这个方面,优选细菌或者真菌酶,例如细菌淀粉酶和蛋白酶,以及真菌纤维素酶。
酶通常以每克组合物高达约5毫克,通常为约0.01到3毫克的活性酶的量加入。还要说明的是:本发明的组合物一般含有约0.001%~5%,优选0.01%~1%重量的工业生产的酶。在这样的工业制剂中,本发明的蛋白酶一般以足以使每克组合物具有0.005到0.1A的道尔顿(Anson)单位(AU)的活性的量存在。
合适的蛋白酶的例子是枯草溶菌素,它是由枯草芽胞杆菌和地衣形芽胞杆菌的特定属制备。另一种适用的蛋白酶是由最大活性的pH范围在8~12的杆菌属制备的,该杆菌属由Novo Industries A/S以ESPERASE的商品名开发并出售。这种酶和类似酶的制备记载在Novo的GB1243784中。工业上提供的适合于去除蛋白基物质的蛋白水解酶包括由Novo Industries A/S(丹麦)提供的ALCALASE和SAVINASE以及由International Bio-Synthetics,Inc.(荷兰)提供的MAXATASE。其它蛋白酶包括蛋白酶A(参见欧洲专利申请130756,1985年1月9日)和蛋白酶B(参见欧洲专利申请87303761.8,1987年4月28日,和欧洲专利申请130756,Bott等,1985年1月9日)。
淀粉酶包括,例如GB1296839(Novo)所述的α-淀粉酶;International Bio-Synthetics,Inc的RAPIDASE和NovoIndustries的TERMAMYL。
本发明可采用的纤维素酶包括细菌类和真菌纤维素酶。优选它们的最佳pH在5和9.5之间。合适的纤维素酶公开在US4435307,Barbesgoard,1984年3月6日获取,该文献公开了由Humicolainsolens或腐植霉属DSM1800制备的真菌纤维素酶或者纤维素酶212(由属于气单胞菌属的真菌制备),和由船蛆的肝胰腺提取的纤维素酶Dolabella Auricula Solander。合适的纤维素酶还公开在GB-A-2075028、GB-A-2095275和DE-OS-2247832。CAREZYME(Novo)是特别有效的。
用于洗涤用途的合适的脂肪酶包括那些由假单胞菌属,例如施芪假单胞菌ATCC19.154的微生物制备的,如GB1372034所公开的。脂肪酶还可参见在1978年2月24日公开的日本专利申请5320487。这种脂肪酶是由Amano Pharmaceutical Co.Lth.,Nagoya,Japan以商标名LipaseP“Amano”或者“Amano-P”提供的。其它合适的工业脂肪酶包括Amano-CES,由Chromobacter viscosum产生的脂肪酶,如由日本的Toyo Jozo Co.Tagata提供的Chromobacter viscosumvar.lipolyticumNRRLB 3673;由美国的U.S.Biochemical Corp.和荷兰的Disoynth Co.提供的Chromobacter viscosum脂肪酶,以及由唐菖蒲假单胞菌制备的脂肪酶。由Humicola lanuginosa衍生的并由Novo工业制备的LIPOLASE酶,参见EP341947,在这里是优选的脂肪酶。
过氧化物酶可以与氧源,如过碳酸盐、过硼酸盐、过硫酸盐、氢氧化物等结合。它们可用于“溶液漂白”,即防止在洗涤过程中从基质上掉下来的染料或颜料转移到在洗涤溶液中存在的其它基质上。本领域已知的过氧化物酶包括例如辣根过氧化物酶、ligninase和卤代过氧化物酶,如氯代或者溴代过氧化物酶。含有过氧化物酶的洗涤剂组合物公开PCT国际申请WO89/099813中,它在1989年10月19日被O.Kirk以Novo Industries A/S公开。
酶物质的范围和将它们结合到合成洗涤剂组合物中的方法记载在McCarty等在1971年1月5日获权的US3553139中。酶还公开在Place等在1978年7月18日获权的US4101457和在Hughes在1985年3月26日获权的US4507219。可有效用于液体洗涤剂制剂的酶和将其结合到这种配方中的方法公开在Hora等在1981年4月14日获权的US4261868中。用于洗涤剂的酶可通过各种技术来稳定。酶的稳定技术公开在并且有代表性地是在Gedge等在1971年8月17日获权的US3600319和Venegas在1986年10月29日的EP199405中。酶稳定体系也有记载,例如在US3519570。
其它通常可用在洗涤剂组合物中并可加入到本发明的洗涤剂片中的组分包括螯合剂、去污剂、抗污垢再沉淀剂、分散剂、增白剂、泡沫抑制剂、织物软化剂、染料转移抑制剂和香料。
将洗衣洗涤剂片和衣物一起放入洗衣转筒中是已知的。但是,这种方法有可能在窗上,特别是一些被设计成用水量更低的洗衣机的窗上留下不轻的可见残留物。在许多情况下,在洗涤循环结束时,可见残留物也会残留在衣物上。
本发明还涉及一种基本上避免这个问题的方法。这种新的方法包括制备洗衣洗涤剂的水溶液,用于前载式洗衣机,这种前载式洗衣机具有分散盒和洗涤转筒,其中洗衣洗涤剂的水溶液通过将洗涤剂片溶解在水中形成,特征在于将洗涤剂片放在分散盒中并使水通过该分散盒,以使片以洗衣洗涤剂的分散溶液的形式分散,该水溶液于是通过洗涤转筒。
虽然任何洗涤剂片都可用在本发明的方法中,但已经发现,本发明所述的片可最完全地从分散剂盒中分散,在分散剂盒中没有残留物。进一步优选片的密度为0.9到1.1g/cc,更优选0.95到1.05g/cc。

非离子附聚物含有26%非离子表面活性剂、48%沸石和26%碳酸盐。
阳离子附聚物含有24%阳离子表面活性剂(烷基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵)、64%沸石和12%硫酸盐。
漂白活性剂附聚物含有81%TAED、17%丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物(酸形式的)和2%的水。
锌酞箐磺酸盐胶囊具有10%的活性。
泡沫抑制剂含有11.5%硅油(由Dow Corning提供)和88.5%淀粉。
层状硅酸盐含有78%由Hoechst提供的SKS-6和22%柠檬酸。
染料转移抑制剂附聚物含有21%PVNO/PVPVI,61%沸石和18%碳酸盐。
香料胶囊含有50%香料和50%淀粉。
AE7/PEG4000喷射物含有83%C12-C15AE7(每个分子含有平均7个乙氧基的醇),17%平均分子量为4000的聚乙二醇。
PEG200是平均分子量为200的聚乙二醇。
二胺季铵化合物是乙氧基化的六亚甲基二胺季铵化合物。
实施例1
组合物1的洗涤剂基本粉末是通过下面的步骤制备的:
将非离子AE7/PEG4000混合物喷射到混合转鼓中的过硼酸钠上。喷射后,将沸石涂粉于浸渍有非离子表面活性剂的过硼酸盐上,以减小其与其它粉末粘合的可能;
将乙氧基化的六亚甲基二胺季铵(未胶凝粘合剂)喷射到层状硅酸盐、漂白活性剂附聚物和碳酸盐上;
将这两个混合转鼓中的物质与组合物1的剩余颗粒一起混合,形成均匀的颗粒。
接着将80份组合物1与15份醋酸钠和5份由54.5%碳酸氢钠和45.5%柠檬酸组成的起泡剂在混合转鼓中一起混合。
再通过将55克这种混合物加入到圆形模(直径为54毫米)中,压制成高度为21毫米、密度为1.1g/cc的片。其直径碎裂压力为6kPa。
再将片浸渍在含有90份十二烷二酸与10份Nymcel z6b16加热到140℃的混合物的涂层浴中。将片放在浴中足够长的时间,使涂层有5克,然后,将片取出,并在25℃冷却24个小时。涂层将直径碎裂压力提高到20kPa以上。
实施例2
通过下面的步骤制备组合物2的洗涤剂基本粉末:
将非离子AE7/PEG4000混合物喷射到混合转鼓中的过硼酸钠上。喷射后,采用沸石对浸渍有非离子表面活性剂的过硼酸盐涂粉,以减小其与其它粉末粘合的可能;
将PEG200(未胶凝粘合剂)喷射到层状硅酸盐、漂白活性剂附聚物和碳酸盐上;然后重复实施例1的步骤,除了将45克组合物压制成直径为45毫米、高度为23毫米、密度为1.1g/cc的片。未涂覆的片的直径碎裂压力为10.2kPa。
制备具有下面特征的洗涤剂片:

在实施例1和2中,通过将片和衣物一起放入Miele®W831洗衣机中来将片用于洗涤衣物负载。
实施例3
i)如下制备洗涤组合物3:将除了二胺季铵和香料之外的基本组合物3的所有颗粒物质在混合转鼓中一起混合,制成均匀的颗粒混合物。在该混合过程中,进行二胺季铵和香料的喷射。
ii)接着按照下面的方式制备片:将45克混合物放入直径为4.5厘米的圆形模中,压制成2.3厘米高、密度为1.0g/cc的片。片的拉伸强度(或者直径碎裂压力)为10.2kPa。
在实施例4、5和6中如实施例1、2和3一样制备同样的片,但是在实施例4、5和6中,片的密度为1g/cc。将片放在Miele®W831洗衣机的分散盒中,将衣物放入转筒,开始洗衣机循环。
Claims (11)
1.含有核和涂层的洗涤剂片,该核的直径碎裂压力小于15kPa,核含有非胶凝粘合剂,其特征在于这种带涂层洗涤剂片的直径碎裂压力至少为20kPa。
2.权利要求1的洗涤剂片,其中洗涤剂核的直径碎裂压力小于10kPa,优选小于5kPa。
3.直径碎裂压力至少为20kPa的洗涤剂片,该片在压力试验中,在洗衣机循环结束时残留物少于18克,压力试验包括将每片重量为60克的三个片放在Miele®W831洗衣机的转筒底部,将2.5千克混合织物放在转筒中该片的上面,洗衣机采用“白色/带色”30℃的短循环。
4.权利要求3的洗涤剂片,其中该片的直径碎裂压力至少为25kPa。
5.权利要求3的洗涤剂片,其中压力试验中的残留物少于10克,优选少于5克。
6.包括核和涂层的洗涤剂片,该核的直径碎裂压力小于15kPa,并且该核含有非胶凝粘合剂,其特征在于这种带涂层的洗涤剂片的直径碎裂压力至少为20kPa,其中,该片在压力试验中在洗衣机循环结束时产生少于18克的残留物,压力试验包括将每片重量为60克的三个片放在Miele®W831洗衣机的转筒底部,将2.5千克混合织物放在转筒中该片的上面,洗衣机采用“白色/带色”30℃的短循环。
7.一种制备用于前载式洗衣机的洗衣洗涤剂水溶液,该前载式洗衣机具有分散盒和洗涤转筒,其中洗衣洗涤剂水溶液通过将洗涤剂片溶解在水中形成,特征在于将洗涤剂片放在分散盒中并使水通过该分散盒,以使片以洗衣洗涤剂分散溶液的形式分散,该水溶液随后通入洗涤转筒。
8.权利要求7的方法,其中洗涤剂片是权利要求1或2的带涂层洗涤剂片。
9.权利要求8的方法,其中带涂层的洗涤剂片含有不溶于水的涂层。
10.权利要求8或9的方法,其中带涂层的洗涤剂片包括涂层,其中涂层含有二羧酸。
11.权利要求7到10的任意一个的方法,该片的密度为0.9到1.1g/cc。
