本发明公开了一种杀菌洗洁精及其制备方法,其主要由去离子水,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,脂肪酰二乙醇胺,助剂组成。本发明的杀菌洗洁精,去污能力强,稳定性高,而且具备了杀菌效果,洗洁精的各项指标均优于GB9985?2000手洗餐具用洗涤剂的要求。

本发明涉及精细化工领域,具体涉及一种杀菌洗洁精及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们的相互交往日益广泛和病菌的不断进化、变种,通过饮食餐具传染疾病的机会增大,研究开发新型杀菌洗洁精,具有较大的社会效益和经济效益。二氯异氰脲酸钠的用途非常广泛,能用于食品、卫生用具、家庭及环境卫生的消毒灭菌,也可作为生产消毒洗涤剂的复配剂。与传统消毒杀菌剂相比,二氯异氰脲酸钠具有杀菌力强、有效氯含量高、在水中释放游离氯时间长等优点。此外,该产品纯度高,在消毒过程中不会生成氯甲烷和氯酚等毒性物质,水解后无固相残留物,不浑浊,不发生沉淀,无二次污染问题,目前已在不同场所广泛使用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种高效去污,具有杀菌效果,制备方法简单的洗洁精,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,由以下组分按照一定的重量比制备而成:
去离水 70-85份
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5-15份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐 3-10份
脂肪酰二乙醇胺 2-7份
助剂 2-5份。
进一步地,所述的助剂包括尿素,乙二胺四乙酸,食盐,苯甲酸钠,柠檬酸三钠,二氯异氰脲酸钠。
进一步地,制备所述的杀菌洗洁精的方法,由以下步骤组成:
A:将去离子水加热至45℃,边搅拌边加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,加入增溶成分尿素和脂肪酰二乙醇胺,再投入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,充分搅拌至完全溶解;
B:待溶液降至40℃以下,加入苯甲酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸和二氯异氰脲酸钠;
C:最后用柠檬酸三钠调节pH在7-7.5,加入食盐调节到适当的黏度。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的杀菌洗洁精,去污能力强,稳定性高,而且具备了杀菌效果,洗洁精的各项指标均优于GB9985-2000手洗餐具用洗涤剂的要求。

实施例1:一种杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,由以下组分按照一定的重量比制备而成:
去离水 78份
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 8份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐 6份
脂肪酰二乙醇胺 5份
助剂 3份。
其中,所述的助剂包括尿素,乙二胺四乙酸,食盐,苯甲酸钠,柠檬酸三钠,二氯异氰脲酸钠。
制备所述的杀菌洗洁精的方法,由以下步骤组成:
A:将去离子水加热至45℃,边搅拌边加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,加入增溶成分尿素和脂肪酰二乙醇胺,再投入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,充分搅拌至完全溶解;
B:待溶液降至40℃以下,加入苯甲酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸和二氯异氰脲酸钠;
C:最后用柠檬酸三钠调节pH在7-7.5,加入食盐调节到适当的黏度。
实施例2:一种杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,由以下组分按照一定的重量比制备而成:
去离水 78份
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 8份

尿素 0.5份
乙二胺四乙酸 0.3份
食盐 1.3份
苯甲酸钠 0.5份
二氯异氰脲酸钠 0.4份。
制备所述的杀菌洗洁精的方法,由以下步骤组成:
A:将去离子水加热至45℃,边搅拌边加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,加入增溶成分尿素和脂肪酰二乙醇胺,再投入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,充分搅拌至完全溶解;
B:待溶液降至40℃以下,加入苯甲酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸和二氯异氰脲酸钠;
C:最后用柠檬酸三钠调节pH在7-7.5,加入食盐调节到适当的黏度。

1.一种杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,由以下组分按照一定的重量比制备而成:
去离水 70-85份
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5-15份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐 3-10份
脂肪酰二乙醇胺 2-7份
助剂 2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括尿素,乙二胺四乙酸,食盐,苯甲酸钠,柠檬酸三钠,二氯异氰脲酸钠。
3.制备权利要求1所述的杀菌洗洁精的方法,由以下步骤组成:
A:将去离子水加热至45℃,边搅拌边加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,加入增溶成分尿素和脂肪酰二乙醇胺,再投入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,充分搅拌至完全溶解;
