随着社会的发展和消费水平的提高,人们对洗涤剂的需求也越来越大。国内消费者一直习惯使用以洗衣粉和洗衣皂为主的固体洗涤剂,而近几年,液体洗涤剂以极快的增长速度正在改变洗涤剂市场的分布格局。液体洗涤剂与固体洗涤剂相比,使用方便、溶解迅速、低温洗涤效果好、体系碱性低、对织物和肌肤更加温和、适合机械化洗涤工艺,同时还具有配方灵。目前洗涤剂的发展方向是:向绿色安全、多功能方向发展;研究设计新型表面活性剂分子结构个高效催化剂;提高天然可再生原料的使用;绿色化制备及清洁生产;发展低刺激、抗硬水、抗低温和具有柔顺、护理、抑菌、护色、清新等多种功能的高附加值产品。
在公共用大型餐厅、食品工业和行业,经常遇到需要强力杀菌、清洗的用具。例如大型移动餐车、回收的二次使用啤酒瓶、回收的二次使用桶装水桶等,其不但要进行清洗,而且需要杀菌消毒。尽管现有清洗、杀菌消毒的手段较为完善,但容易引入二次污染源。技术人员也期望采用安全的洗涤杀菌消毒材料,但难以同时具有良好的清洗和杀菌效果。
随着桶装水的普及,倡导低碳生活的呼声越来越高,更是桶装水企业面临新的挑战。目前大部分桶装生产线清洗工位都存在着能耗高、杀菌消毒达不到设计和生产工艺要求的缺陷,而且清洗时水源浪费严重,不仅增加了企业生产成本,同时也给桶装水的卫生安全带来了潜在的隐患。按照规定,每只水桶在反复使用100次后,就要报废。专家说,报废桶往往是细菌滋生的“乐土”。一些中小桶装水厂家对回收的空桶并不进行认真消毒,只在自来水里简单地冲刷一下就使用,导致水桶中的细菌大量繁殖,用这种桶装水,再好的水也肯定被污染了。“黑桶”并没有完全退出市场,水桶超时服役现象严重,本该淘汰的废旧桶仍在大量使用,这对桶装水造成很大的污染。随着桶装水的普及,倡导低碳生活的呼声越来越高,更是桶装水企业面临新的挑战。目前大部分桶装生产线清洗工位都存在着能耗高、杀菌消毒达不到设计和生产工艺要求的缺陷,而且清洗时水源浪费严重,不仅增加了企业生产成本,同时也给桶装水的卫生安全带来了潜在的隐患。特别是对于桶装水桶,属于典型的二次使用直接与食用品直接接触的容器,良好的清洗和杀菌消毒非常关键。桶装水桶的为内壁粘附的细菌和盐类沉积物,常规的表面活性剂对其清洗效果不明显,常规双氧水、次氯酸等杀菌效果较好,但容易残留,需要大量的清水冲洗,因此既不环保,效率也低。为此,开发环保、安全、效果显著的清洗杀菌剂对提高桶装水桶清洗杀菌效率和安全保障意义重大。
发明内容
针对现有桶装水桶清洗杀菌效率低,容易残留新的污染的缺陷,本明提出一种环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂,它能够快速渗透桶壁的沉积物和细菌附着物,并具有杀菌消毒作用,其不但清洗效果明显,而且清洗效率高,不需要大量水冲洗,微量的残留安全环保。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂,其特征是包括脂肪酸甲酯、大青叶提取物、板蓝根提取物、氯化钠、椰油基甜菜碱、pH缓冲剂、水组成的一种桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂。
本发明中通过添加大青叶提取物、板蓝根提取物起到杀菌抑菌的作用,通过添加氯化钠,使大青叶提取物、板蓝根提取物发生盐化,进一步提高清洗杀菌剂的杀菌能力,此外,氯化钠还能够提高清洗杀菌剂的稳定性,提高表面活性剂的增溶、分散、发泡、润滑及柔软等优良性能,从而有效提高洗涤效果。
清洗杀菌剂中各物质的含量是影响其清洗效果和杀菌效果的重要因素,为了使清洗杀菌剂的综合性能达到最佳,优选的,所述的环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂,包括以下重量份的物质:脂肪酸甲酯3-5份,大青叶提取物3~10份、板蓝根提取物2~12份、氯化钠5~30份、椰油基甜菜碱2~9份、pH缓冲剂3~8份、水15-20份。

(2)将氯化钠溶解在水中,依次加入脂肪酸甲酯、椰油基甜菜碱、pH缓冲剂混合均匀后,即得到环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂。
性能测试
1、参照GB 9985-2000《手洗餐具用洗涤剂》附录B去污力的测定方法测定清洗杀菌剂的清洁效果和杀菌能力。结果如表1所示。
2、抗菌测试:
采用平板计数对样品进行抗菌性能测试。
将样品用实施例1~5的清洗杀菌剂清洗后,将餐具37 ̊C 培养箱中培养24h。用20mL灭菌的含有0.3% 吐温-80的生理盐水彻底清洗表面得到菌液,并将菌液稀释10倍和100倍,分别取未稀释、稀释10倍、稀释100倍菌液0.2 mL均匀涂覆在固体培养基上,37 ̊C培养分别培养24h,7d,计算样品的抗菌率,实验结果如表1所示。

Claims (4)

1.一种环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂,其特征是包括脂肪酸甲酯、大青叶提取物、板蓝根提取物、氯化钠、椰油基甜菜碱、pH缓冲剂、水组成的一种桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂,其特征是:所述的环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂,包括以下重量份的物质:脂肪酸甲酯3-5份,大青叶提取物3~10份、板蓝根提取物2~12份、氯化钠5~30份、椰油基甜菜碱2~9份、pH缓冲剂3~8份、水15-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂,其特征是:所述pH缓冲剂为甘氨酸-盐酸缓冲液、邻苯二甲酸-盐酸缓冲液、柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液、乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液、邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲液、磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸缓冲液中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂,其特征是:所述环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂,由如下方法制备得到:
(1)分别从大青叶和板蓝根中提取大青叶提取物和板蓝根提取物;
(2)将氯化钠溶解在水中,依次加入脂肪酸甲酯、椰油基甜菜碱、pH缓冲剂混合均匀后,即得到环保安全的桶装水桶清洗杀菌剂。
