Abstract
本发明提供一种固体洁厕剂及制备方法,所述固体洁厕剂由聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇4000、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、淀粉、硫酸钠、柠檬酸、色素、卡松、香精制备而成。制备方法是:反应釜加热升温至约90℃;边搅拌边加入聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇4000、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、淀粉、柠檬酸,冷却降温至约60℃后加色素、卡松、香精,得到混合物,混合物灌装、凝固即得成品。本发明有效成分含量高达45.5%,可强力清除脏污,有效防止黄垢、尿垢、水垢附着在马桶壁,对尿垢和尿碱尤为有效。本发明抑菌效果好:对细菌、病毒、真菌等有良好杀灭作用。此外,本发明还具有成本低,使用时间长的优点。

背景技术
抽水马桶自发明至今,为人类文明卫生进步做出突出贡献,在当今世界上,抽水马桶已被公认为"卫生水准的量尺"。随着社会的发展,城市化水平越来越高,城镇居住条件日益改善,抽水马桶已经普遍使用。极大方便人们生活的同时,也需要人们对其清洁卫生有足够的重视。因为马桶是排泄脏物的通道,在使用过程中容易积垢,且容易滋生细菌和产生异味,如果不做好清洗工作,很有可能成为威胁健康的罪魁祸首,引发诸多疾病,尤其是肠道疾病。故需要经常对马桶进行清洁除垢,例如用洁厕剂刷洗等。但这需要花费许多时间和精力,尤其对于上班族来说,工作繁忙,时间较少,需要更便捷的清洁除菌方式。
洁厕块或固体杀菌除臭剂是目前使用较为广泛的一种厕盆清洁剂,具有杀菌、除臭、清洗、防垢等多种功能,属自动清洗类。使用方法是,将洁厕块放入水箱中,缓慢溶解,释放杀菌剂、清洁剂,其中的有效成分随着每次冲厕时进入马桶,能够有效除垢、除味,达到保持厕盆洁净光亮、清洁杀菌,且除异味留清香的目的。洁厕块由于使用简单(直接投入水箱即可)、使用时间长(小小一块,可以长达数周),更换标志显著(无色时提示需要添加),且长期使用对器具及管道均无腐蚀性,因此,洁厕块越来越被人们接受并使用,市场应用广泛。
目前,市面上常用的洁厕块产品种类多,但是普遍存在使用周期短,残渣挂壁严重,尿垢难以清洗,易受潮变质等问题。因此,面对洁厕块或固体洁厕剂的广泛的市场需求,需要进一步改进提升产品的品质。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种固体洁厕剂及制备方法,本发明洁厕剂适用于便盆清洁,具有清洁、除垢、抑菌、除味、增香等效果。
本发明技术方案如下,一种固体洁厕剂,按重量百分比计:聚乙二醇200 8%~12%,聚乙二醇4000 20%~30%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%~20%,淀粉15%~20%,硫酸钠15%~25%,柠檬酸5%~10%,色素1%~5%,卡松0.02%~0.1%,香精0.8%~1%。
优选地,本发明固体洁厕剂,按重量百分比计:聚乙二醇200 10%,聚乙二醇400025%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠15%,淀粉18%,硫酸钠20%,柠檬酸8%,色素3%,卡松0.05%,香精0.95%。
所述色素为本领域常用色素,包括但不限于:亮蓝色素、靛蓝色素、苋菜红色素、胭脂红色素、柠檬黄色素、日落黄色素其中的一种或几种;优选为亮蓝色素。
所述香精为本领域常用香精,例如花香型香精、非花香型香精、果香型香精;包括但不限于:柠檬香精、金桔香精、甜橙香精、薰衣草香精、松木香精、青苹果香精、玫瑰香精、菊花香精其中的一种或几种。
本发明固体洁厕剂组方是经过反复试验得出的,组方虽简单,然效果显著。本发明采用聚乙二醇200做溶剂,它无毒,无刺激,具有优良的分散性,粘结性,和其他组分有良好的相溶性。聚乙二醇4000作为凝固剂,与聚乙二醇200协同使用,起到调节产品的硬度、粘度的作用。十二烷基苯磺酸钠是一种阴离子型表面活性剂,其清洁去污力强,泡沫丰富,并且它对酸、碱,硬水性质稳定,生物降解性高,对环境污染性小,且价格低廉。淀粉在加热条件下糊化,起到粘合剂的作用,且取材容易。柠檬酸一方面可以调节产品的酸碱度,使其呈弱酸性,可以有效去除尿垢,预防尿碱的形成;另一方面,柠檬酸的加入还可以使淀粉凝胶的强度增加。
本发明固体洁厕剂的制备方法是:
(1)按用量称取各组分;反应釜加热升温至88℃~92℃,边搅拌边加入聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇4000、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、淀粉、柠檬酸,冷却降温至62℃~66℃后加色素、卡松、香精,得到混合物。
(2)反应釜和灌装设备保持恒温62℃~66℃,将混合物灌装、凝固即得成品。
使用时,将固体洁厕剂放入马桶水箱中即可。
本发明固体洁厕剂具有如下有益效果:
1、有效成分含量高,清洁去污力强:本发明有效成分含量高达45.5%,可强力清除脏污,有效防止黄垢、尿垢、水垢附着在马桶壁,本产品呈弱酸性,对尿垢和尿碱尤为有效。
2、抑菌效果好:对各种病毒、真菌、细菌及细菌繁殖体(例如芽孢)等有良好杀灭作用。
3、除异味:能够快捷消除卫生间臭味、异味,同时可散发自然清新的气味。
4、本发明组方简单、选料科学,与现有产品相比还具有成本更低、使用时间更长、对环境更友好的优点。常温下使用时间长达2~6个月。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。应当说明的是,本发明中未特殊说明的各组分均为本领域常规组分,可以从商业途径获得。本发明中未特别说明的方法为本领域通用常规方法。
实施例1、一种固体洁厕剂,按重量百分比计:聚乙二醇200 10%,聚乙二醇400025%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠15%,淀粉18%,硫酸钠20%,柠檬酸8%,亮蓝色素3%,卡松0.05%,柠檬香精0.95%。
制备方法如下:
(1)按用量称取各组分;反应釜加热升温至90℃;边搅拌边加入聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇4000、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、淀粉、柠檬酸,冷却降温至65℃后加色素、卡松、香精,得到混合物。
(2)反应釜和灌装设备保持恒温65℃,将混合物装入瓶中或模具内,常温下凝固即得成品。
实施例2、一种固体洁厕剂,按重量百分比计:聚乙二醇200 8%,聚乙二醇400030%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠12%,淀粉15%,硫酸钠22%,柠檬酸9%,亮蓝色素3.1%,卡松0.1%,柠檬香精0.8%。
制备方法如下:
(1)按用量称取各组分;反应釜加热升温至92℃;边搅拌边加入聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇4000、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、淀粉、柠檬酸,冷却降温至62℃后加色素、卡松、香精,得到混合物。
(2)反应釜和灌装设备保持恒温62℃,将混合物装入瓶中或模具内,常温下凝固即得成品。
实施例3、一种固体洁厕剂,按重量百分比计:聚乙二醇200 12%,聚乙二醇400020%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠18%,淀粉16%,硫酸钠24%,柠檬酸8%,亮蓝色素1%,卡松0.1%,甜橙香精0.9%。
制备方法如下:
(1)按用量称取各组分;反应釜加热升温至88℃;边搅拌边加入聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇4000、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、淀粉、柠檬酸,冷却降温至66℃后加色素、卡松、香精,得到混合物。
(2)将反应釜和灌装设备保持恒温66℃,混合物装入瓶中或模具内,常温下凝固即得成品。
实施例4、一种固体洁厕剂,按重量百分比计:聚乙二醇200 10%,聚乙二醇400020%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠20%,淀粉20%,硫酸钠18%,柠檬酸7%,亮蓝色素4%,卡松0.02%,薰衣草香精0.98%。
制备方法如下:
(1)按用量称取各组分;反应釜加热升温至91℃;边搅拌边加入聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇4000、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、淀粉、柠檬酸,冷却降温至64℃后加色素、卡松、香精,得到混合物。
(2)反应釜和灌装设备保持恒温64℃,将混合物装入瓶中或模具内,常温下凝固即得成品。
试验例一、各实施例制备的样品理化指标检测

其中,
有效物含量检测方法是:取试样5g(精确至0.001g),重量记为M,加入约15ml蒸馏水搅拌至溶解,再加入50ml无水乙醇,搅拌至溶解完全。静置24h后用倾斜法过滤,清液尽量排干净,不溶物尽可能留在烧杯中,重复萃取过滤3次。将盛有含有少量乙醇和不溶物的烧杯(烧杯重量记为M0)置于沸水浴中,使乙醇蒸发完全,置于105℃烘箱中干燥1h,移入干燥器中,冷却称重,记为M1。计算方法:有效物含量X%=(M1-M0)/M×100%。
稳定性检测:称取试样2份各100g,分别置于广口玻璃瓶中,一份于(50±1)℃的保温箱中放置24h,另一份于-(10±1)℃的冰箱中放置24h,取出恢复至室温后观察。
使用周期计算方法:分别将不同重量的固体洁厕块成品放入常规马桶水箱中,正常使用,测试使用周期。
结果表明:150克固体洁厕块成品常温下(25℃)可以用2个月,冲水达600-800次;330克固体洁厕块成品可以用6个月,冲水达1800-2000次。
试验例2、抑菌试验
从马桶内壁采集样本,平均分成四份,用本发明固体洁厕剂溶液处理样本,处理前后比较结果见表2:

试验例3、毒性及刺激性试验
1、急性经口毒性试验:
用实验小白鼠20只,雌雄各半,将本发明洁厕剂溶液(常规使用浓度),经口灌胃后正常供食供水,观察死亡情况,计算LD50。结果表明LD50=3077mg/kg(体重),为低毒级。
2、皮肤刺激性试验:
用实验兔2只,将背部脊柱两侧毛分别剪去2cm2,露出皮肤,将洁厕剂溶液(常规使用浓度)涂抹在一侧去毛皮肤上,然后覆盖好,4h后揭去,另一侧作为对照。结果表明本发明洁厕剂溶液对兔皮肤一次性刺激积分为0.9,为轻微刺激性。
Claims (4)
1.一种固体洁厕剂,其特征是,按重量百分比计:聚乙二醇200 8%~12%,聚乙二醇4000 20%~30%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%~20%,淀粉15%~20%,硫酸钠15%~25%,柠檬酸5%~10%,色素1%~5%,卡松0.02%~0.1%,香精0.8%~1%。
2.如权利要求1所述的固体洁厕剂,其特征是,按重量百分比计:聚乙二醇200 10%,聚乙二醇4000 25%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠15%,淀粉18%,硫酸钠20%,柠檬酸8%,色素3%,卡松0.05%,香精0.95%。
3.制备权利要求1或2所述的固体洁厕剂的方法,其特征是,步骤如下:
(1)按用量称取各组分;反应釜加热升温至88℃~92℃;边搅拌边加入聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇4000、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、淀粉、柠檬酸,冷却降温至62℃~66℃后加色素、卡松、香精,得到混合物;
(2)反应釜和灌装设备保持恒温62℃~66℃,将混合物灌装、凝固即得成品。
4.权利要求4所述的制备固体洁厕剂的方法,其特征是,所述步骤(1)按用量称取各组分;反应釜加热升温至90℃;边搅拌边加入聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇4000、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、淀粉、柠檬酸,冷却降温至65℃后加色素、卡松、香精,得到混合物。
