本发明涉及一种洁厕剂,尤其是涉及一种缓释长效固体洁厕剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
固体洁厕剂是一种目前广泛应用于家庭、宾馆等抽水马桶水箱中的洁厕用品,在冲水的时候就能达到清洁马桶的功效,能很好的预防污垢的形成和细菌的滋生,保持马桶干净光亮。
但是目前的固体洁厕剂中的去污活性成分释放速度快,25天的使用时间,前15天产品内的活性成分已经耗完,后10天冲出的只是色素,另外产品的保存期也较短,极易受潮发生潮解,会大大缩短使用时间;另外消费者使用放置时,固体洁厕剂中的色素易沾染在手上。

本发明是为了解决现有技术的固体洁厕剂所存在的上述问题,提供了一种配方合理科学,洁厕活性成分缓慢释放,能增加使用时间,产品保存期长的缓释长效固体洁厕剂。
本发明还提供了一种缓释长效固体洁厕剂制备方法,工艺步骤简单,对设备无特殊要求,可操作性强。

本发明的一种缓释长效固体洁厕剂,所述缓释长效固体洁厕剂由以下重量份的组分制成:50~60份元明粉,5~10份食品级羧甲基纤维素,3~6份羟乙基纤维素醚,3~6份PVA,5~10份小苏打,5~10份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,3~5份表面活性剂AOS,3~5份色素,0.8~1份卡松,0.05~0.1份香精,0.05~0.1份松油醇,9~10份水。本发明对固体洁厕剂的配方进行了优化,不含有酸性成分,更加环保安全,,减少了水的加入量,同时添加了羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素醚、PVA作为稳定成分和缓释成分以提高产品的综合性能,不仅能使洁厕活性成分(小苏打、表面活性剂AOS等)缓慢、稳定释放,增加使用时间,达到长久清洁的目的,而且不易受潮发生潮解,能提高产品的保存期。
一种缓释长效固体洁厕剂制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比称取各组分后,将元明粉、羟乙基纤维素醚、羧甲基纤维素、PVA混合后搅拌均匀,得到混合料A。
(2)将小苏打、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合搅拌均匀,得混合料B。
(3)将表面活性剂AOS、水混合搅拌均匀,得混合料C。
(4)在搅拌状态下,将混合料B加入混合料A中搅拌均匀,接着加入色素、卡松、香精、松油醇搅拌均匀,最后加入混合料C搅拌均匀,得原料混合物。
(5)将原料混合物研磨挤压、过筛后,倒入出条机,出条切块即可。本发明通过严格限定原料的混合顺序以保证各组分在产品中能均匀分散,同时工艺步骤简单,对设备无特殊要求,可操作性强。
作为优选,步骤(5)中将原料混合物研磨挤压2次。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)对固体洁厕剂的配方进行了优化,不含有酸性成分,更加环保安全,,减少了水的加入量,同时添加了羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素醚、PVA作为稳定成分和缓释成分以提高产品的综合性能,不仅能使洁厕活性成分(小苏打、表面活性剂AOS等)缓慢、稳定释放,增加使用时间,达到长久清洁的目的,而且不易受潮发生潮解,能提高产品的保存期;
(2)本发明的制备方法通过严格限定原料的混合顺序以保证各组分在产品中能均匀分散,同时工艺步骤简单,对设备无特殊要求,可操作性强。

(1)按50Kg元明粉,5Kg羧甲基纤维素,3Kg羟乙基纤维素醚(取代度3.5,粘度100000),3KgPVA,5Kg小苏打,5Kg十二烷基苯磺酸钠,3Kg表面活性剂AOS,3Kg色素,0.8Kg卡松,0.05Kg香精,0.05Kg松油醇,5Kg水的重量配比称取各组分后,将元明粉、羟乙基纤维素醚、羧甲基纤维素、PVA混合后搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)将小苏打、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合搅拌均匀,得混合料B;

(3)将表面活性剂AOS、水混合搅拌均匀,得混合料C;
(4)在搅拌状态下,将混合料B加入混合料A中搅拌均匀,接着加入色素、卡松、香精、松油醇搅拌均匀,最后加入混合料C搅拌均匀,得原料混合物;
(5)将原料混合物研磨挤压2次、过筛后,倒入出条机,出条切块即可。

本发明的缓释长效固体洁厕剂具有至少长达25天(按每天冲刷20次计)的使用时间,使用时间长,且产品保存期长达1年,在保存期时间内产品不会变质、潮解而影响使用时间。

2.一种如权利要求1所述的缓释长效固体洁厕剂制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比称取各组分后,将元明粉、羟乙基纤维素醚、食品级羧甲基纤维素醚、PVA混合后搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)将小苏打、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合搅拌均匀,得混合料B;
(3)将表面活性剂AOS、水混合搅拌均匀,得混合料C;
(4)在搅拌状态下,将混合料B加入混合料A中搅拌均匀,接着加入色素、卡松、香精、松油醇搅拌均匀,最后加入混合料C搅拌均匀,得原料混合物;
